Abstract

本发明提供了一种叠片式换热器,属于散热领域,包括边梁组以及若干个平行排列设置在边梁组内的换热片,每个换热片的一对侧上设有翻边,两翻边之间形成总通道;相邻两个换热片旋转90度设置,相邻两个换热片上的总通道相互垂直,解决现有换热器多采用翅片式,换热方向单一的问题。与现有技术相比,该叠片式换热器将相邻换热片旋转90度平行设置在边梁组内,每个换热片上的一对翻边形成总通道,换热片上的凸起将总通道划分为多个支通道,增大接触面积,提高换热效率。

一种叠片式换热器
技术领域
本发明涉及散热领域,特别是一种叠片式换热器。
背景技术
换热器(heat exchanger),是将热流体的部分热量传递给冷流体的设备,又称热交换器。换热器在化工、石油、动力、食品及其它许多工业生产中占有重要地位,其在化工生产中换热器可作为加热器、冷却器、冷凝器、蒸发器和再沸器等,应用广泛。
现有的换热器多采用翅片式,只能形成一个方向的通道,空气流通不及时,造成换热效率低,影响机器的整体散热。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种叠片式换热器,形成两个方向的通道,增大接触面积,提高换热效率。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种叠片式换热器,包括边梁组以及若干个平行排列设置在边梁组内的换热片,每个换热片的一对侧上设有翻边,两翻边之间形成总通道;相邻两个换热片旋转90度设置,相邻两个换热片上的总通道相互垂直。
优选地,每个换热片上设有至少一条凸起,凸起将总通道划分为至少两个支通道;相邻换热片上的凸起相互垂直。
更优选地,每个换热片上设有三条凸起,凸起将总通道划分为四个支通道。
更优选地,所述凸起与翻边保持平行,凸起的截面为梯形。
优选地,所述边梁组包括四个边梁,四个边梁分别对应每个换热片的四个边角,每个边梁上分别设有用于容纳换热片边角的卡槽。
更优选地,所述换热片的每个边角与边梁通过粘接工艺或焊接工艺固定。
优选地,所述换热片采用金属冲压折弯成型。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供一种叠片式换热器,将相邻换热片旋转90度平行设置在边梁组内,每个换热片上的一对翻边形成总通道,换热片上的凸起将总通道划分为多个支通道,增大接触面积,提高换热效率。

具体实施方式
根据附图对本发明提供的优选实施方式做具体说明。
图1至图6,为本发明提供的一种叠片式换热器的优选实施方式。如图1至图6所示,该叠片式换热器包括边梁组10以及若干个平行排列设置在边梁组10内的换热片20,每个换热片20的一对侧上设有翻边21,两翻边21之间形成总通道201;相邻两个换热片20旋转90度设置,相邻两个换热片20上的总通道201相互垂直,这样空气在相互垂直的总通道201内分别流动,提高换热效率。
如图2至图4所示,每个换热片20上设有至少一条凸起22,凸起22将总通道201划分为至少两个支通道202,这样增大空气与换热片20的接触面积以及形成紊流,从而增加换热效果;相邻换热片20上的凸起22相互垂直。所述凸起22与翻边21保持平行,凸起22的截面为梯形,这样进一步增大空气与换热片20的接触面积。所述换热片20采用金属冲压折弯成型,在换热片20的一侧面形成凸起,另一侧面对应位置形成凹槽,利于空气流通。
作为一种优选实施方式,每个换热片20上设有三条凸起22,凸起22将总通道201划分为四个支通道202,相邻凸起22之间的间距大于凸起22与翻边21之间的间距。
如图1、图2和图5所示,所述边梁组10包括四个边梁11,四个边梁11分别对应每个换热片20的四个边角,每个边梁11上分别设有用于容纳换热片20边角的卡槽111。所述换热片20的每个边角与边梁11通过粘接工艺或焊接工艺固定,这样防止换热片20自卡槽111内脱落,对换热片20进一步固定。
所述叠片式换热器中换热片20的四个边角分别卡在四个边梁11的对应卡槽111内,相邻换热片20旋转90度设置,相邻换热片20上的总通道201相互垂直,所有的总通道201分为上下贯通的总通道和左右贯通的总通道,每个总通道201内设有凸起22将总通道201划分为多个支通道202,以增大接触面积,提高换热效率,这样如图6所示,处于下方的冷风穿过上下贯通的总通道进行吸收热量成为热风、处于左侧的冷风穿过左右贯通的总通道进行吸收热量成为热风,提高换热效率。
综上所述,本发明的技术方案可以充分有效的实现上述发明目的,且本发明的结构及功能原理都已经在实施例中得到充分的验证,能达到预期的功效及目的,在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对发明的实施例做出多种变更或修改。因此,本发明包括一切在专利申请范围中所提到范围内的所有替换内容,任何在本发明申请专利范围内所作的等效变化,皆属本案申请的专利范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种叠片式换热器,其特征在于,包括边梁组以及若干个平行排列设置在边梁组内的换热片,每个换热片的一对侧上设有翻边,两翻边之间形成总通道;相邻两个换热片旋转90度设置,相邻两个换热片上的总通道相互垂直。
2.根据权利要求1所述的叠片式换热器,其特征在于:每个换热片上设有至少一条凸起,凸起将总通道划分为至少两个支通道;相邻换热片上的凸起相互垂直。
3.根据权利要求1所述的叠片式换热器,其特征在于:每个换热片上设有三条凸起,凸起将总通道划分为四个支通道。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的叠片式换热器,其特征在于:所述凸起与翻边保持平行,凸起的截面为梯形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的叠片式换热器,其特征在于:所述边梁组包括四个边梁,四个边梁分别对应每个换热片的四个边角,每个边梁上分别设有用于容纳换热片边角的卡槽。
6.根据权利要求5所述的叠片式换热器,其特征在于:所述换热片的每个边角与边梁通过粘接工艺或焊接工艺固定。
7.根据权利要求1所述的叠片式换热器,其特征在于:所述换热片采用金属冲压折弯成型。
