The wool fabric finished by the technology has small damage to the mechanical property, and has weak influence on the properties of hand feeling, moisture permeability, air permeability and the like, so that the application value is wide.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile function finishing, in particular to a finishing method of machine-washable wool fabric.
Background
The phenomenon that the wool fabric is repeatedly squeezed by mechanical external force under the action of damp heat and chemical reagents, and fiber assemblies are gradually shrunk, interpenetrated and entangled to be felted is called felting property. The felting property gives excellent warmth retention property, fluffiness and elasticity to the wool fabric, and simultaneously the wool fabric is easy to generate felting during washing, thereby further influencing the wearability of the wool fabric. How to make wool fabric maintain its excellent characteristics and have no felt shrinkage during washing (i.e. "shrink-proof finishing of wool fabric") becomes a hot spot of research in the wool spinning industry.
At present, the anti-felting finishing technology mainly comprises two methods: the oxidation method is mainly used for damaging the scale structure of wool, reducing the directional friction effect of the wool, and reducing the unidirectional movement and entanglement capacity of fibers, and the oxidation method is easy to damage the mechanical property of wool fabrics and influence the wearability of products. The other method is a resin method, namely, the wool is coated with a resin film or bonding fibers are added during blending to reduce or eliminate the friction effect between wool fibers or bond the fibers at the crossing positions, limit the mutual movement of the fibers and lose the felting property, and the method has great influence on the properties of hand feeling, air permeability, moisture permeability and the like of wool fabrics.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a finishing method of a 'machine washable' wool fabric, which realizes a key technology for preparing the 'machine washable' wool fabric under the condition of slightly influencing the mechanical properties, hand feeling, moisture permeability, air permeability and other properties of the wool fabric.
The technical scheme for realizing the invention is as follows: a finishing method for machine washable wool fabric includes such steps as pretreating the wool fabric by oxidant, repairing by keratin solution, and baking.
Mixing the wool fabric in a ratio of 1: (20-50) soaking in a mixed solution I of 30% hydrogen peroxide and sodium silicate for 30min at the temperature of 40-60 ℃; after washing, the wool fabric is treated in a mixed solution II of acetic acid and sodium bisulfite for 20min at the temperature of 40 ℃ and the bath ratio of 1: 30.
The concentrations of 30% hydrogen peroxide and sodium silicate in the first mixed solution are respectively 3 g/L and 1 g/L.
The concentrations of acetic acid and sodium bisulfite in the mixed solution II are respectively 1 owf% and 2 owf%.
The restoring increment treatment adopts a keratin solution with the mass concentration of 1-3% and the bath ratio of 1 (20-50), the temperature is 45-65 ℃, the treatment is carried out for 30-90min, and after washing, the constant temperature drying is carried out.
The preparation method of the keratin solution comprises the following steps: dissolving wool in an aqueous solution containing 3% of sodium sulfide, 7mol/L of urea and 1% of SDS at a bath ratio of 1:20, reacting at 50 ℃ for 10h, filtering by a nylon net with the mesh number of 120, and filtering by qualitative filter paper.
The felting rate of the wool fabric is less than 5%.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the technology of the invention can control the felt shrinkage of the wool fabric within 5 percent, and reach the standard of machine washing; easy operation, little pollution, low energy consumption and high added value; the damage to the mechanical property of the wool fabric is small, the influence on the properties of hand feeling, moisture permeability, air permeability and the like is weak, and the application value is wide.
Firstly, carrying out oxidant decrement pretreatment on wool fabric to damage a scale layer of wool fibers to a certain extent, so as to reduce the directional friction effect of the wool fibers and reduce the felting rate of the fabric; then, the wool fabric is subjected to repairability increment treatment with a keratin solution under a certain condition, a coating effect is formed on the surface layer of the wool fibers, the apparent structure of the wool fibers is further smoothed, the differential friction phenomenon is improved, and the felting rate of a product is reduced; the wool can be obtained after drying and can be washed by a machine, and the evolution process of the apparent structure of the wool fiber in the finishing process is shown in figure 2. The process flow comprises the following steps: wool fabric preparation → decrement pretreatment (oxidizing agent) → restorative increment treatment (keratin solution) → water washing → drying → wool machine washable fabric.
