Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐热PVC管配方,包括聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、磷酸三甲苯酯、活性钙、柠檬酸三丁酯、硬脂酸钙、PE蜡、三氧化二锑、聚酯纤维、钛白粉。本发明的耐热PVC管不但具有良好的热稳定性,而且也具有良好的机械性能,抗老化、抗光氧化、韧性高,热稳定性好、阻燃性好,耐酸碱腐蚀。

一种耐热PVC管配方
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐热PVC管配方,属于塑料技术领域。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯,英文简称PVC(Polyvinyl chloride),是氯乙烯单体(vinyl chloridemonomer, 简称VCM)在过氧化物、偶氮化合物等引发剂;或在光、热作用下按自由基聚合反应机理聚合而成的聚合物。氯乙烯均聚物和氯乙烯共聚物统称之为氯乙烯树脂。
PVC为无定形结构的白色粉末,支化度较小,相对密度1.4左右,玻璃化温度77~90℃,170℃左右开始分解,对光和热的稳定性差,在100℃以上或经长时间阳光曝晒,就会分解而产生氯化氢,并进一步自动催化分解,引起变色,物理机械性能也迅速下降。
PVC材料经常用于我们的生活中,尤其是PVC管。现有市场对PVC管的需求量正在逐年增加,未来社会对PVC管仍将继续增大。随着社会城市化、科技化、人性化的发展,PVC管行业的高速发展,PVC管越来越贴近人们的生活,随之而来的是PVC管使用量的增加。这就需要一种耐热、抗老化、抗光氧化、韧性高,热稳定性好、阻燃性好,耐酸碱腐蚀的PVC管。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种耐热PVC管配方。
本发明的方案如下:一种耐热PVC管配方,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:聚氯乙烯50~80份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯30~70份、磷酸三甲苯酯20~60份、活性钙20~40份、柠檬酸三丁酯10~20份、硬脂酸钙5~10份、PE蜡2~5份、三氧化二锑5~10份、聚酯纤维5~10份、钛白粉3~8份。
进一步,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:聚氯乙烯60份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯40份、磷酸三甲苯酯30份、活性钙30份、柠檬酸三丁酯15份、硬脂酸钙5份、PE蜡3份、三氧化二锑6份、聚酯纤维7份、钛白粉4份。
进一步,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:聚氯乙烯70份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯50份、磷酸三甲苯酯40份、活性钙25份、柠檬酸三丁酯16份、硬脂酸钙7份、PE蜡4份、三氧化二锑7份、聚酯纤维8份、钛白粉5份。
进一步,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:聚氯乙烯60份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯60份、磷酸三甲苯酯50份、活性钙35份、柠檬酸三丁酯17份、硬脂酸钙6份、PE蜡3份、三氧化二锑8份、聚酯纤维6份、钛白粉6份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的耐热PVC管不但具有良好的热稳定性,而且也具有良好的机械性能,抗老化、抗光氧化、韧性高,热稳定性好、阻燃性好,耐酸碱腐蚀。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取聚氯乙烯60kg、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯40kg、磷酸三甲苯酯30kg、活性钙30kg、柠檬酸三丁酯15kg、硬脂酸钙5kg、PE蜡3kg、三氧化二锑6kg、聚酯纤维7kg、钛白粉4kg混合制成PVC管原料。
实施例2
取聚氯乙烯70kg、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯50kg、磷酸三甲苯酯40kg、活性钙25kg、柠檬酸三丁酯16kg、硬脂酸钙7kg、PE蜡4kg、三氧化二锑7kg、聚酯纤维8kg、钛白粉5kg混合制成PVC管原料。
实施例3
取聚氯乙烯60kg、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯60kg、磷酸三甲苯酯50kg、活性钙35kg、柠檬酸三丁酯17kg、硬脂酸钙6kg、PE蜡3kg、三氧化二锑8kg、聚酯纤维6kg、钛白粉6kg混合制成PVC管原料。

1.一种耐热PVC管配方,其特征在于,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:聚氯乙烯50~80份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯30~70份、磷酸三甲苯酯20~60份、活性钙20~40份、柠檬酸三丁酯10~20份、硬脂酸钙5~10份、PE蜡2~5份、三氧化二锑5~10份、聚酯纤维5~10份、钛白粉3~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种耐热PVC管配方,其特征在于,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:聚氯乙烯60份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯40份、磷酸三甲苯酯30份、活性钙30份、柠檬酸三丁酯15份、硬脂酸钙5份、PE蜡3份、三氧化二锑6份、聚酯纤维7份、钛白粉4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种耐热PVC管配方,其特征在于,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:聚氯乙烯70份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯50份、磷酸三甲苯酯40份、活性钙25份、柠檬酸三丁酯16份、硬脂酸钙7份、PE蜡4份、三氧化二锑7份、聚酯纤维8份、钛白粉5份。
