Abstract
本发明涉及一种防裂木地板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:取原木在阴凉处静置1~2年,然后按所需尺寸切割成木地板坯料,再次静置使其含水量低于40%;然后送入烘房进行烘干使木地板坯料含水量控制在8~10%,停止烘干,在烘房静置40~70h后移至阴凉处静置,使其含水量达到10~12%;然后用保养液在50~70℃温度下加压浸泡,然后干燥至含水量低于25%;在表面涂刷保养液8~12次,干燥至含水量8~12%,然后按传统工艺加工成木地板。经该方法处理过的木地板能适应各种环境,保持含水率稳定,防止木地板干裂、表面龟裂等现象,还能预防木地板变质和腐朽,大大减少菌类和害虫的侵害与破坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及木地板加工生产领域,更具体地,涉及一种防裂木地板的生产方法。
背景技术
随着生活生产水平的提高,消费者对于家居装修的要求也逐步提升,木地板由于其美观性与实用性,在现代装修中越来越受到消费者的青睐,但是受到木材的天然特性影响,相对于其他地板材质,每当湿度、温度等外界环境发生变化时,木地板就极易出现变形、开裂等现象,影响了木地板的正常使用与美观性。因此,如何强化木地板质量、防止开裂现象发生是木地板厂商急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防裂木地板的生产方法。
本发明目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
提供一种防裂木地板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取原木在阴凉处静置1~2年,让木材与空气充分接触,使水份自然蒸发,然后按所需尺寸切割成木地板坯料,再次静置使其含水量低于40%;
(2)将步骤(1)处理过的木地板坯料送入烘房进行烘干,先升温至35~45℃,保温10~20min,再降温至25~30℃,保温10~20min;重复该过程,将木材里层的水份逐渐游离出来,直至木地板坯料含水量控制在8~10%,在温度降至25~30℃时最好使用自动喷雾设备进行喷雾,增加空气湿度,使表层木材吸收一定量的水份后再重复升温动作;然后停止烘干,在烘房静置40~70h,然后移至阴凉处静置,使其与空气充分接触,最终将木地板坯料的含水量控制在10~12%;
(3)将步骤(2)处理过的木地板坯料用保养液在50~70℃温度下加压浸泡,然后干燥至含水量低于25%;
(4)在步骤(3)处理过的木地板坯料表面涂刷保养液8~12次;
(5)将步骤(4)处理过的木地板坯料干燥至含水量8~12%,然后按传统工艺加工成木地板。
进一步地,所述加压浸泡的浸泡时间为12~24h。
进一步地,所述加压浸泡的浸泡压力为2~5MPa。
进一步地,所述步骤(4)中每次涂刷保养液后,在加压环境下放置20~30min再刷下一次,重复8~12次。
进一步地,所述加压环境的压力为1~3MPa。
进一步地,所述保养液由以下重量份数的各组分组成:聚乙二醇1~3份,香橙精油10~15份,肉桂精油8~13份,核桃油6~11份,棕榈蜡7~12份,木质素3~9份,水杨酸1~6份,氧化淀粉2~5份。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供了一种防裂木地板的生产方法,经该方法处理过的木地板能适应各种环境,保持含水率稳定,有效预防和降低木地板因气候变化而导致木材纤维导管的收缩和扩张,防止个别干旱地区因木材缩水所引起木地板干裂和表面龟裂等现象,以及潮湿地区因木材纤维管膨胀所引起的木地板裂缝现象,还能预防木地板变质和腐朽,大大减少菌类和害虫的侵害与破坏。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
本实施例公开了一种防裂木地板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取原木在阴凉处静置1年,然后按所需尺寸切割成木地板坯料,再次静置使其含水量低于40%;
(2)将步骤(1)处理过的木地板坯料送入烘房进行烘干,先升温至45℃,保温10min,再降温至30℃,保温10min,重复该过程使木地板坯料含水量控制在10%,然后停止烘干,在烘房静置40h,然后移至阴凉处静置,使其含水量达到12%;
(3)将步骤(2)处理过的木地板坯料用保养液在50℃温度下加压浸泡24h,浸泡压力为2MPa,然后干燥至含水量低于25%;所述保养液由以下重量份数的各组分组成:聚乙二醇3份,香橙精油10份,肉桂精油13份,核桃油6份,棕榈蜡12份,木质素3份,水杨酸6份,氧化淀粉2份;
(4)在步骤(3)处理过的木地板坯料表面涂刷保养液,每次涂刷保养液后,在3MPa的加压环境下放置20min再刷下一次,如此重复12次;
(5)将步骤(4)处理过的木地板坯料干燥至含水量8%,然后按传统工艺加工成木地板。
实施例2
本实施例公开了一种防裂木地板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取原木在阴凉处静置2年,然后按所需尺寸切割成木地板坯料,再次静置使其含水量低于40%;
