Description

Methanol diesel oil additive based on yeast grease and methanol diesel oil prepared by same
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of alcohol alternative fuels, in particular to a methanol diesel oil additive based on yeast grease and methanol diesel oil prepared by the methanol diesel oil additive.
Background
Alcohol fuel is regarded as the most promising vehicle fuel in the field of alternative fuels as a clean, cheap and efficient alternative to petrochemical fuel, and the low cost and abundant sources of the alcohol fuel are increasingly emphasized. Long-term research shows that the methanol economy is used as a substitute fuel, so that people can no longer depend on increasingly reduced petroleum and natural gas resources, and the situation is particularly in line with the increasingly short supply of petrochemical resources in China. The oxygen content of the methanol accounts for 50 percent, the ignition limit of the methanol is wider than that of diesel oil, the combustion speed is high, and the emission of particulate matters is favorably reduced; the boiling point of the methanol is lower than that of the diesel oil, and the mixed gas is formed quickly and uniformly, so that complete combustion is facilitated; the theoretical air-fuel ratio of the methanol is lower than that of diesel oil, the combustion in an engine is more complete, and the emission of greenhouse effect gases can be effectively reduced; however, methanol as an alternative fuel for diesel engines has the following disadvantages: (1) because the methanol contains hydroxyl and is a polar substance, the methanol and the diesel oil are very difficult to mix, and the phenomenon of layering is very easy to occur, so the storage stability is poor; (2) the flash point of the methanol is only 12 ℃ and is much lower than the flash point of the diesel oil which is 55 ℃, that is to say, after the methanol is mixed in the diesel oil, the flash point of the mixed fuel can be rapidly reduced to be close to the flash point (12 ℃) of the methanol, so that the mixed fuel becomes extremely unstable and can explode when meeting open fire, and serious transportation and storage risks exist; (3) the latent heat of vaporization of the methanol is large, and the cooling effect generated by the high latent heat of vaporization can generate adverse effect on the working conditions of the engine at low speed and low load; (4) the methanol has low viscosity and poor lubricity, and when an original fuel injection system of a diesel engine is directly used, faults such as system abrasion and even blockage can be caused, so that the reliability and the durability of the engine are influenced; (5) the ignition point of the methanol is much higher than that of the diesel oil (more than 200 ℃), so that the methanol is difficult to ignite and has poor spontaneous ignition capability; (6) the saturated vapor pressure of the methanol is higher than that of the diesel oil, so the phenomenon of high-temperature air resistance is easy to occur; (7) the calorific value of methanol is only 43.6% of that of diesel oil, so the introduction of methanol inevitably reduces the calorific value of fuel, thereby remarkably reducing the power and torque of the engine; (8) methanol has a lower cetane number than diesel fuel and a higher latent heat of vaporization than diesel fuel, which directly reduces the thermal efficiency and economy of co-combustion of methanol at low engine loads. Therefore, the problems of poor mutual solubility, high gas resistance, low flash point, low heat value, serious corrosion, poor economy and the like of the methanol are key factors for restricting the development of the methanol diesel.
In order to solve the above problems of the methanol fuel, many new patent technologies have been developed in recent years. The patent No. CN102161922A discloses a methanol diesel oil additive and methanol diesel oil, which use acetone and toluene with toxicity and very low flash point, and the dosage of the additive>10%, the dosage is very large, and the cost is very high; the patent number is CN102229820A, which discloses a 'denatured methanol diesel oil and a blending process thereof', which uses polymethoxy methyl acetal, namely a polymer of methylal, and belongs to a substance prohibited from being added into diesel oil by Ming dynasty; the patent number is CN1948443A, which discloses a 'fuel replacing diesel oil and a preparation method and application thereof', wherein the antifreeze agent preferably selects sodium hydroxide, the sodium hydroxide is inorganic strong base and has very strong corrosivity to metal, and simultaneously is strong acid, strong alkali salt and very good conductivity, thereby greatly increasing the conductivity of oil products and accelerating the electrochemical corrosion of an oil circuit system; the patent number is CN101955814A, which discloses a dimethyl ether methanol diesel oil mixed fuel and a preparation method thereof, wherein dimethyl ether with high cost, low flash point, easy inhalation and poisoning, complex preparation process and dangerous normal temperature storage is used as a main raw material for improving power; patent No. CN101709234A discloses a methanol diesel oil compound additive and a preparation method thereof, but the patent does not mention the flash point temperature of the embodiment in the content, and the problem of low flash point of methanol diesel oil is not solved at all; the patent No. CN103911191A discloses an additive for diesel oil and a preparation method thereof, wherein in the described embodiment, the dosage of the additive is up to 17%, but the freezing point and the cold filter plugging point are more conventional 0#Compared with diesel oil, the diesel oil is not reduced but slightly improved, so that the cost is high and the effect is slight; patent number CN107099345A, disclose a "biological alcohol group fuel oil aid solutizer", the patent number is CN106947555A, disclose a "biological alcohol group fuel oil power heat value agent", the patent number is CN106906014A, disclose a "biological alcohol group light fuel flash point improver", the patent number is CN107338114A, disclose a "biological alcohol group light fuel pour point depressing rheological agent", the above-mentioned four patents are thorough to various problems analysis of alcohol group fuel, the principle is explained in detail, the solution is clear, but it is complicated to make the process with the yeast fatty acid, and can't utilize precious resources such as various factory waste water, waste oil, waste sugar solution, etc. to change waste into wealth effectively, therefore there are high technological costs, the defect of low utilization factor of industrial waste; the patent No. CN107739632A discloses a method for preparing a methanol gasoline additive by using a microorganism fermentation waste oil product as a main body and an application thereof, wherein the components of n-pentane, cyclohexane, methyl formate, ethyl acetate, dimethyl carbonate and the like in the embodiment belong to low-flash-point components, and the patent cannot refer to the special requirement (not lower than 55 ℃) for flash point of diesel oil, and the flash point of the finished oil follows the 'flash point minimum principle'. Therefore, the research and development of a novel environment-friendly methanol diesel additive which is less in dosage, low in cost, good in effect, biodegradable, free of harmful components and electrolytes and free of secondary pollution to the environment is urgent.
