技术领域

发明内容

具体实施方式

图2示出根据本发明教导构造的可伸展套管200的第三实例。可伸展套管200通常包括按钮204,基部206,联接到按钮204和基部206并在按钮204和基部206之间延伸的可折叠或可伸展机构202,为了安全和舒适以围绕并容纳可折叠机构202的方式联接到按钮204和/或基部206的可变形盖子212,以及锁定件214,该锁定件214配置成将可伸展套管200可释放地固定在未示出但与上述可伸展套管100的折叠配置一致的折叠配置中。在其它实例中,可伸展套管200可以包括附加的、更少的或不同的组件。作为实例,可伸展套管200可以不包括盖子212。
盖子212通常联接到按钮204和基部206并设置在按钮204和基部206之间。盖子212优选采用弹性体外壳(由弹性体材料制成)的形式,其包括在按钮204和基部206之间连接到彼此的多个折叠部分214。在一些实例中,诸如图2中所示,多个折叠部分214被布置成以便形成或者限定看起来像褶皱的渐缩的锥形形状。因此,在这些实例中,盖子212具有从按钮204到基部206渐缩的外径(然而也可相反)。在其它实例中,多个折叠部分214可布置成形成不同的形状,或者盖子212可以仅包括一个折叠部分214。
类似于可折叠机构102,可折叠机构202通常有利于可伸展套管200在图2中所示的伸展配置和未示出的折叠配置之间移动,并且将可伸展套管200保持在期望的配置(伸展或折叠)下。然而,在该实例中,可折叠机构202采取在按钮204和基部206之间布置在盖子212内的螺旋弹簧218(例如,由例如金属或塑料制成)的形式,使得盖子212围绕并容纳(例如,保护)螺旋弹簧218。更具体地,螺旋弹簧218具有位于抵靠按钮204的内侧116的第一端220和与第一端220相对的位于抵靠基部206的内侧120的第二端222。图2中所示的螺旋弹簧218具有基本上与盖子212的形状相对应的形状。换言之,图2中所示的螺旋弹簧218具有锥形或渐缩形状,使得第一端220的外径大于第二端222的外径。
在该实例中按钮204类似于上述按钮104,其中使用相同的参考数字来指代相同的组件。然而,不同于按钮104,按钮204还包括由按钮204的内侧116承载并从按钮204的内侧116轴向向内延伸的第一突起210。在该实例中,基部206同样类似于如上所述基部206,其中使用相同的参考数字来指代相同的组件。然而,不同于基部106,基部206还包括由基部206的内侧120承载的一对第二突起208。突起208在径向向内延伸之前从基部206的内侧120轴向向内延伸,从而限定尺寸定制成接收第一突起210的凹部216。
如将从图2理解的那样,螺旋弹簧218布置成将可伸展套管200偏置到其伸展配置。更具体地,螺旋弹簧218布置成将按钮204和盖子212偏置远离基部206并且偏置到图2中所示的与可伸展套管200的伸展配置对应的位置。因此,螺旋弹簧218在本文中也可被称为偏置元件218。在任何情况下,当可伸展套管200处于伸展配置下时,按钮204与平台206间隔开,以允许可伸展套管200的使用者将便携式媒体播放器的耳机线围绕可伸展套管200的一部分缠绕,形成用于便携式媒体播放器的可调节的支架,形成用于便携式媒体播放器的把手,和/或执行其它期望的功能。
通过克服由螺旋弹簧218施加的偏置力,可伸展套管200可以从该伸展配置移动到折叠配置。通常而言,可伸展套管200的使用者可以通过抓握住或抓持住按钮204和/或盖子212并且沿着纵向轴线224朝向平台206移动(例如,推动)按钮204和盖子212来完成。当按钮204和盖子212以这种方式朝向平台206移动时,多个折叠部分214折叠到彼此上,并且按钮204、盖子212和螺旋弹簧218可以围绕纵向轴线224旋转。
如还将从图2理解的那样,凹部216布置成当可伸展套管200移动到折叠配置时接收并保持第一突起210,使得按钮204朝向基部206移动并与基部206紧密靠近。当发生这种情况时,第一突起210移动经过第二突起208并进入凹部216,此时第二突起208接合第一突起210(以及反之亦然)。凭借第一突起210和第二突起208的形状和尺寸,第一突起210被牢固地保持在凹部216中。以这种方式,第一突起210、第二突起208和凹部216限定或形成将可伸展套管200锁定在折叠配置下的锁定件214。
本领域内的普通技术人员将会理解的是,第一突起210和第二突起208可以颠倒,但仍然相互作用以有助于将弹起套管(Popsocket)200锁定在折叠配置下。更具体地,第一突起210可以由基部206承载,以及第二突起208(其限定凹部216)可由按钮204承载。
