本发明公开了一种玉米切段装置,它包括模架及玉米切段模具,所述模架顶部安装气缸,所述的玉米切段模具设于模架的底座上且设于气缸的气缸轴下方,所述玉米切段模具设有上模板,上模板的底面设有一排切刀A,所述上模板的两端设有导孔及导套,导套安装在导孔上,所述玉米切段模具还包括一排切刀B及2根导柱,所述的切刀B及导柱固定在底座上,所述的导柱上分别安装有弹簧,所述的导柱穿过导套及导孔使上模板与导柱配合连接。本发明的玉米切段装置结构简单,其切段均匀,切口平整,切玉米效率极高,解决了切玉米时玉米粒被压烂的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及玉米加工领域,具体涉及一种玉米切段装置。
背景技术
玉米营养丰富 :含有碳水化合物 :74.8 克,蛋白质 :29 克,脂肪 :16.6 克,膳食纤维 6.9 克。可以说玉米是当之无愧的“第一黄金主食”,营养专家称,玉米所含的“全能营养”适合各个年龄段的人群食用,其丰富的谷氨酸能促进大脑发育,是儿童最好的“益智食物”;所含维生素 B 族能调节神经,是适合白领的“减压食品”;富含的亚油酸、钙质,能帮助调脂、降压,高纤维含量则使玉米成为很好的“刮肠食物”,能预防中年发福 ;此外,玉米中富含的谷胱甘肽是最有效的抗癌成分,其所含丰富的维生素E也能帮助抗衰老,软化血管。
由于玉米丰富的营养及鲜甜的口感,常被用来做菜,尤其煲汤口味更佳,为了使玉米更好地入味及使玉米的味道融入汤水中,通常会将玉米切成小段之后再进行煲汤;而目前一般情况下,将玉米切段的操作都是厨师用刀将玉米切成几小段,不仅劳动强度大,耗时长,效率低,切段不均匀,刀口不平整,而且操作时需要将玉米放在垫板上,由于切玉米时需要较大的力气才能将玉米切段,且玉米与垫板的接触面较大,导致玉米与垫板接触的那面玉米粒出现不同程度的损伤、压烂情况,影响口味和美观;为了解决人工用刀操作劳动强度大、效率低的问题,申请号2014103018276的专利公开了一种转刀式玉米切段机,其采用的方式是将玉米竖直放进进料管内,玉米受重力自然下料使玉米下端接触托板,再通过电机驱动旋转的刀片对玉米进行切段,解决了人工用刀操作劳动强度大、效率低、切段不均的问题,但在刀片对玉米进行切段时,玉米自身需要承受进料管对切刀的抵消力,使玉米与刀片旋转方向相反的那一面受到进料管的挤压而出现玉米粒损伤、压烂情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述问题,提供了一种玉米切段装置。
本发明的目的通过以下方式来实现:
一种玉米切段装置,它包括模架及玉米切段模具,所述模架顶部安装气缸,所述的玉米切段模具设于模架的底座上且设于气缸的气缸轴下方,所述玉米切段模具设有上模板,上模板的底面设有一排切刀A,所述上模板的两端设有导孔及导套,导套安装在导孔上,所述玉米切段模具还包括一排切刀B及2根导柱,所述的切刀B及导柱固定在底座上,所述的导柱上分别安装有弹簧,所述的导柱穿过导套及导孔使上模板与导柱配合连接。
导柱及导套可防止上模板跑偏,导套同时可防止上模板的导孔磨损且可防止弹簧跑偏及变形,导柱上设置的弹簧可缓冲气缸的冲击力,降低上模板下压的速度,防止切刀切玉米速度过快将玉米弹飞,同时提高切刀的使用寿命。
进一步的,所述的切刀A与切刀B对中,切刀A与切刀B的长度相等,所述的切刀A与相邻切刀A的距离相等,所述的切刀B与相邻切刀B之间的距离相等,所述的切刀A与相邻切刀A的距离等于所述的切刀B与相邻切刀B之间的距离,所述切刀A的刀刃向下,切刀B的刀刃向上。
切刀B的作用是放置玉米,解决玉米粒被压烂的问题,由于切刀B 采用刀刃支撑玉米,解决了现有技术玉米与支撑物大面积接触的问题,从而解决玉米粒被压烂的问题;因切刀B与切刀A对中在同一条直线上,当切刀A对玉米进行切段时,切刀B亦受力,使切刀A及切刀B同时对玉米进行切段,提高了切段效率。
