Description

Ejection device for movable furniture part and furniture
Technical Field
The invention relates to a pop-up device for a movable furniture part and a piece of furniture having such a pop-up device, comprising a drive element which is preloaded by at least one spring and by means of which the movable furniture part can be moved from a closed position into an open position, wherein the at least one spring can be moved into a loading position during a closing or opening movement of the furniture part along a displacement distance and the furniture part can be locked in the closed position together with the at least one loaded spring, wherein a non-return device is provided which limits the opening or closing movement of the movable furniture part if the loading of the spring has not yet ended during the closing or opening movement of the furniture part.
Background
DE 202006012976U 1 discloses a lockable ejection device which comprises a securing device which prevents the ejection of the movable furniture part before the end of the charging process of the energy store. Such a fixing device or backstop can be used in a push-open fitting, for example to prevent the drawer from being ejected during the closing movement when the accumulator of the ejection device is not yet fully loaded. To achieve this fixing in place, the clamping element is wedged together with the contact section of the fixing device in order to prevent an opening movement. However, friction and clamping forces may be insufficient, particularly for heavy furniture parts, such as drawers with loads.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a pop-up device for a movable furniture part, which comprises a non-return, which can absorb a high retaining force and which is simple in design.
This object is achieved by an ejection device having the features of claim 1.
The ejection device according to the invention for a movable furniture part comprises a non-return means which limits the opening movement of the movable furniture part when the spring loading has not yet ended during the closing movement of the furniture part, wherein the non-return means has a pinion which is guided in a guide track and which engages with a rack during the opening or closing movement and can be fixed in position by means of a locking element. Thus, the securing in place is achieved by the pinion or gear and rack connection to provide a high retention force, which also prevents heavy drawer return travel without damaging portions of the backstop. The engagement of the pinion on the rack also ensures that the movable furniture part is fixed in position relatively quickly if it is released during the loading operation, wherein the backstop with rack and pinion is of simple design.
The pinion is preferably guided along the rack so that the pinion is rotatable in the opening or closing direction. The pinion can thus be moved together with the carriage relative to the guide rail on the housing, wherein the engagement of the pinion on the rack is not perceptible by the user acoustically or tactually. The pinion is displaceably mounted on the carrier, wherein the locking element is also provided on the movable carrier. If the loading operation is interrupted, relative movement of the carrier with respect to the pinion may occur to block rotation of the pinion and thus activate the backstop. In order to be able to guide the pinion in different sections of the guide rail during the opening and closing movement, a substantially L-shaped curved guide may be formed on the carrier, which allows a movement of the pinion in two different directions, in particular at right angles to each other. The pinion can then also be displaced relative to the carrier for a fixed movement.
In order to achieve a stable fixing of the pinion, the locking element can be configured as a rack portion. This provides a secure engagement between the pinion and the locking element at the termination of the loading operation.
In one embodiment, the guide track formed on the housing for the pinion is configured as a ring. During the movement of the furniture part, the pinion can be moved along the rack in the opening or closing direction, while during the closing or opening movement the pinion is guided in different sections of the guide rail and can be moved at a distance from the rack.
The locking or holding section is preferably provided on a guide rail for the pinion, on which guide rail the pinion is fixed in position in the locking position in order to lock the spring. The action of locking the spring and the backstop is thus performed by the pinion. By means of the locking spring, the furniture part can be simultaneously also locked in the closed position. Alternatively, it is possible to configure the function of the backstop and the function of the lock separately. For this purpose, a first guide rail for the axle of the pinion and a second guide rail for the control element of the locking mechanism of the locking bracket may be provided on the housing.
As is known in the art, the ejection means may preferably be combined with an automatic retraction device. The automatic retraction device may be designed separately from the ejection means or as a unit with the ejection means. The spring of the ejector is loaded when the drawer is closed or opened, and the automatic retraction device can move the drawer into the closed position after or during the loading and locking of the spring.
The ejection means may preferably have a different loading principle for the at least one spring. This means that the at least one spring of the ejection device can be loaded after the opening of the movable furniture part, for example during closing. The ejection device may alternatively eject the movable furniture part into the first open position, and the user may then manually move the movable furniture part further in the opening direction into the second open position (for example in the case of a drawer). This opening action from the first opening position to the second opening position can then be used to load the at least one spring, so that in this case the backstop can be active during the opening movement of the movable furniture part.
The invention also provides a piece of furniture having a movable furniture part which is moved in an opening direction by means of the ejection device according to the invention. The movable furniture part is preferably designed as a linearly movable furniture part, in particular as a drawer or a sliding door. Alternatively, an ejector for the door or flap can also be used.