(2)将步骤(1)处理过的木地板坯料送入烘房进行烘干,先升温至35℃,保温20min,再降温至25℃,保温20min,重复该过程使木地板坯料含水量控制在8%,然后停止烘干,在烘房静置70h,然后移至阴凉处静置,使其含水量达到10%;
(3)将步骤(2)处理过的木地板坯料用保养液在70℃温度下加压浸泡12h,浸泡压力为5MPa,然后干燥至含水量低于25%;所述保养液由以下重量份数的各组分组成:聚乙二醇1份,香橙精油15份,肉桂精油8份,核桃油11份,棕榈蜡7份,木质素9份,水杨酸1份,氧化淀粉5份;
(4)在步骤(3)处理过的木地板坯料表面涂刷保养液,每次涂刷保养液后,在1MPa的加压环境下放置30min再刷下一次,如此重复8次;
(5)将步骤(4)处理过的木地板坯料干燥至含水量12%,然后按传统工艺加工成木地板。
实施例3
本实施例公开了一种防裂木地板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取原木在阴凉处静置1.5年,然后按所需尺寸切割成木地板坯料,再次静置使其含水量低于40%;
(2)将步骤(1)处理过的木地板坯料送入烘房进行烘干,先升温至40℃,保温15min,再降温至28℃,保温15min,重复该过程使木地板坯料含水量控制在9%,然后停止烘干,在烘房静置55h,然后移至阴凉处静置,使其含水量达到11%;
(3)将步骤(2)处理过的木地板坯料用保养液在60℃温度下加压浸泡18h,浸泡压力为3MPa,然后干燥至含水量低于25%;所述保养液由以下重量份数的各组分组成:聚乙二醇2份,香橙精油12份,肉桂精油10份,核桃油9份,棕榈蜡10份,木质素7份,水杨酸4份,氧化淀粉3份;
(4)在步骤(3)处理过的木地板坯料表面涂刷保养液,每次涂刷保养液后,在2MPa的加压环境下放置25min再刷下一次,如此重复10次;
(5)将步骤(4)处理过的木地板坯料干燥至含水量10%,然后按传统工艺加工成木地板。
实施例4
本实施例公开了一种防裂木地板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取原木在阴凉处静置1年,然后按所需尺寸切割成木地板坯料,再次静置使其含水量低于40%;
(2)将步骤(1)处理过的木地板坯料送入烘房进行烘干,先升温至42℃,保温12min,再降温至32℃,保温18min,重复该过程使木地板坯料含水量控制在8%,然后停止烘干,在烘房静置45h,然后移至阴凉处静置,使其含水量达到10%;
(3)将步骤(2)处理过的木地板坯料用保养液在68℃温度下加压浸泡20h,浸泡压力为4MPa,然后干燥至含水量低于25%;所述保养液由以下重量份数的各组分组成:聚乙二醇1份,香橙精油13份,肉桂精油12份,核桃油8份,棕榈蜡8份,木质素5份,水杨酸5份,氧化淀粉4份;
(4)在步骤(3)处理过的木地板坯料表面涂刷保养液,每次涂刷保养液后,在2MPa的加压环境下放置24min再刷下一次,如此重复9次;
(5)将步骤(4)处理过的木地板坯料干燥至含水量9%,然后按传统工艺加工成木地板。
Claims (6)
1.一种防裂木地板的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取原木在阴凉处静置1~2年,然后按所需尺寸切割成木地板坯料,再次静置使其含水量低于40%;
(2)将步骤(1)处理过的木地板坯料送入烘房进行烘干,先升温至35~45℃,保温10~20min,再降温至25~30℃,保温10~20min,重复该过程使木地板坯料含水量控制在8~10%,然后停止烘干,在烘房静置40~70h,然后移至阴凉处静置,使其含水量达到10~12%;
(3)将步骤(2)处理过的木地板坯料用保养液在50~70℃温度下加压浸泡,然后干燥至含水量低于25%;
(4)在步骤(3)处理过的木地板坯料表面涂刷保养液8~12次;
(5)将步骤(4)处理过的木地板坯料干燥至含水量8~12%,然后按传统工艺加工成木地板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防裂木地板的生产方法,其特征在于,所述加压浸泡的浸泡时间为12~24h。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防裂木地板的生产方法,其特征在于,所述加压浸泡的浸泡压力为2~5MPa。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的防裂木地板的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中每次涂刷保养液后,在加压环境下放置20~30min再刷下一次,重复8~12次。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防裂木地板的生产方法,其特征在于,所述加压环境的压力为1~3MPa。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防裂木地板的生产方法,其特征在于,所述保养液由以下重量百分比的各组分组成:聚乙二醇1~3份,香橙精油10~15份,肉桂精油8~13份,核桃油6~11份,棕榈蜡7~12份,木质素3~9份,水杨酸1~6份,氧化淀粉2~5份。
