本发明公开了一种具有耐污发光涂料及制备方法,包括分散剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、润湿剂、pH调节剂、钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、贝壳粉、纳米铝粉、蜡乳液、成膜助剂、防霉剂、杀菌剂、增稠剂、阻燃剂、疏水剂和发光粉,包括以下步骤,先在反应釜内加入制备用水,再向反应釜内加入分散剂和消泡剂,依次向反应釜内部加入防冻剂、润湿剂、pH调节剂、钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、贝壳粉、纳米铝粉、蜡乳液、成膜助剂、防霉剂、杀菌剂、增稠剂、阻燃剂、疏水剂和发光粉,对制备后的涂料进行过滤处理,将过滤后的涂料进行装桶。该具有耐污功能的发光涂料具有高耐污、防水性能,并具有发光效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体为一种具有耐污功能的发光涂料及制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国经济的快速发展,城市的市政建设及房地产行业的快速发展,对涂料的需求量越来越大,但现有的涂料防水和防污效果还不够理想。
目前内墙乳胶漆主要由合成树脂乳液为基料,以水为分散介质,加入颜料、填料和助剂,经一定工艺过程制成。有色乳胶漆是在白色基础上加入色浆调制而成。因粉质含量多,漆膜不致密,涂膜成网状结构,主要只有装饰功能,存在一明显不足,即防污性不好,耐擦洗性有限,生活污渍尤其小孩乱涂乱画后,污 渍易渗透漆膜,无法擦除。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有耐污发光涂料及制备方法,以解决上述背景技术提出的目前市场上的涂料,防污性能差,且易发生霉变的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有耐污功能的发光涂料,包括分散剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、润湿剂、pH调节剂、钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、贝壳粉、蜡乳液、成膜助剂、防霉剂、杀菌剂、增稠剂、阻燃剂、疏水剂和发光粉,其特征在于各组分所占质量百分数如下所述:
分散剂的加入量为0.3~1%;
消泡剂的加入量为0.1~0.6%;
防冻剂的加入量为1~5%;
润湿剂的加入量为0.1~0.8%;
pH调节剂的加入量为0.1~0.4%;
钛白粉的加入量为10~20%;
重质碳酸钙加入量为4~10%;
贝壳粉加入量为5~12%;
纳米铝粉加入量为0.1~0.2%;
蜡乳液加入量为15~25%;
成膜助剂加入量为1~6%;
防霉剂加入量为0.1~0.5%;
杀菌剂加入量为2~7%;
增稠剂加入量为0.1~0.6%;
阻燃剂加入量为1.5~4%;
疏水剂加入量为1~6%;
发光粉的加入量为2~8%;
余量为去离子水。
优选的,上述具有耐污功能的发光涂料,具体组成和含量如下:
分散剂的加入量为0.3~0.7%;
消泡剂的加入量为0.1~0.4%;
防冻剂的加入量为1~5%;
润湿剂的加入量为0.2~0.6%;
pH调节剂的加入量为0.1~0.3%;
钛白粉的加入量为12~18%;
重质碳酸钙加入量为4~9%;
贝壳粉加入量为5~11%;
纳米铝粉加入量为0.1~0.2%;
蜡乳液加入量为16~22%;
成膜助剂加入量为2~5%;
防霉剂加入量为0.1~0.5%;
杀菌剂加入量为3~6%;
增稠剂加入量为0.1~0.4%;
阻燃剂加入量为2~4%;
疏水剂加入量为2~5%;
发光粉的加入量为3~7%;
余量为去离子水。
进一步的,上述具有耐污功能的发光涂料,具体组成和含量如下:
分散剂的加入量为0.4~0.6%;
消泡剂的加入量为0.1~0.3%;
防冻剂的加入量为1~3%;
润湿剂的加入量为0.2~0.4%;
pH调节剂的加入量为0.1~0.3%;
钛白粉的加入量为14~16%;
重质碳酸钙加入量为5~9%;
贝壳粉加入量为6~10%;
纳米铝粉加入量为0.1~0.2%;
蜡乳液加入量为18~22%;
成膜助剂加入量为2~4%;
防霉剂加入量为0.2~0.4%;
杀菌剂加入量为3~5%;
增稠剂加入量为0.1~0.3%;
阻燃剂加入量为2~4%;
疏水剂加入量为2~4%;
发光粉的加入量为4~6%;
余量为去离子水。
优选的,所述钛白粉为杜邦高光泽R-706。
优选的,所述蜡乳液为WJX253消光水性蜡乳液。
优选的,所述的分散剂为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠或聚丙烯酰胺。
优选的,所述pH调节剂为氧化钙或氨水。
