Abstract

本发明提供了一种高强度棉织物及其制备方法,所述的棉织物由三层棉布通过涂覆生物基不饱和聚酯树脂胶液复合而成,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:a)制备生物基不饱和聚酯,b)制备丙烯酸环氧大豆油,c)制备生物基不饱和聚酯树脂胶液,d)热压固化制备棉织物。本发明揭示了一种高强度棉织物及其制备方法,该棉织物生产用料环保、生产成本低、生产过程简单高效,制得的棉织物具有优异的拉伸性能和动态力学性能,具备较高的应用价值。

一种高强度棉织物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种棉织物,尤其涉及一种高强度棉织物及其制备方法,属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
棉织物又称棉布,是以棉纱为原料织造的织物。棉织物以优良的服用性能成为最常用的面料之一,广泛用于服装面料、装饰织物和产业用织物。棉织物的主要特性表现为:一、具有良好的吸湿性和透气性,穿着舒适;二、手感柔软,光泽柔和、质朴;三、保暖性好,耐穿性好;四、染色性好,色泽鲜艳;五、耐水洗、耐光性好。随着纺织印染加工的深入发展,棉织物品种日益丰富,外观和性能及档次也不断提高。
棉织物虽然具有良好的服用性能,但其弹性较低、抗拉性能较差,尤其是长时间与日光接触,其强力降低,纤维会变硬变脆,极易断裂。因此,采用合理的生产工艺以及性能高效的改性剂来增强棉织物的力学性能,显得十分重要。目前,已有不少棉织物采用天然环保的生物基高分子材料复合,以增强其力学性能。然而,在生物基高分子材料的制备方面,出现了不少问题,诸如:选用原料不可再生、价格较高,石油化工产品利用较多、产生污染及有害人体健康等,不利于大范围推广应用。
发明内容
针对上述需求,本发明提供了一种高强度棉织物及其制备方法,该棉织物生产用料环保、生产成本低、生产过程简单高效,制得的棉织物具有优异的拉伸性能和动态力学性能,具备较高的应用价值。
本发明是一种高强度棉织物及其制备方法,所述的棉织物由三层棉布通过涂覆生物基不饱和聚酯树脂胶液复合而成,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:a)制备生物基不饱和聚酯,b)制备丙烯酸环氧大豆油,c)制备生物基不饱和聚酯树脂胶液,d)热压固化制备棉织物。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤a)中,制备生物基不饱和聚酯选用的原料及重量百分含量为:28%无水草酸、31%马来酸酐、40%乙二醇、0.5%对甲苯磺酸一水合物、0.5%对苯二酚。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤a)中,制备生物基不饱和聚酯包括如下步骤:1)将选用的原料按重量比混合均匀;2)将混合物在氮气保护下于1.1 MPa、160℃下加热2h;3)在0.085MPa、160℃下继续加热2h。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤b)中,制备丙烯酸环氧大豆油选用的原料及重量百分含量为:74.8%环氧大豆油、0.8%三乙胺、24.2%丙烯酸、0.2%对苯二酚。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤b)中,制备丙烯酸环氧大豆油包括如下步骤:1)将环氧大豆油和三乙胺在氮气保护下于40℃搅拌60min;2)加入丙烯酸和对苯二酚混合液,在110℃下反应90min得到反应产物;3)用蒸馏水洗涤3次产物并放入55℃干燥箱中干燥1h得到黄色透明液体。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤c)中,制备生物基不饱和聚酯树脂胶液选用的原料及重量百分含量为:59.9%生物基不饱和聚酯、19.9%丙烯酸环氧大豆油、19.9%甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、0.1%过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、0.2%异佛尔酮二胺。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤c)中,制备生物基不饱和聚酯树脂胶液包括如下步骤:1)将生物基不饱和聚酯、丙烯酸环氧大豆油和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯在氮气保护下于40℃搅拌30min;2)加入过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯和异佛尔酮二胺混合液,在40℃下继续混合搅拌30min得到树脂胶液。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤d)中,热压固化工艺参数为:热压机压力15MPa、一次热压温度100℃、一次固化反应时间2h、二次热压温度150℃、二次固化反应时间3h。
本发明揭示了一种高强度棉织物及其制备方法,该棉织物生产用料环保、生产成本低、生产过程简单高效,制得的棉织物具有优异的拉伸性能和动态力学性能,具备较高的应用价值。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
图1是本发明实施例高强度棉织物制备方法的工序步骤图;该棉织物由三层棉布通过涂覆生物基不饱和聚酯树脂胶液复合而成,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:a)制备生物基不饱和聚酯,b)制备丙烯酸环氧大豆油,c)制备生物基不饱和聚酯树脂胶液,d)热压固化制备棉织物。
本发明提及的高强度棉织物以恒源祥纯棉布作为底料,通过在三层棉布上涂抹自制的生物基不饱和聚酯树脂胶液,再采用热压固化工艺制备而成。其中,生物基不饱和聚酯树脂胶液由生物基不饱和聚酯、丙烯酸环氧大豆油和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯组成;该生物基不饱和聚酯树脂胶液制备时,先是将乙二醇、草酸和马来酸酐通过熔融缩聚制成生物基不饱和聚酯,再以自制的丙烯酸环氧大豆油和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的共混溶剂作为生物基不饱和聚酯的活性稀释剂,从而得到了黏度小、生物基含量较高、储存稳定、与棉布浸润良好的树脂胶液。经测试,该树脂胶液与棉布复合制得的棉织物表现出优异的拉伸性能和动态力学性能,其拉伸断裂强度接近30MPa,具有很高的应用价值。
实施例
具体制备方法如下:
a)制备生物基不饱和聚酯,首先按重量百分比计称取28%的无水草酸、31%的马来酸酐、40%的乙二醇、0.5%的对甲苯磺酸一水合物、0.5%的对苯二酚;然后将上述原料混合均匀,并在氮气保护下于1.1 MPa、160℃下加热2h;随后减压至0.085MPa,在160℃下继续加热2h,得到生物基不饱和聚酯。
b)制备丙烯酸环氧大豆油,首先按重量百分比计称取74.8%的环氧大豆油、0.8%的三乙胺、24.2%的丙烯酸、0.2%的对苯二酚;然后将环氧大豆油和三乙胺在氮气保护下于40℃搅拌60min;随后缓慢加入丙烯酸和对苯二酚混合液,并在110℃下反应90min,得到反应产物;最后用蒸馏水洗涤3次产物,并放入55℃干燥箱中干燥1h,得到黄色透明液体丙烯酸环氧大豆油。
c)制备生物基不饱和聚酯树脂胶液,首先按重量百分比计称取59.9%的步骤a)制备的生物基不饱和聚酯、19.9%的步骤b)制备的丙烯酸环氧大豆油、19.9%的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、0.1%的过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、0.2%的异佛尔酮二胺;然后将生物基不饱和聚酯、丙烯酸环氧大豆油和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯在氮气保护下于40℃混合搅拌30min;随后缓慢加入过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯和异佛尔酮二胺混合液,并在40℃下继续混合搅拌30min,得到生物基不饱和聚酯树脂胶液。
d)热压固化制备棉织物,首先取相同规格的三份恒源祥纯棉布,该棉布规格为:经密 60根/cm、纬密30根/cm、厚度0.4mm、平方米质量120g/m2
然后将步骤c)制备的生物基不饱和聚酯树脂胶液分别均匀涂抹于上述棉布上;随后放入热压设备中,在热压机压力15MPa下于100℃固化反应2h;最后再于150℃固化反应3h,即制得高强度棉织物。
本发明揭示了一种高强度棉织物及其制备方法,该棉织物生产用料环保、生产成本低、生产过程简单高效,制得的棉织物具有优异的拉伸性能和动态力学性能,具备较高的应用价值。

