本发明涉及一种钢构件自动变位装置,其特征在于它包括轨道(1),在所述轨道(1)上设置有一对滚轮架(2),在所述一对滚轮架(2)上均设置有变位环(3),在所述变位环(3)的内壁上对称设置有多个液压千斤顶(4)。本发明消除了钢构件在不同焊接位置对焊缝外观的影响,使各种焊接接头始终处于统一的、便利的焊接位置,提高焊接质量,减少钢构件翻身变位对起重设备的使用,使钢构件翻身变位的简单化、安全化。

一种钢构件自动变位装置
本发明涉及一种钢构件自动变位装置。属于钢结构制造技术领域。
随着钢结构的应用领域越来越广,各种新的、复杂的结构类型随之而生,钢构件的形式也越来越多样化、超重化,在加工这类钢构件时需借助起重设备多次翻身,才能完成钢构件的组立、焊接、检测、涂装等各项工序,钢构件使用起重设备以传统的方式翻身时存在以下几点不足:
1) 钢构件采用起重设备成本高,对设备占用时间长;
2) 需为钢构件设计翻身吊耳,吊耳需经过验算,投入了大量的人力物力,吊耳与钢构件本体间需全熔透焊接才能承受钢构件翻身荷载,且翻身工作完成后需割除吊耳,如操作不当,易造成钢构件的永久缺陷;
3) 钢构件翻身时有较强的冲击力,易对钢丝绳、吊钩等设备造成损坏,存在安全隐患;
4) 对需多次翻身的钢构件,翻身次数过多致使工作时间增加。
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种钢构件自动变位装置,提高焊接质量,减少钢构件翻身变位对起重设备的使用,使钢构件翻身变位的简单化、安全化。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种可调节式钢构件自动变位装置,它包括轨道,在所述轨道上设置有一对滚轮架,在所述一对滚轮架上均设置有变位环,在所述变位环的内壁上对称设置有多个液压千斤顶,所述液压千斤顶共有十二个。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明消除了钢构件在不同焊接位置对焊缝外观的影响,使各种焊接接头始终处于统一的、便利的焊接位置,提高焊接质量,减少钢构件翻身变位对起重设备的使用,使钢构件翻身变位的简单化、安全化。

参见图1—图2,本发明涉及一种钢构件自动变位装置,它包括轨道1,在所述轨道1上设置有一对滚轮架2,在所述一对滚轮架2上均设置有变位环3,在所述变位环3的内壁上对称设置有十二个液压千斤顶4,具体操作时将需要翻身变位的钢构件两端置于变位环3内,并通过液压千斤顶4固定,通过液压千斤顶4可以调节变位环3内部尺寸以适应不同外形尺寸的钢构件,所述滚轮架2通过轨道1可实现直线移动以适应不同长度的钢构件。