优选的,所述消泡剂为矿物油类消泡剂或水基型有机硅消泡剂。
优选的,所述防冻剂为乙二醇或丙二醇。
优选的,所述成膜助剂为醇脂-12、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇苯醚或丙二醇丁醚。
优选的,所述增稠剂为聚氨酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯醇或纤维素。
优选的,所述杀菌剂可以选自涂料中常用的抗菌剂成分,例如1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮。
优选的,所述润湿剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
优选的,所述发光粉为稀土长余辉发光粉。
优选的,所述阻燃剂由八钼酸铵1份和硼酸锌1~3份组成。
优选的,所述疏水剂为十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷。
本发明的第二方面提供了一种具有耐污功能的发光涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、先在反应釜内加入制备用水;
(2)、再向反应釜内加入散剂和消泡剂,并打开反应釜内部的搅拌叶,对反应釜内部的制备用水、分散剂和消泡剂进行搅拌,反应釜的搅拌速度为200-1000转/分钟,搅拌时间为7-15min;
(3)、在反应釜搅拌的同时,依次向反应釜内部加入防冻剂、润湿剂、pH调节剂、钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、贝壳粉、纳米铝粉、蜡乳液、成膜助剂、防霉剂、杀菌剂、增稠剂、阻燃剂、疏水剂和发光粉;
(4)、全部原料加入完成后,继续保持搅拌1~2h,对制备后的涂料进行过滤处理;
(5)、将过滤后的涂料进行装桶;
(6)、将装桶后的涂料进行入库保存。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中的制备用水为纯净水。
优选的,所述步骤(4)中过滤网的网孔大小为120~200目。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过精选pH调节剂、钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、贝壳粉、蜡乳液,配合水、相关助剂混合制成。通过施工在相关釉面效果涂层表面,干燥后形成一层致密的变色金属效果涂层,该涂层具有防水、透气、防霉、阻燃、防污和随不同角度变色的功效。,可提高涂料的耐污、防水,并具有发光效果。

基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作详细介绍:
实施例1:
一种具有耐污功能的发光涂料,各组分所占质量百分数如下所述:
分散剂三聚磷酸钠的加入量为0.4%;
水基型有机硅消泡剂的加入量为0.2%;
防冻剂乙二醇的加入量为1%;
润湿剂的加入量为0.4%;
pH调节剂氧化钙的加入量为0.3%;
钛白粉的加入量为14%;
重质碳酸钙加入量为9%;
贝壳粉加入量为6%;
纳米铝粉加入量为0.1%;
蜡乳液加入量为18%;
成膜助剂醇脂-12加入量为2%;
防霉剂加入量为0.2%;
杀菌剂加入量为5%;
增稠剂聚氨酯加入量为0.1%;
阻燃剂加入量为2%,其中八钼酸铵1%、硼酸锌1%;
疏水剂加入量为2%;
发光粉的加入量为6%;
余量为去离子水。
一种具有耐污功能的发光涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、先在反应釜内加入制备用水;
(2)、再向反应釜内加入散剂和消泡剂,并打开反应釜内部的搅拌叶,对反应釜内部的制备用水、入散剂和消泡剂进行搅拌,反应釜的搅拌速度为200-1000转/分钟,搅拌时间为7-15min;
(3)、在反应釜搅拌的同时,依次向反应釜内部加入防冻剂、润湿剂、pH调节剂、钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、贝壳粉、纳米铝粉、蜡乳液、成膜助剂、防霉剂、杀菌剂、增稠剂、阻燃剂、疏水剂和发光粉;
(4)、待反应釜内部的原料制备完成后,对制备后的涂料进行过滤处理;
(5)、将过滤后的涂料进行装桶;
(6)、将装桶后的涂料进行入库保存。
钛白粉为杜邦高光泽R-706。
蜡乳液为WJX253消光水性蜡乳液。
步骤(1)中的制备用水为纯净水。
步骤(4)中过滤网的网孔大小为120目。
实施例2:
一种具有耐污功能的发光涂料,包括:
分散剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠的加入量为0.6%;
水基型有机硅消泡剂的加入量为0.3%;