进一步的,所述的切刀A及切刀B包括刀片,刀片两端边缘设有三角柱,所述切刀A三角柱的高度等于刀片的高度,所述切刀B三角柱的高度大于刀片高度1mm,所述三角柱的三个角为弧角,所述刀片厚度由刀刃到刀背逐渐增加。
三角柱的作用是为了固定刀片,而切刀B的三角柱高于刀片1mm的作用是为了防止玉米滚动,避免玉米从切刀掉落,同时在切刀对玉米进行切段时,首先是切刀A与切刀B的三角柱先接触,防止切刀A的刀片与切刀B接触,防止刀刃损坏,提高了刀片的使用寿命,而玉米未切到的1mm使玉米段互相连接,进一步防止玉米段弹飞,但切完段后未切到的1mm因无法承受玉米段的重量而自动断裂,玉米则分开成数段。
进一步的,所述气缸的气缸轴在上模板中间正上方,气缸轴的轴端设有橡胶垫。橡胶垫可提高上模板及气缸轴的使用寿命。
进一步的,所述的底座上设有两个串联的操作开关。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的玉米切段装置结构简单,其切段均匀,切口平整,切玉米效率极高,解决了切玉米时玉米粒被压烂的问题。

如图1-4所示,一种玉米切段装置,它包括模架1及玉米切段模具,所述模架1顶部安装气缸2,所述的玉米切段模具设于模架1的底座101上且设于气缸2的气缸轴下方,所述玉米切段模具设有上模板3,上模板3的底面设有一排切刀A4,所述上模板3的两端设有导孔5及导套6,导套6安装在导孔5上,所述玉米切段模具还包括一排切刀B7及2根导柱8,所述的切刀B7及导柱8固定在底座101上,所述的导柱8上分别安装有弹簧9,所述的导柱8穿过导套6及导孔5使上模板3与导柱8配合连接。所述的切刀A4与切刀B7对中,切刀A4与切刀B7的长度相等,所述的切刀A4与相邻切刀A4的距离相等,所述的切刀B7与相邻切刀B7之间的距离相等,所述的切刀A4与相邻切刀A4的距离等于所述的切刀B7与相邻切刀B7之间的距离,所述切刀A4的刀刃向下,切刀B7的刀刃向上;所述的切刀A4及切刀B7包括刀片401,刀片401两端边缘设有三角柱402,所述切刀A4三角柱402的高度等于刀片401的高度,所述切刀B7三角柱401的高度大于刀片402的高度1mm,所述的三角柱402的三个角为弧角,所述刀片401厚度由刀刃到刀背逐渐增加;所述气缸2的气缸轴在上模板3中间正上方,气缸轴的轴端设有橡胶垫10;所述的底座101上设有两个串联的操作开关11。
将剥去外衣的玉米均衡的放置在一排切刀B7的刀刃上,按下两个开关,气缸2则驱动气缸轴将上模板顺着导柱压下,而设于上模板3底面的一排切刀A4及底座101上的切刀B7同时将玉米切成数段。

1.一种玉米切段装置,包括:模架(1)及玉米切段模具,所述模架(1)顶部安装气缸(2),所述的玉米切段模具设于模架(1)的底座(101)上且设于气缸(2)的气缸轴下方,所述玉米切段模具设有上模板(3),上模板(3)的底面设有一排切刀A(4),所述上模板(3)的两端设有导孔(5)及导套(6),导套(6)安装在导孔(5)上,所述玉米切段模具还包括一排切刀B(7)及2根导柱(8),所述的切刀B(7)及导柱(8)固定在底座(101)上,所述的导柱(8)上分别安装有弹簧(9),所述的导柱(8)穿过导套(6)及导孔(5)使上模板(3)与导柱(8)配合连接;
所述的切刀A(4)与切刀B(7)对中,切刀A(4)与切刀B(7)的长度相等,所述的切刀A(4)与相邻切刀A(4)的距离相等,所述的切刀B(7)与相邻切刀B(7)之间的距离相等,所述的切刀A(4)与相邻切刀A(4)的距离等于所述的切刀B(7)与相邻切刀B(7)之间的距离,所述切刀A(4)的刀刃向下,切刀B(7)的刀刃向上;
所述的切刀A(4)包括刀片A(401),所述的切刀B(7)包括刀片B(701),刀片A(401)两端边缘设有三角柱A(402),所述切刀A(4)的三角柱A(402)的高度等于刀片A(401)的高度,所述切刀B(7)的三角柱B(702)的高度大于刀片B(701)的高度1mm,所述的三角柱A(402)和三角柱B(702)的三个角均为弧角,所述刀片A(401)和刀片B(701)的厚度均由刀刃到刀背逐渐增加;
