本发明公开了一种高热值生物质颗粒燃料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:粉碎,发酵,造粒,冷却,收集。本发明的原材料油分高,生产工艺流程简单,采用常用的生产设备即可完成燃料的制备,成本低,制成的颗粒燃料密度大,热值高,无污染,燃烧时不会产生焦炭,延长了锅炉的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物质燃料生产技术领域,特别涉及一种高热值生物质颗粒燃料的制造方法。
背景技术
中国是一个人口大国,又是一个经济迅速发展的国家,21世纪将面临着经济增长和环境保护的双重压力。经济的快速发展离不开能源,而传统化石能源石油、天然气和煤炭的紧缺问题日益严重。生物质能作为第四大能源,以其可再生、零碳排放等特点,成为新能源中发展潜力较大的一种能源。在加工过程中通常被丢弃的木屑、树枝、刨花等都可作为生物质颗粒燃料的原料,进一步经过压制,成为高效碳源。但目前的生物质颗粒燃料存在热值底、燃烧结渣高的缺陷,不利于推广和利用。因此改变能源生产和消费方式,开发利用生物质能等可再生的清洁能源资源对建立可持续的能源系统,促进国民经济发展和环境保护具有重大意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于如何得到高热值生物质颗粒燃料的制造方法,克服生物质颗粒燃料存在热值底、燃烧结渣高的缺陷的问题。
本发明的提供了一种高热值生物质颗粒燃料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将橡木、松木和红木的木屑、刨花、废料和树枝运输至生产车间原料仓库,将大块的废料和树枝通过破碎机破碎,破碎成15-20mm长的针状或沫状碎料,再将设有原料通过粉碎机粉碎,碎沫的粒度为0.2mm。
S2:将粉碎的碎料和木屑、刨花混合在一起放置7-8天,使原材料发酵软化,原料温度达到30度,控制仓库的干湿度,使原料的水份为16-18%。
S3:再通过风选装置将原料送至提升机,通过提升机和螺旋输送机将原料送至颗粒机,在原料进入颗粒机的同时,向颗粒机内加入除焦剂,按除焦剂与原料的质量比为0.1:100,与原料混合一起造粒,造粒的同时,通过抽风机抽走造粒机内的粉尘和热量,颗粒机内的压力为30MPA,颗粒从造粒机挤出时的温度为130度。
S4:颗粒通过输送带被输送至15米高的振动塔内振动冷却至80度,当颗粒在振动塔内振动时,通过抽风机给振动塔内除尘,并吸走颗粒碎沫,颗粒碎沫回收被重新造粒。
S5:经过振动塔的颗粒落入振动筛,通过振动筛的筛选,完整的颗粒落入提升机,被提升至收集塔,此时颗粒的温度为30度,破损的颗粒落入振动筛下方的输送带,被回收返回颗粒剂重新造粒。
进一步地,所述除焦剂为粉末状,由氧化剂,膨化剂和催化剂制成。
优选地,所述颗粒燃料的密度控制为1800千克/立方米,长度尺寸为8-10cm,直径为8-10mm。

实施例一:
本发明的一种高热值生物质颗粒燃料的制造方法,按照以下步骤进行:
S1:将橡木、松木和红木的木屑、刨花、废料和树枝运输至生产车间原料仓库,将大块的废料和树枝通过破碎机破碎,破碎成15-20mm长的针状或沫状碎料,再将设有原料通过粉碎机粉碎,碎沫的粒度为0.2mm。
S2:将粉碎的碎料和木屑、刨花混合在一起放置7-8天,使原材料发酵软化,原料温度达到30度,控制仓库的干湿度,使原料的水份为16-18%。

1.一种高热值生物质颗粒燃料的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将橡木、松木和红木的木屑、刨花、废料和树枝运输至生产车间原料仓库,将大块的废料和树枝通过破碎机破碎,破碎成15-20mm长的针状或沫状碎料,再将设有原料通过粉碎机粉碎,碎沫的粒度为0.2mm。
S2:将粉碎的碎料和木屑、刨花混合在一起放置7-8天,使原材料发酵软化,原料温度达到30度,控制仓库的干湿度,使原料的水份为16-18%。