防冻剂丙二醇的加入量为3%;
润湿剂的加入量为0.3%;
pH调节剂氧化钙的加入量为0.3%;
钛白粉的加入量为16%;
重质碳酸钙加入量为5%;
贝壳粉加入量为6%;
纳米铝粉加入量为0.2%;
蜡乳液加入量为22%;
成膜助剂丙二醇丁醚加入量为4%;
防霉剂加入量为0.4%;
杀菌剂加入量为5%;
增稠剂纤维素加入量为0.3%;
阻燃剂加入量为4%,其中八钼酸铵1%、硼酸锌3%;
疏水剂加入量为4%;
发光粉的加入量为4%;
余量为去离子水。
一种具有耐污发光涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、先在反应釜内加入制备用水;
(2)、再向反应釜内加入散剂和消泡剂,并打开反应釜内部的搅拌叶,对反应釜内部的制备用水、入散剂和消泡剂进行搅拌,反应釜的搅拌速度为200-1000转/分钟,搅拌时间为7-15min;
(3)、在反应釜搅拌的同时,依次向反应釜内部加入防冻剂、润湿剂、pH调节剂、钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、贝壳粉、纳米铝粉、蜡乳液、成膜助剂、防霉剂、杀菌剂、增稠剂、阻燃剂、疏水剂和发光粉;
(4)、待反应釜内部的原料制备完成后,对制备后的涂料进行过滤处理;
(5)、将过滤后的涂料进行装桶;
(6)、将装桶后的涂料进行入库保存。
钛白粉为杜邦高光泽R-706。
蜡乳液为WJX253消光水性蜡乳液。
步骤(1)中的制备用水为纯净水。
步骤(4)中过滤网的网孔大小为120目。
对比例1:
对照1选自市售普通内墙涂料;对照2配方为去离子水30份、高岭土6份、轻质碳酸钙10份、无机硅酸盐粉10份、重质碳酸钙16份、钛白粉10份、改性PVA乳液15份、羟乙基纤维素0.1份、生物碱0.1份、分散剂0.2份、消泡剂0.2份、防腐剂0.1份、pH调节剂0.2份、丙二醇0.2份、碱溶胀增稠剂0.2份、蜡乳液2份。

涂膜耐玷污性参照克莱恩公司的耐玷污测试方法进行测试,具体为称取1.0g配制灰与1.0g丁二醇混合均匀,加998.0g水配制成污染物悬浮液,将测试板水平成60°角放置,用泵将污染物悬浮液以200L/min的流速循环均匀的喷淋在测试板上,喷淋30min后再50℃ 干燥24小时,然后测量涂膜反射系数L值,以喷淋前后涂膜反射系数的下降率来评价耐玷污性。

1.一种具有耐污功能的发光涂料,包括分散剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、润湿剂、pH调节剂、钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、贝壳粉、纳米铝粉、蜡乳液、成膜助剂、防霉剂、杀菌剂、增稠剂、阻燃剂、疏水剂和发光粉,其特征在于各组分所占质量百分数如下所述:
分散剂的加入量为0.3~1%;
消泡剂的加入量为0.1~0.6%;
防冻剂的加入量为1~5%;
润湿剂的加入量为0.1~0.8%;
pH调节剂的加入量为0.1~0.4%;
钛白粉的加入量为10~20%;
重质碳酸钙加入量为4~10%;
贝壳粉加入量为5~12%;
纳米铝粉加入量为0.1~0.2%;
蜡乳液加入量为15~25%;
成膜助剂加入量为1~6%;
防霉剂加入量为0.1~0.5%;
杀菌剂加入量为2~7%;
增稠剂加入量为0.1~0.6%;
阻燃剂加入量为1.5~4%;
疏水剂加入量为1~6%;

6.一种具有耐污发光涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、先在反应釜内加入制备用水;
(2)、再向反应釜内加入散剂和消泡剂,并打开反应釜内部的搅拌叶,对反应釜内部的制备用水、分散剂和消泡剂进行搅拌,反应釜的搅拌速度为200-1000转/分钟,搅拌时间为7-15min;
(3)、在反应釜搅拌的同时,依次向反应釜内部加入防冻剂、润湿剂、pH调节剂、钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、贝壳粉、纳米铝粉、蜡乳液、成膜助剂、防霉剂、杀菌剂、增稠剂、阻燃剂、疏水剂和发光粉;
(4)、全部原料加入完成后,继续保持搅拌1~2h,对制备后的涂料进行过滤处理;
(5)、将过滤后的涂料进行装桶;
(6)、将装桶后的涂料进行入库保存。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有耐污发光涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的制备用水为去离子水。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有耐污发光涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中过滤网的网孔大小为120~200目。
