Description

Ejection device for a movable furniture part and piece of furniture
Technical Field
The invention relates to an ejection device for a movable furniture part, comprising a drive element pretensioned by at least one spring, by means of which the movable furniture part can be moved from a closed position into an open position, wherein the at least one spring can be moved into a tensioned position during a closing or opening movement of the furniture part along a path, and the furniture part can be blocked in the closed position by the at least one tensioned spring, wherein a return stop is provided, which delimits the opening or closing movement of the movable furniture part if the tensioning of the spring has not yet been completed during the closing or opening movement of the furniture part.
Background
DE 202006012976U 1 discloses a lockable ejection device which comprises a securing device which prevents the ejection of the movable furniture part before the end of the force accumulation process of the force accumulator. Such a fastening device or a return stop can be used, for example, in a push-open fitting, in order to prevent the drawer from being pushed out during the closing movement if the energy store of the ejection device is not yet fully charged. For the fixing, the wedge element is wedged with the contact section of the fixing means, thereby preventing the opening movement. However, friction and clamping forces may be insufficient, particularly in the case of heavy furniture parts (e.g., loaded drawers).
DE 202010009796U 1 discloses an ejection device for a movable furniture part, which tensions an accumulator during a closing movement. In order to avoid ejection during such a tensioning process, a bending spring is provided which presses against the gear teeth when contact is made on the pawl. Thus blocking the opening movement. However, in the case of a large load in the opening direction, the thin-walled spring may be easily damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an ejection device for a movable furniture part which provides a stably formed return stop with a simple device.
This object is achieved by an ejector device having the features of claim 1.
According to the invention, the return stop comprises a blocking rod which is movable along the guide path and which can be engaged with the toothed rack during the closing movement of the movable furniture part if the tensioning process is interrupted. The blocking lever is reliably guided via the guide path and can absorb relatively high holding forces if the closing or opening process is interrupted.
The ejection device preferably has a housing on which a carriage pretensioned by at least one spring is guided linearly by a drive element. Ejection can then be effected via the drive element by relative movement of the carriage with respect to the housing. In this case, the blocking lever can have a control element which engages with a curved guide on the carriage and is therefore also moved during the relative movement of the carriage with respect to the housing. The blocking rod can also be moved by means of a guide element along a guide path on the housing, so that the rotational position and the position of the blocking rod on the guide path are predefined. Thus, the blocking lever cannot contact the toothed rack during the closing movement or the opening movement as long as the tensioning process is not interrupted. A noiseless tensioning of the at least one spring can thus be achieved, and the blocking rod engages with the toothed rack as soon as an interruption of the tensioning process occurs.
As is known in the art, the ejector device may preferably be combined with a self-retracting device. The self-retracting device may be implemented separately from the ejection device or may form a unit with the ejection device. During closing or opening of the drawer, the spring of the ejector is tensioned and after or during tensioning and locking of the spring the self-retracting device can move the drawer to the closed position and optionally at the same time decelerate it.
The ejection device can preferably have a different power principle for the at least one spring. This means that at least one spring of the ejection device can be charged during closing, for example after opening of the movable furniture part. Alternatively, the ejector device may eject the movable furniture part into the first open position, and the user may then further manually move the movable furniture part in the opening direction into the second open position, for example in the case of a drawer. This opening movement from the first open position to the second open position can then be used to tension the at least one spring, so that in this case the return stop can become effective during the opening movement of the movable furniture part.
The guide path preferably has an annular section. In this case, the first section of the guide path for the tensioning process can be arranged closer to the toothed rack than the second section of the guide path for the opening movement. In this case, the blocking lever can be pretensioned in the engagement position by means of a tensioning spring, which therefore ensures a quick engagement of the blocking lever on the toothed rack if the tensioning process is interrupted.
The blocking lever preferably has an engagement element. During the tensioning, the engaging element is advantageously guided at a distance from the toothed rack, so that a snapping or wearing noise can be avoided. For this purpose, the engaging elements can be guided substantially linearly and in parallel to the toothed rack or the locking bracket.
In another embodiment, a catch or holding section for blocking the movable furniture part in the closed position is provided on the guide path. The blocking lever which is movable along the guide path can therefore have the function of a return stop on the one hand and also of a blocking of the movable furniture part. To unlock, the movable furniture part is then pressed or pushed in and the blocking lever is released from the catch or holding section.
For a compact construction, the blocking lever can be supported so that it can rotate about a guide element, wherein the guide element is arranged between an engagement element for engagement on the engagement rack and the control element.
The invention is used in particular in a piece of furniture, in which a drawer or a sliding door is moved in an opening direction from a closed position via an ejection device. However, the ejector device may also be used with doors, flaps or other movable furniture parts. Preferably, a self-retractor can be provided on the piece of furniture, which acts on the movable part in addition to the ejection device before the closed position is reached, so that the movable furniture part is held in the closed position and the closing movement can be decelerated.
Drawings
The invention will be explained in more detail below on the basis of exemplary embodiments with reference to the drawings. In the drawings:
fig. 1 shows a perspective exploded view of a movable furniture part comprising an ejection device;
FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of the movable furniture component of FIG. 1 in an installed position;
fig. 3 shows a detailed view of the ejector device of fig. 1; and
fig. 4 shows a detail of the ejection device of fig. 3 in an opening movement.
