Abstract
本发明公开一种水溶性生物稳定可降解型切削液,原料及质量百分比如下:pH值控制剂5~15%、防锈剂5~15%、植物油改性聚合酯5~15%、苯并三氮唑0.5~2%、异辛酸2~5%、杀菌剂0.5~1%及水余量;pH值控制剂为一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、异丙醇胺中的至少一种;防锈剂为三乙醇胺、硼酸、有机三元羧酸按质量比为2:1:1在80~90℃下反应1~2小时的产物。制备方法:制备防锈剂;将水、pH值控制剂、防锈剂、植物油改性聚合酯及苯并三氮唑定量加入到搅拌罐中,以50~60转/min的转速搅拌20~30分钟;加入定量的异辛酸,以50~60转/min的转速搅拌至液体呈透明状,再加入杀菌剂搅拌10min即可。

技术领域
本发明属于机加工润滑技术领域,具体涉及一种水溶性生物稳定可降解型切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
切削液是一种在机加工过程中用来润滑和冷却刀具和加工工件的工业介质,分为水基切削液和油基切削液,传统水基切削液又分为全合成切削液、半合成切削液和乳化切削液。全合成切削液由于材料选择的问题,使得其润滑性和防锈性相对半合成和乳化切削液较弱;半合成切削液和乳化切削液虽然润滑性和防锈性强,但由于含有矿物油及氯磷硫等元素,难降解、COD值高、易腐败,不符合当前的环保要求。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术,提供一种水溶性生物稳定可降解型切削液及其制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种水溶性生物稳定可降解型切削液,其特征在于所用原料及质量百分比如下:pH值控制剂5~15%、防锈剂5~15%、植物油改性聚合酯5~15%、苯并三氮唑0.5~2%、异辛酸2~5%、杀菌剂0.5~1%及水余量;
所述pH值控制剂为一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、异丙醇胺中的至少一种;
所述防锈剂为三乙醇胺、硼酸、有机三元羧酸按质量比为2:1:1在80~90℃下反应1~2小时的产物。
上述水溶性生物稳定可降解型切削液的制备方法,其特征在于依次按照如下步骤进行:
a. 制备防锈剂;
b. 将水、pH值控制剂、防锈剂、植物油改性聚合酯及苯并三氮唑定量加入到搅拌罐中,以50~60转/min的转速搅拌20~30分钟;
c. 加入定量的异辛酸,以50~60转/min的转速搅拌至液体呈透明状,再加入杀菌剂搅拌10min即可。
本发明与传统水溶性切削液相比,具有如下优点:
1. 具有优异的润滑性和防锈性能,能与传统的半合成切削液相媲美;
2. 不含矿物油,具有优异的生物降解性能及更低的COD值,COD值仅为传统半合成切削液的1/100,降低了废水处理成本;
3. 不含硫、氯、磷、锌等有害元素,对人体无害,更加环保。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
本发明的水溶性生物稳定可降解型切削液,所用原料及质量百分比如下:pH值控制剂7%(一乙醇胺5%、二乙醇胺2%)、防锈剂14%、植物油改性聚合酯13.5%、苯并三氮唑0.5%、异辛酸4%、杀菌剂1%及水60%;
所述防锈剂为三乙醇胺、硼酸、有机三元羧酸按质量比为2:1:1在80~90℃下反应1~2小时的产物。
所述植物油改性聚合酯购自广州米奇化工有限公司(VEGIMIR系列),其结构如下,
制备方法,依次按照如下步骤进行:
a. 制备防锈剂:将三乙醇胺、硼酸、有机三元羧酸按质量比为2:1:1在80~90℃下反应1~2小时;
b. 将水、pH值控制剂、防锈剂、植物油改性聚合酯及苯并三氮唑定量加入到搅拌罐中,以50转/min的转速搅拌30分钟;
c. 加入定量的异辛酸,以50转/min的转速搅拌至液体呈透明状,再加入杀菌剂搅拌10min即可。
实施例2:
本发明的水溶性生物稳定可降解型切削液,所用原料及质量百分比如下:pH值控制剂8%(一乙醇胺4%、异丙醇胺4%)、防锈剂14%、植物油改性聚合酯15%、苯并三氮唑0.5%、异辛酸3%、杀菌剂1%及水58.5%;
原料来源及制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
本发明的水溶性生物稳定可降解型切削液,所用原料及质量百分比如下:pH值控制剂6%(一乙醇胺2.5%、二乙醇胺2%、异丙醇胺1.5%)、防锈剂12%、植物油改性聚合酯15%、苯并三氮唑2%、异辛酸5%、杀菌剂1%及水59%;
原料来源及制备方法同实施例1。
本发明所述水溶性生物稳定可降解型切削液检测指标如表1:

将本发明实施例1、2、3分别按照表1所列项目及方法进行检验,结果如表2所示。

1.一种水溶性生物稳定可降解型切削液,其特征在于所用原料及质量百分比如下:pH值控制剂5~15%、防锈剂5~15%、植物油改性聚合酯5~15%、苯并三氮唑0.5~2%、异辛酸2~5%、杀菌剂0.5~1%及水余量;
所述pH值控制剂为一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、异丙醇胺中的至少一种;
所述防锈剂为三乙醇胺、硼酸、有机三元羧酸按质量比为2:1:1在80~90℃下反应1~2小时的产物。
2.一种如权利要求1所述水溶性生物稳定可降解型切削液的制备方法,其特征在于依次按照如下步骤进行:
a. 制备防锈剂;
b. 将水、pH值控制剂、防锈剂、植物油改性聚合酯及苯并三氮唑定量加入到搅拌罐中,以50~60转/min的转速搅拌20~30分钟;
c. 加入定量的异辛酸,以50~60转/min的转速搅拌至液体呈透明状,再加入杀菌剂搅拌10min即可。
