一种整体式中频加热淬火感应器,包括淬火感应器和喷液圈,所述淬火感应器的有效圈部分与喷液圈之间设有挡水板,挡水板上设有工件穿过孔,淬火感应器、喷液圈、挡水板三者为一体式结构。挡水板设置在淬火感应器和喷液圈之间,有效地解决了淬火加热区内的工件存在大量返水的问题,保证了工件连续生产的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及中频感应加热领域,尤其是一种整体式中频加热淬火感应器。
背景技术
目前,在钢板弹簧销的自动化淬火线上,淬火感应器要能连续地对输送带上的工件进行淬火、快速冷却处理。淬火感应器与喷水圈设置在一起、且两者之间没有间隙。在工作过程中,淬火感应器内为加热区,如果工件在加热区内始终有冷却水,则工件不能完全加热到预定温度,工件的硬度、层深、金相组织不符合要求,从而影响了工件的淬火质量。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种整体式中频加热淬火感应器,解决了冷却液会返水至加热区工件上的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种整体式中频加热淬火感应器,包括淬火感应器和喷液圈,其特征在于:所述淬火感应器的有效圈部分与喷液圈之间设有挡水板,挡水板上设有工件穿过孔,淬火感应器、喷液圈、挡水板三者为一体式结构。
对上述技术方案进一步的限定,所述淬火感应器、喷液圈、挡水板三者通过夹块连接成一体式结构;所述夹块采用U型胶木块,U型胶木块的开口端上设有紧固件,紧固件由螺栓和蝶型螺母构成。优点:此结构简单,省时省力,实现快速装卸的目的。
对上述技术方案进一步的改进,所述淬火机床内设有用于支撑喷液圈的螺钉。优点:支撑螺钉用于支撑喷液圈的重量,提高了稳定性和感应器的使用寿命。
有益效果:挡水板设置在淬火感应器和喷液圈之间,有效地解决了冷却液会返水至加热区工件上的问题,保证了工件连续生产的质量;淬火感应器、喷液圈、挡水板三者为一体式结构,达到快速安装、调整、更换的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种整体式中频加热淬火感应器,包括淬火感应器1和喷液圈2,淬火感应器1的有效圈部分与喷液圈2之间设有挡水板3,挡水板3上设有工件穿过孔301;工件穿过孔的直径略小于有效圈的内圈直径、且略大于工件的直径,这样是为了在不影响工件穿过的情况下,挡水板能有效地防止冷却液溅射到有效圈上;淬火感应器1、喷液圈2、挡水板3三者通过夹块4连接成一体式结构;所述夹块采用U型胶木块401,U型胶木块的开口端上设有紧固件402,紧固件由螺栓和蝶型螺母构成;所述淬火机床内设有用于支撑喷液圈的螺钉5。
工作说明:如图1所示,淬火机床内的工件6通过推杆推入至淬火感应器的有效圈内进行连续加热,经喷液圈连续冷却,从而实现连续淬火的目的;此类淬火为连续扫描式淬火方式,加热和冷却同时进行,工件不停留通过加热区和冷却区。所述夹块通过自身的U形腔将淬火感应器1、喷液圈2、挡水板3三者卡箍在一起,然后手拧碟型螺母进行锁紧。
本说明书中未作详细说明之处,为本领域公知的技术,例如:淬火感应器和喷液圈在本领域属于公知的技术。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种整体式中频加热淬火感应器,其特征在于:所述淬火机床内设有用于支撑喷液圈的螺钉。
