The double-deck parking apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein the rotary parking apparatus comprises a parking plate horizontally disposed above the loading plate, a rotary support structure disposed between the parking plate and the loading plate for supporting the parking plate, and a rotary driving mechanism disposed between the parking plate and the loading plate, the rotary driving mechanism being capable of driving the parking plate to rotate in a forward or reverse direction to be aligned with or perpendicular to the loading plate.

The double-deck parking apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the rotary driving mechanism comprises a driving motor provided on the loading plate, an output shaft of the driving motor being drivingly connected to a horizontally arranged small pulley; the automobile parking device is characterized by further comprising a large belt wheel horizontally arranged below the middle part of the automobile parking plate in the length direction, the large belt wheel is fixedly connected with the automobile parking plate, and a connecting belt is arranged between the large belt wheel and the small belt wheel.

The double-deck parking apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the rotary support structure comprises a circular guide rail formed on a bottom surface of the car mounting plate and having an axis coinciding with an axis of rotation of the car parking plate, and a support member vertically upwardly disposed on the loading plate, an upper end of the support member constituting a support sliding end fitted into the circular guide rail.

The double-deck parking device as recited in claim 6, wherein said support member comprises a vertically disposed, sunken mounting groove having an upper end, a freely rotatable steel ball disposed in said mounting groove, said steel ball partially protruding from said mounting groove, said protruding portion being embedded in a downwardly disposed circular guide rail formed in a bottom surface of a vehicle mounting plate.

The double-deck parking device of claim 7, wherein the support assemblies comprise a plurality of sets arranged along the circular guide rail at intervals in the circumferential direction, the number of the support assemblies is four, the circular guide rail is provided with a partition, the partition divides the circular guide rail into four arc guide rails with central angles of 90 degrees, and the support assemblies and the arc guide rails are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
