a. putting the industrial white oil and the biodiesel according to the weight ratio into a blending tank, and uniformly stirring;
b. adding the additive in the weight ratio into a blending tank, and heating the temperature of the blending tank to 53 ℃;
c. putting the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax in the weight ratio into a blending tank, adjusting the price of the blending tank to 75 ℃, and stirring for 45min at the temperature;
d. and after stirring is finished, sampling inspection is carried out, filtration treatment is carried out through a filtration system after the inspection is qualified, and then the mixture is put into a finished product tank, so that the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax environment-friendly biofuel is obtained.
Wherein, the stirring condition in the step a is as follows: stirring was carried out at 330rpm for 30 min.
Example 4
The Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax environment-friendly biofuel comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
68% of industrial white oil;
4% of biodiesel;
25% of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax;
and 3% of additive.
Wherein the industrial white oil is C16-C23A mixture of alkanes.
Wherein the biodiesel is prepared by esterification reaction of soybean oil and alcohol.
Wherein the additive comprises an emulsifier, a stabilizer, a cosolvent, a pour point depressant, a combustion improver and a dispersant.
Wherein the mass content of the emulsifier in the biofuel is 0.3 percent; the mass content of the stabilizer in the biofuel is 0.4 percent; the mass content of the cosolvent in the biofuel is 1.0 percent; the mass content of the pour point depressant in the biofuel is 0.3 percent; the mass content of the combustion improver in the biofuel is 0.3 percent; the mass content of the dispersant in the biofuel is 0.7%.
The emulsifier is Span80, and can form nanometer microemulsion between industrial white oil and biodiesel oil to make the prepared biofuel uniform and stable.
The stabilizer is a mixture of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and N, N '-bis (salicylidene) -1, 2-propane diamine according to the mass ratio of 3:1, and the oxidation stability of the prepared biofuel can be improved by taking the 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol as an antioxidant main agent and the N, N' -bis (salicylidene) -1, 2-propane diamine for a synergistic effect.
The cosolvent is polyethylene glycol 300, and the biofuel has better uniformity and stability by adding the polyethylene glycol 300 into the biofuel.
The pour point depressant is 1-248, can reduce the freezing point of the biofuel and improve the low-temperature fluidity.
The combustion improver is a mixture of petroleum ether, methyl tert-butyl ether and dimethyl ether in a weight ratio of 1:1.5:2, and can promote ignition and accelerate combustion.
The dispersant is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
In addition, the invention also provides a preparation process of the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax environment-friendly biofuel, which comprises the following steps:
a. putting the industrial white oil and the biodiesel according to the weight ratio into a blending tank, and uniformly stirring;
b. adding the additive in the weight ratio into a blending tank, and heating the temperature of the blending tank to 52 ℃;
c. putting the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax in the weight ratio into a blending tank, keeping the price of the blending tank to 78 ℃, and stirring for 45min at the temperature;
d. and after stirring is finished, sampling inspection is carried out, filtration treatment is carried out through a filtration system after the inspection is qualified, and then the mixture is put into a finished product tank, so that the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax environment-friendly biofuel is obtained.
Wherein, the stirring condition in the step a is as follows: stir at 330rpm for 33 min.
Example 5
The Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax environment-friendly biofuel comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
75% of industrial white oil;
3% of biodiesel;
20% of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax;
2 percent of additive.
Wherein the industrial white oil is C16-C23A mixture of alkanes.
Wherein, the biodiesel is prepared by the esterification reaction of peanut oil and alcohol.
Wherein the additive comprises an emulsifier, a stabilizer, a cosolvent, a pour point depressant, a combustion improver and a dispersant.
Wherein the mass content of the emulsifier in the biofuel is 0.2 percent; the mass content of the stabilizer in the biofuel is 0.3 percent; the mass content of the cosolvent in the biofuel is 0.6 percent; the mass content of the pour point depressant in the biofuel is 0.3 percent; the mass content of the combustion improver in the biofuel is 0.2 percent; the mass content of the dispersant in the biofuel is 0.4%.