Drawings
The invention is explained in more detail below using two design examples with reference to the drawings. The figures show:
fig. 1 and 2 are two views of a piece of furniture with a pop-up device according to the invention;
fig. 3 to 10 are several views of the ejector in different positions, an
Fig. 11 to 13 are several views of a second design example of the ejector.
Detailed Description
The piece of furniture 1 comprises a furniture body 2 into which a movable furniture part 3 in the form of a drawer can be inserted, wherein a front panel 4 is arranged on the open side of the furniture body 2. The drawer is movably mounted via two pull-out guides 5, which two pull-out guides 5 are arranged on opposite side walls of the furniture body 2. Each pull-out guide 5 is fixed in a side frame 8 of the drawer via a holding bracket 9 and supports the drawer via a movable travel rail. A dog-ear drive 7 cooperating with the ejection device 6 for the movable furniture part 3 is also attached to the furniture body 2. By means of the ejection device 6, the movable furniture part can be unlocked when the front panel 4 is pressed in the closing direction towards the furniture body 2, and the drawer is then ejected in the opening direction by the force of at least one spring. When the drawer is moved in the closing direction, the at least one spring of the ejector 6 is again loaded.
In fig. 2, the ejector 6 is mounted on the underside of the bottom of the drawer and cooperates with a dog-ear drive 7. It is also possible to allow the ejector device 6 to cooperate with other movable furniture parts, such as sliding doors, flaps or doors, or to attach the ejector device 6 to the furniture body 2 or to a fixed part of the pull-out guide, and the ejection is effected by means of a drive arranged on the movable furniture part or on the movable part of the pull-out guide.
Fig. 3 shows a detailed view of the ejector 6 in the locked closed position. The ejector 6 mounted on the bottom of the drawer comprises a housing 10, and the toothed rack 11 is arranged on the housing 10, preferably integrally formed on the housing 10. Any strip-shaped element that can be engaged with the pinion can be used as the rack 11, wherein the rack 11 can also have notches or other stop or bearing elements instead of teeth.
An annular guide rail 12 for the axle of the pinion 14 is also provided on the housing 10. The pinion 14 is displaceably held on the carrier 13, the carrier 13 being preloaded by means of a spring 15. For this purpose, one end 16 of the spring 15 is attached to the bracket 13, while the second end 27 is attached to the housing 10. The carrier 13 in fig. 3 is thus preloaded to the right, since the spring 15 is configured as a tension spring. The spring 15 can also be arranged differently and, for example, be configured as a compression spring.
The projections 19 which are supported on the dog-ear drive 7 are located on the carrier 13. The projection 19 forms a drive element for moving the movable furniture part out of the locking position in the opening direction after unlocking.
In the locking position, the pinion 14 is held on the guide rail 12 by the locking or holding section 22, while the spring 15 is loaded. If the movable furniture part 3 is now pushed in the closing direction, the housing 10 is moved relative to the bracket 13, which bracket 13 is supported on the drive 7 by the projection 19. As shown in fig. 5, this causes unlocking of the lock, and the pinion 14 moves from the locking or holding section to the rail 12. Various options for transmitting forces from the bracket 13 to the movable furniture part 3 (or vice versa) are known in the art and can be used here.
After unlocking, the carrier 13 can now be moved relative to the housing, wherein the pinion 14 is guided by its axle in a first guide rail 12A, which first guide rail 12A is arranged at a greater distance from the rack 11 than the second guide rail 12B. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, during the opening movement of the movable furniture part, the pinion 14 moves in the first guide rail 12A. The axle of the pinion 14 is guided in a curved guide 18 on the carrier 13, so that the carrier 13 moves in a linear manner along the housing 10, while the pinion 14 can move along the curved guide 18 in a linear manner and perpendicularly thereto. The pinion 14 can be moved along the rail 12 until it reaches an end section 28, which end section 28 is arranged near an annular section of the rail 12. The bracket 13 can then be in an end position on the housing 10 and the movable furniture part 3 can be separated from the drive 7 and moved independently of the ejection device 6.
When the movable furniture part 3 is moved again in the closing direction, the projection 19 reaches the drive 7 and comes into contact with the drive 7 and moves the carrier 13 in fig. 8 to the left, so that the pinion 14 moves out of the end section 28 and strikes the running ramp 29. As a result, the pinion 14 is now guided in the second guide rail 12B, which second guide rail 12B is arranged closer to the rack 11 than the first guide rail 12A. The pinion 14 is thus engaged with its teeth with the rack 11 and rotates, whereby the user may not hear noise or feel force due to the low weight of the pinion 14, which may be made of plastic, for example.
