The invention provides a warp knitting process of a louver fabric, which comprises a base cloth and blades, wherein the warp knitting process adopts a double-needle-bed warp knitting machine for knitting, each guide bar is sequentially divided into a first guide bar group with more than two guide bars, a second guide bar group with two guide bars and a third guide bar group with one guide bar according to the arrangement direction of the guide bar on the double-needle-bed warp knitting machine, a plurality of blades which are arranged in parallel and are not connected with each other are formed by lapping yarns on a front needle bed of the double-needle-bed warp knitting machine through the first guide bar group, a plurality of blades which are arranged in parallel with each other are formed by lapping yarns on a back needle bed of the double-needle-bed warp knitting machine, the second guide bar group is lapped and formed into a base cloth by lapping yarns on the front needle bed and the back needle bed of the double-needle-bed warp knitting machine alternately, one side of each blade is fixedly connected to the base cloth, sewing treatment is not needed after knitting, and water-soluble fibers can be directly obtained by dissolving dyeing and finishing fibers, simple process, high production efficiency, relatively low cost and relatively good hand feeling.

Background
With the continuous improvement of living standard of people, the requirements on fabrics with various purposes are higher and higher, the louver fabrics as the clothing fabrics are developed continuously, the louver fabrics in the market at present are generally realized by a sewing mode, namely, the louver fabrics are obtained by sewing and knitting leaf layer fabrics on base layer fabrics through a sewing machine, the process is very complicated, the production efficiency is lower, and the manufacturing cost is high; in addition, the stitching thread of the cattle tripe fabric manufactured by the sewing method at the joint of the leaf layer cloth and the base layer cloth has extremely poor hand feeling.
The Chinese patent application with the application publication number of CN104480622A discloses a knitted cowshed fabric and a manufacturing method thereof, the cowshed fabric is knitted by a knitted double-faced circular knitting machine to obtain gray fabric, and then the water-soluble characteristic of water-soluble fibers is utilized to obtain the beanshed fabric with integrally connected leaf layer cloth and base layer cloth through dyeing and finishing, however, the use of the water-soluble fibers can increase the cost of the fabric to a certain extent, and the beanshed fabric obtained by the manufacturing method only has square leaf shapes and is monotonous, and the aesthetic requirements of people for continuous improvement are difficult to meet.
In view of this, the applicant has conducted intensive research on the knitting process of the louver fabric, and has generated the present application.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the warp knitting process of the louver fabric, which has the advantages of simple process, high production efficiency, relatively low cost and relatively good hand feeling.

a warp knitting process of a louver fabric comprises a base cloth and a plurality of blades which are parallel to each other and are integrally connected to the base cloth respectively, the warp knitting process adopts a double-needle-bed warp knitting machine with more than five guide bars to knit, each guide bar is sequentially divided into a first guide bar group with more than two guide bars, a third guide bar group with one guide bar and a second guide bar group with two guide bars according to the arrangement direction of the guide bar on the double-needle-bed warp knitting machine, yarn laying and looping of the first guide bar group on a front needle bed of the double-needle-bed warp knitting machine form a plurality of blades which are arranged in parallel to each other and are not connected to each other, yarn laying and looping of the second guide bar group on a back needle bed of the double-needle-bed warp knitting machine form the base cloth, the third guide bar group alternately forms loop on the front needle bed and the back needle bed of the double-needle-bed warp knitting machine and fixedly connects one side of each blade to the base cloth, forming the shutter fabric.
As an improvement of the present invention, at least two adjacent guide bars in the first guide bar group are threaded with M threads and one space, and the guide bars in the third guide bar group are threaded with two threads and N space or with one thread and M space, where M is a positive integer greater than 3, and N-M-1.
As a modification of the invention, the laying stitch of the guide bars in the third guide bar group is a knit stitch 1-0/0-1//.