The emulsifier is Span60, and can form nanometer microemulsion between industrial white oil and biodiesel oil to make the prepared biofuel uniform and stable.

c. putting the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax in the weight ratio into a blending tank, adjusting the price of the blending tank to 82 ℃, and stirring for 55min at the temperature;
d. and after stirring is finished, sampling inspection is carried out, filtration treatment is carried out through a filtration system after the inspection is qualified, and then the mixture is put into a finished product tank, so that the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax environment-friendly biofuel is obtained.
Wherein, the stirring condition in the step a is as follows: stir at 380rpm for 38 min.
Examples of the experiments
The biofuels prepared in examples 1-5 were tested for performance, with specific reference to the following criteria:
cetane number: GB/T386-91 Diesel ignition Property determination (cetane number method);
copper sheet corrosion: GB/T5096 Petroleum products copper sheet corrosion test method;
flash point: measuring the flash point of GB/T261;
solidifying point: SH/T0248 diesel oil and civil heating oil cold filter plugging point determination method.
The results are shown in table 1 below:

In conclusion, the invention can lead the prepared biofuel to have better power performance by the synergistic cooperation of the industrial white oil, the biodiesel, the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax and the additive, and has the advantages of no delamination after long-term storage, small corrosivity, low cost, energy saving, environmental protection and better application prospect.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely preferred embodiments for fully illustrating the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. The equivalent substitution or change made by the technical personnel in the technical field on the basis of the invention is all within the protection scope of the invention. The protection scope of the invention is subject to the claims.
Claims (8)
1. An environment-friendly biofuel for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
55% -75% of industrial white oil;
2% -5% of biodiesel;
17% -30% of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax;
2 to 5 percent of additive.
2. The Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax environment-friendly biofuel according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
66% of industrial white oil;
4% of biodiesel;
26.5 percent of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax;
3.5 percent of additive.
3. The Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax environment-friendly biofuel of claim 1, characterized in that the industrial white oil is C16-C23A mixture of alkanes.
4. The Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax environment-friendly biofuel of claim 1, wherein the biodiesel is prepared by esterification of palm oil, rapeseed oil, soybean oil, peanut oil or corn oil with alcohol.
5. The Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax environment-friendly biofuel according to claim 1, characterized in that the additive comprises an emulsifier, a stabilizer, a cosolvent, a pour point depressant, a combustion improver and a dispersant.
6. The Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax environment-friendly biofuel according to claim 5, characterized in that the mass content of the emulsifier in the biofuel is 0.1-0.5%; the mass content of the stabilizer in the biofuel is 0.2-0.7%; the mass content of the cosolvent in the biofuel is 0.5% -1.5%; the mass content of the pour point depressant in the biofuel is 0.2-0.8%; the mass content of the combustion improver in the biofuel is 0.1-0.3%; the mass content of the dispersant in the biofuel is 0.3-1.2%.
7. The preparation process of the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax environment-friendly biofuel according to any one of claims 1 to 6, is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
a. putting the industrial white oil and the biodiesel according to the weight ratio into a blending tank, and uniformly stirring;
b. adding the additive in the weight ratio into a blending tank, and heating the blending tank to 50-60 ℃;
c. putting the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax in the weight ratio into a blending tank, adjusting the price of the blending tank to 75-85 ℃, and stirring for 40-60min at the temperature;
d. and after stirring is finished, sampling inspection is carried out, filtration treatment is carried out through a filtration system after the inspection is qualified, and then the mixture is put into a finished product tank, so that the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax environment-friendly biofuel is obtained.
8. The preparation process of the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis liquid wax environment-friendly biofuel according to claim 7, characterized in that the stirring condition in the step a is as follows: stirring at 300-400rpm for 30-40 min.