When the movable furniture part 3 is moved further in the closing direction, the bracket 13 moves relative to the housing 10 in order to load the spring 15. If the movable clamp part 3 is now released, so that the loading of the spring 15 ceases, the backstop prevents the movable furniture part 3 from popping out. A locking element 17, which can engage with the teeth of the pinion 14 as a rack part, is formed on the carrier for this purpose. If the loading operation is interrupted, the spring 15 pulls the carriage 13 in fig. 9 to the right, while the pinion 14 remains in position on the rack 11 due to the curved guide 18, so that the locking element 17 formed on the carriage 13 engages with the teeth of the pinion 14. Rotation of the pinion 14 relative to the carrier 13 is thus prevented and, because the pinion 14 is also engaged with its teeth on the rack 11, movement of the pinion 14 and the carrier 13 relative to the housing 10 is prevented. The opening movement of the movable furniture part 3 is thus prevented.
If the movable furniture part 3 is now moved further into the closed position, the user pushes the movable furniture part in the closing direction against the force of the spring 15, so that the locking element 17 is removed again from the pinion 14 and the carrier 13 is moved further in the closing direction together with the pinion 14, wherein the pinion is moved along the guide rail 12B to the locking or retaining section 22 formed on the guide rail 12. The pinion 14 can again be secured in place by a locking element 17, if desired. In each locking of the non-return, the pinion 14 is displaced on the L-shaped curved guide 18.
In the locked position of the pinion 14, the slide 20 engages with the axle of the pinion 14, wherein a catch recess 21 positioned near a retaining section 22 on the guide rail 12 is provided on the slide 20. The movement of the slider 20 with respect to the retaining section 22 releases the axle of the pinion 14, and the pinion 14 can then move back into the first guide rail 12A to achieve the opening movement by means of the ejection device 6. The slide 20 is preloaded in the locking position by means of a spring 23, so that the pinion 14 can be locked again on the holding section 22 and the grip recess 21 after unlocking.
In the design examples of fig. 3 to 10, the locking of the movable furniture part and the backstop in the closed position is carried out by means of a single guide rail 12, whereby it is also possible to separate these functions from one another. Fig. 11 to 13 show a modified ejection device 6' which can be used in the movable furniture part 3 according to fig. 1 and 2. As in the previous design example, the ejector 6 ' comprises a housing 10 ', on which housing 10 ' a rack 11 ' is formed for fixing a pinion 14, which pinion 14 is movable into position along a guide rail 12 '. In the vicinity of the pinion 14, a locking element 17 in the form of a rack is arranged on a carrier 13 ', which carrier 13 ' is movable in a linear manner along the housing 10 '. The bracket 13 ' is preloaded by means of two springs 15, the two springs 15 being fixed in position, one end on the housing 10 ' and the opposite end on the bracket 13 '.
In addition to the guide rail 12 ', a second guide rail 30, in which a control element 31 of the locking mechanism is guided, is formed on the housing 10'. The guide rail 30 is formed in a ring shape, or in a "heart-shaped curved guide", in which a locking seat 21' for attaching the control element 31 in the locked position is provided at one end. A locking seat 21 ' is formed on the slider 20 ', said slider 20 ' being preloaded by a spring 23 in the locking position. The control element 31 can be locked between the holding section 22 'and the locking seat 21'.
Fig. 11 shows the ejector 6' in the open position, in which the spring 15 is at least partially relaxed. If the movable furniture part is now moved in the closing direction, the spring 15 is loaded and the pinion 14 is moved along the second guide rail 12B ', which second guide rail 12B' is arranged closer to the rack 11 'than the first guide rail 12A'. As shown in fig. 13, if the closing movement is interrupted, the pinion 14 remains in position on the rack 11 'while the carrier 13' is moved to the right by the force of the spring 15, so that the locking element 17 engages with the teeth of the pinion 14. The rotation of the pinion 14 is thus prevented and the driver 7, which abuts against the projection 19', is fixed in position so that no ejection movement occurs. The continued pushing-in causes the locking element 17 to be lifted off the pinion 14, so that it can be moved further along the second guide rail 12B'. At the same time, the control element 31 is moved along the guide rail 30 until the control element 31 is locked between the retaining section 22 'and the locking seat 21'. Thus, the locking is achieved by the locking mechanism with the control element 31 and not by the pinion 14, the pinion 14 being guided along the guide rail 12' and unlocked. An L-shaped curved guide 18 for enabling the pinion 14 to move relative to the carrier 13 'is formed on the carrier 13' again.
If the ejection means 6, 6 'are combined with an automatic retraction device, the spring 15 can be locked on the locking or holding section 22, 22' with a loaded spring even before the closed position is reached. The closed position may then be retained, for example, by an automatic retraction device or by another element. The automatic retraction can also brake the closing movement of the movable furniture part. The closed position is generally not necessarily dictated by the locking or retaining sections 22, 22' for the spring 15 or the bracket 13.