可伸展套管200的使用者可以通过释放锁定件214而将可伸展套管200从折叠配置移动到伸展配置。通常而言,使用者可以通过抓握住或者抓持住按钮204和/或盖子212并使得按钮204和/或盖子212围绕纵向轴线224旋转来释放锁定件214,因此其使得第一突起210旋转脱离与第二突起208的接合并脱离凹部216。一旦锁定件214已经被释放,螺旋弹簧218的偏置力向外远离基部206驱动按钮204和盖子212,直到按钮204和盖子212达到伸展配置。
图3A-3C示出根据本发明教导构造的可伸展套管300的第四实例。可伸展套管300类似于可伸展套管200,由于其包括按钮304,基部306,联接到按钮304和基部306并在按钮304和基部306之间延伸的可折叠或可伸展机构302,以及配置成将可伸展套管300可释放地固定到伸展配置(图3B中示出)下的锁定件,但是可伸展套管300以下面描述的方式与可伸展套管200不同。在其它实例中,可伸展套管300可包括附加的、更少的或不同的组件。作为实例,可伸展套管300还可以包括诸如盖子212的可变形盖子。
如同可折叠机构102和可折叠机构202一样,可折叠机构302通常便于可伸展套管300在图3A中所示的折叠配置和图3B中所示的伸展配置之间移动。然而,在该实例中,可折叠机构302采取布置在按钮304和基部306之间的多个同心环322的形式。在该实例中,可折叠机构302包括三个同心环322A、322B和322C,每个同心环具有基本上楔形的横截面,但是在其它实例中,可以采用更多或更少的同心环,和/或同心环可以具有不同的形状。在任何情况下,当可伸展套管300在折叠配置和伸展配置之间移动时,同心环322可沿着纵向轴线324相对于彼此移动。此外,如图3A和图3B中所示,当可伸展套管300在折叠配置和伸展配置之间移动时,同心环322B可在同心环322A内移动,并且同心环322C可在同心环322B内移动(并且依次是环322A)。
在该实例中按钮304类似于上述按钮104,其中使用相的参考数字来指代相同的组件。然而,不同于按钮104,按钮304还包括第一环形突起308,该第一环形突起308由按钮304的内侧116承载并且在按钮304的周边边缘320处或周边边缘320附近从按钮304的内侧116轴向向内延伸。在该实例中,突起308具有内表面314,当突起308远离按钮304延伸时,内表面314径向向内弯曲。因此内表面314布置成与同心环322中的最外侧的一个(在该实例中是同心环322A)交接以有助于将同心环322保持在按钮304和基部306之间的适当位置下。
在该实例中基部306类似于上述基部106,其中使用相同的参考数字来指代相同的组件。然而,不同于基部106,基部306包括第二环形突起310,该第二环形突起310由基部106的内侧120承载并从基部106的内侧120轴向向内延伸。第二突起310设置在第一突起308和同心环322的径向内侧。换言之,第二突起310嵌套在第一突起308和同心环322内。当突起310远离基部306延伸时,第二突起310具有渐缩的外表面312。掣子313形成在外表面312的端部处或外表面312的端部附近。掣子313因此布置成与同心环322中的最内侧的一个(在该实例中是同心环322C)交接以有助于将同心环322保持在按钮304和基部306之间的适当位置下。一些实例中,诸如图3A和图3B中所示的一个实例,最内侧的同心环322(在该实例中为322C)也可以包括沟槽,其尺寸定制成接收并干涉地接合掣子313,以便进一步有助于将同心环322保持在适当位置下。
在操作中,可伸展套管300可以过操纵按钮304和/或机构302来在伸展配置和折叠配置之间转变。更具体地,可伸展套管300的使用者例如可通过抓握住或抓持住按钮304并将按钮304沿着纵向轴线324远离基部306向上移动(例如,拉动)来使得可伸展套管300从折叠配置(图3A)移动到伸展配置(图3B)。如上面简要提及的那样,可伸展套管300包括锁定件,该锁定件又可以将可伸展套管300锁定或牢固地保持在该伸展配置下。在该实例中,锁定件是由掣子313和内表面315限定的基于摩擦的锁定件,其不仅有助于将同心环322保持在按钮304和基部306之间的适当位置下,而且当可伸展套管300处于伸展配置下时还分别摩擦地接合同心环322的最内侧和最外侧(在该实例中,分别为322C和322A)。在该实例中,同心环322也被成形为当可伸展套管300处于伸展配置下时摩擦地接合一个或两个相邻的同心环322,从而有助于将可伸展套管300锁定在伸展配置下。可伸展套管300的使用者可以释放或解除这些锁定特征,并且例如通过将按钮304沿着纵向轴线324向下朝向基部306移动(例如,推动,按压)而使可伸展套管300从伸展配置移动到折叠配置。当可伸展套管300从伸展配置移动到折叠配置时,同心环322嵌套在彼此内,其中最内侧的环322嵌套在下一个最内侧的环322内,依此类推,直到突起310定位成紧邻按钮304的内侧116或与按钮304的内侧116接触为止。