Detailed Description
The piece of furniture 1 comprises a furniture body 2 into which a movable furniture part 3 in the form of a drawer can be inserted, wherein a front panel 4 is arranged on an open side of the furniture body 2. The drawer is supported so that it can be moved by two pull-out guides 5, the pull-out guides 5 being provided on opposite side walls of the furniture body 2. Each pull-out guide 5 is arranged in a side frame 8 of the drawer and is fixed by a holding corner piece 9 and supports the drawer by a movable sliding rail. Furthermore, an angled drive 7 interacting with an ejection device 6 for the movable furniture part 3 is fixed on the furniture body 2. When the front panel 4 is pressed in the closing direction towards the furniture carcass 2, unlocking can take place by means of the ejection device 6, so that the drawer is ejected in the opening direction by the force of the at least one spring. When the drawer is moved in the closing direction, the at least one spring of the ejection device 6 is again tensioned.
In fig. 2, the ejector 6 is mounted on the underside of the drawer bottom and interacts with an angled drive 7. It is also possible to interact the ejection device 6 with other movable furniture parts, for example sliding doors, flaps or doors, or to fix the ejection device 6 on the furniture carcass 2 or on a fixed part of the pull-out guide and to effect ejection by means of a drive arranged on the movable furniture part or on a movable part of the pull-out guide.
Fig. 3 shows an ejection device 6, which ejection device 6 has a housing 10 that can be fastened to the movable furniture part 3 and on which a carriage 11 is held so that it can be moved linearly. The carriage 11 is pretensioned by a spring 12 on the housing 10, wherein for this purpose a first end 13 is fixed on the carriage 11 and an opposite end 14 is fixed on the housing 10. On the carriage 11, a projection 35 is provided as a drive element, which is supported on the angle drive 7 so that the movable part 3 is ejected by a relative movement of the carriage 11 on the housing 10. Alternative solutions that vary greatly for the transmission of forces from the carriage 11 to the movable furniture part 3 and/or vice versa are known from the prior art and can be used here. The spring 12 is designed as an extension spring which is fixed at a second end 14 to a bracket 15 of the housing 10. Instead of an extension spring, a compression spring could also be used, wherein the second end 14 would have to be fixed to the bracket on the opposite left in fig. 3.
Furthermore, a toothed rack 16 or locking bracket is formed on the housing 10, on which a blocking lever 17 can engage as a return stop. The toothed rack 16 has teeth for locking the blocking rod 17, and instead of the locking bracket of the toothed rack 16, it is possible to have other locking elements, such as openings or recesses. The blocking lever 17 has an engagement element 18 in the form of a hook or tooth, which can be inserted into the tooth profile of the toothed rack 16. The blocking rod 17 is in this case supported such that it can be moved by the guide element 19 along a guide path 33, the guide path 33 being formed on the housing 10. The guide element 19 also forms the axis of rotation of the blocking lever 17, which blocking lever 17 is guided on the carriage 11 using a curved guide 24 in the control element 23. In this case, the control element 23 is positioned on the opposite side with respect to the engaging element 18.
In fig. 3, the ejection device 6 is shown in an open position, in which the spring 12 is at least partially relaxed and the blocking rod 17 has reached an end position on the guide path 33. If the ejection device 6 is to be tensioned again, the carriage 11 will be displaced by the engagement at the angled drive 7 and the projection 35, whereby the guide element 19, which may be formed as a pin for example, is moved along the end section 32 of the guide path 33 until the guide element 19 meets the lead-in ramp 25, which lead-in ramp 25 displaces the blocking rod 17 in the direction of the toothed rack 16. Thus, the engagement element 18 is moved to a position directly adjacent the rack 16.
If the tensioning process is interrupted at this point, the tensioning spring 20 pulls the blocking rod 17 into the engagement position, so that the blocking rod 17 is fixed on the toothed rack 16. The tensioning spring 20 is held at one end on a bracket 21 on the housing 10 and is fixed at the opposite end on a fastening point 22 on the blocking lever 17. The fastening point 22 is in this case located between the guide element 19 and the engaging element 18. Since the blocking lever 17 is fixed to the toothed rack 16, the carriage 11 can no longer be displaced in the housing 10 by the force of the spring 12, so that the ejection movement is interrupted.
If the movable furniture part 3 is now moved further in the closing direction, the carriage 11 is pressed by the curved guide 24 on the blocking lever 17 and the lever is unlocked from the toothed rack 16. The guide element 19 is moved further along a first portion 34 of the guide path 33 located adjacent to the rack 16 until the guide element 19 encounters the lead-in ramp 26 and moves away from the rack 16 to the catch or holding section 27. A slide 28 with a snap receptacle 29 is positioned adjacent to the snap or holding section 27, wherein the slide 28 is pretensioned in the snap position by a spring 30. The blocking lever 17 with the guide element 19 can be blocked by the tensioning spring 12 at the latching or holding section 27 and thus the movable furniture part 3 is held in the closed position. If the ejection means is combined with a self-retracting means, the spring 12 may already be blocked on the latching or holding section 27 by tensioning the spring before the closed position is reached. The closed position may then be maintained, for example, by a self-retracting device or another element. In principle, it is not necessary to predetermine the closed position for the spring 12 by means of the snap-in or holding section 27. In order to eject the movable furniture part in the opening direction, the movable furniture part is pressed or pushed in and the sliding portion 28 is thus lifted from the catch or holding section 27 against the force of the spring 30, and thus the blocking lever 17 and the guide element 19 are released, so that the guide element 19 can be moved along the guide path 33 along the second section 31, the second section 31 being located further from the toothed rack 16 than the first section 34. The blocking element 17 can now be moved along the guide path 33 to the end section 32 up to the end position.
Fig. 4 shows the position of the blocking lever 17 during the opening movement. The blocking lever 17 is located at a position spaced apart from the rack 16 and is reliably guided on the carriage 11 by the guide element 19 and the curved guide 24. Once the blocking lever 17 is in the final position, the movable furniture part can be moved further in the opening direction independently of the ejection device 6 before the next closing and tensioning process can be started.