1.一种高强度棉织物及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的棉织物由三层棉布通过涂覆生物基不饱和聚酯树脂胶液复合而成,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:a)制备生物基不饱和聚酯,b)制备丙烯酸环氧大豆油,c)制备生物基不饱和聚酯树脂胶液,d)热压固化制备棉织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度棉织物及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤a)中,制备生物基不饱和聚酯选用的原料及重量百分含量为:28%无水草酸、31%马来酸酐、40%乙二醇、0.5%对甲苯磺酸一水合物、0.5%对苯二酚。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高强度棉织物及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤a)中,制备生物基不饱和聚酯包括如下步骤:1)将选用的原料按重量比混合均匀;2)将混合物在氮气保护下于1.1 MPa、160℃下加热2h;3)在0.085MPa、160℃下继续加热2h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强度棉织物及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤b)中,制备丙烯酸环氧大豆油选用的原料及重量百分含量为:74.8%环氧大豆油、0.8%三乙胺、24.2%丙烯酸、0.2%对苯二酚。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高强度棉织物及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤b)中,制备丙烯酸环氧大豆油包括如下步骤:1)将环氧大豆油和三乙胺在氮气保护下于40℃搅拌60min;2)加入丙烯酸和对苯二酚混合液,在110℃下反应90min得到反应产物;3)用蒸馏水洗涤3次产物并放入55℃干燥箱中干燥1h得到黄色透明液体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高强度棉织物及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤c)中,制备生物基不饱和聚酯树脂胶液选用的原料及重量百分含量为:59.9%生物基不饱和聚酯、19.9%丙烯酸环氧大豆油、19.9%甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、0.1%过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、0.2%异佛尔酮二胺。
7.根据权利要求6所述的高强度棉织物及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤c)中,制备生物基不饱和聚酯树脂胶液包括如下步骤:1)将生物基不饱和聚酯、丙烯酸环氧大豆油和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯在氮气保护下于40℃搅拌30min;2)加入过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯和异佛尔酮二胺混合液,在40℃下继续混合搅拌30min得到树脂胶液。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高强度棉织物及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤d)中,热压固化工艺参数为:热压机压力15MPa、一次热压温度100℃、一次固化反应时间2h、二次热压温度150℃、二次固化反应时间3h。