Claims (26)

1.一种用于附接到便携式媒体播放器或便携式媒体播放器壳的可伸展套管,所述可伸展套管包括:
适于接合便携式媒体播放器或便携式媒体播放器壳的一部分的基部;
联接到基部的盖子,其中所述盖子可在折叠位置和伸展位置之间移动;
联接到盖子的与基部相对的按钮;以及
在基部和按钮之间布置在盖子内的弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述盖子包括由弹性体材料制成的外壳。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述盖子包括渐缩的锥形形状。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述盖子包括具有褶皱形状的至少一个折叠部分。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述弹簧包括螺旋弹簧,所述螺旋弹簧配置成将盖子偏置到伸展位置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述螺旋弹簧包括锥形螺旋弹簧。
7.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述弹簧包括双稳态弹簧,所述双稳态弹簧具有与折叠位置对应的第一稳定位置和与伸展位置对应的第二稳定位置。
8.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述弹簧包括一对双稳态弹簧,每个双稳态弹簧具有与折叠位置对应的第一稳定位置和与伸展位置对应的第二稳定位置。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述可伸展套管还包括锁定件,所述锁定件配置成将盖子可释放地固定在折叠位置下。
10.根据权利要求9所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述锁定件包括第一突起,所述第一突起由所述按钮承载并且布置成当所述锁定件将所述盖子可释放地固定在所述折叠位置下时接合由所述基部承载的第二突起。
11.根据权利要求9所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述锁定件包括由所述基部或所述按钮限定的凹部,以及由所述基部或所述按钮中的另一个限定的突出部,所述凹部配置成当所述锁定件将所述盖子可释放地固定在所述折叠位置下时接收所述突出部。
12.一种用于附接到便携式媒体播放器或便携式媒体播放器壳的可伸展套管,所述可伸展套管包括:
适于接合便携式媒体播放器或便携式媒体播放器壳的一部分的基部;
与基部间隔开并且可相对于基部移动的按钮;以及
设置在基部与按钮之间的弹簧,所述弹簧布置成抵制按钮朝向基部的移动。
13.根据权利要求12所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述可伸展套管还包括布置在基部和按钮之间的盖子,其中所述盖子围绕偏置元件。
14.根据权利要求13所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述盖子包括由弹性体材料制成的外壳。
15.根据权利要求14所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述外壳包括至少一个折叠部分。
16.根据权利要求12至15中任一项所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述弹簧包括螺旋弹簧,所述螺旋弹簧配置成将所述按钮偏置远离所述基部。
17.根据权利要求12至15中任一项所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述弹簧包括至少一个双稳态弹簧,所述至少一个双稳态弹簧具有第一稳定位置和第二稳定位置,其中在所述第一稳定位置下所述弹簧抵制所述按钮朝向所述基部的移动,而在所述第二稳定位置中所述弹簧抵制按钮远离基部的移动。
18.根据权利要求12至17中任一项所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述可伸展套管还包括锁定件,所述锁定件配置成将按钮可释放地固定到基部。
19.根据权利要求18所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述锁定件包括第一突起,所述第一突起由所述按钮承载并且布置成选择性地接合由所述基部承载的第二突起,以便可释放地将所述按钮固定到所述基部。
20.根据权利要求18所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述锁定件包括由所述基部或所述按钮限定的凹部,以及由所述基部或所述按钮中的另一个限定的突出部,所述凹部配置成选择性地接收所述突出部以将所述按钮可释放地固定到所述基部。
21.一种用于附接到便携式媒体播放器或便携式媒体播放器壳的可伸展套管,所述可伸展套管包括:
适于接合便携式媒体播放器或便携式媒体播放器壳的一部分的基部;
联接到基部并具有中空形状的弹性体外壳,所述外壳包括至少一个折叠部分并且可在折叠位置和伸展位置之间变形;
联接到外壳的与基部相对的按钮,当外壳处在折叠位置时,所述按钮被设置成距基部第一距离,而当外壳处在伸展位置时,所述按钮被设置成距基部大于第一距离的第二距离;以及
在所述基部和所述按钮之间布置在外壳内的弹簧,所述弹簧配置成抵制外壳从所述伸展配置的移动。
22.根据权利要求21所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述弹簧包括螺旋弹簧,所述螺旋弹簧配置成将按钮偏置远离基部。
23.根据权利要求21所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述弹簧包括双稳态弹簧,所述双稳态弹簧具有第一稳定位置和第二稳定位置,其中在所述第一稳定位置下所述弹簧抵制所述按钮朝向所述基部的移动,而在所述第二稳定位置中所述弹簧抵制按钮远离基部的移动。
24.根据权利要求21至23中任一项所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述可伸展套管还包括锁定件,所述锁定件用于将按钮选择性地联接到基部,使得当按钮和基部联接时,外壳处在折叠配置。
25.根据权利要求24所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述锁定件包括第一突起,所述第一突起由所述按钮承载并且布置成当锁定件将按钮可释放地联接到基部时接合由所述基部承载的第二突起。
26.根据权利要求24所述的可伸展套管,其特征在于所述锁定件包括由所述基部或所述按钮限定的凹部,以及由所述基部或所述按钮中的另一个限定的突出部,当所述锁定件将所述按钮联接到所述基部时所述凹部配置成接收所述突出部。
