本发明涉及西洋参加工技术领域,具体是一种用于西洋参加工的切片装置。
背景技术
西洋参因其丰富的营养物质,被加工成各种各样的保健品,有事也会将西洋参进行切片,制成西洋参片供消费者使用,在西洋参切片过程中,西洋参片的厚度是其重要的指标之一,而现有的西洋参切片装置存在着切片厚度不均匀、西洋参浪费较多的问题,如申请号为201710610810.2的专利公布了一种西洋参切片装置,其解决了切片厚度不均匀的问题,但其存在着西洋参在切片过程中易发生混乱、切片质量不高、西洋参浪费较多的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有西洋参在切片过程中存在的易发生混乱、切片质量不高、西洋参浪费较多的问题,提供一种工作效率高、西洋参在切片过程中整齐性好、切片质量好、西洋参浪费少的用于西洋参加工的切片装置。
本发明解决的技术问题所采取的技术方案为:
一种用于西洋参加工的切片装置,包括操作台、顶板、气缸一、切刀、气缸二和承载板,其特征在于:所述的操作台设置在支架上,并在操作台上设置有导轨、立板、收集箱,所述的顶板设置在立板上,并在顶板上设置有进料仓、固定板,所述的气缸一设置在顶板上,并在气缸一上设置有电源线、活塞杆一,所述的切刀设置在活塞杆一上,所述的气缸二设置在立板上,并在气缸二上设置有电源线、活塞杆二,所述的承载板上设置有连接板、挡板、滑块、限位槽,将连接板与活塞杆二连接,并将滑块与导轨连接。
优选地,所述的切刀与活塞杆一之间设置有加强块,通过加强块提高了切刀与活塞杆一之间的连接强度,增强切刀随活塞杆一向下的冲击力,提高了西洋参的切片质量及切片效率。
优选地,所述的承载板通过滑块设置为可在导轨上移动的结构,承载板通过滑块在导轨上移动,使需要切片的西洋参在限位槽内移动,提高了切片装置的机械化程度,降低了操作人员的劳动强度。
优选地,所述的进料仓上设置有落料管,并在落料管上设置有阀门,通过落料管、阀门能够控制需要切片的西洋参在落料管内的流速,避免西洋参在落料管内发生堵塞的情况,减少了西洋参的浪费。
优选地,所述的限位槽设置为波浪形结构,能够使需要切片的西洋参整齐的平躺在限位槽内,提高西洋参的切片效率及切片质量,避免西洋参在承载板上分布混乱的情况。
有益效果:本发明在承载板上设置有波浪形的限位槽,能够使需要切片的西洋参整齐的平躺在限位槽内,提高西洋参的切片效率及切片质量,避免西洋参在承载板上分布混乱的情况,在顶板上设置有固定板,通过固定板能够将需要切片的西洋参在靠近固定板的一端对齐,增强西洋参切片厚度的均匀性,提高西洋参的切片质量,承载板通过滑块在导轨上移动,使需要切片的西洋参在限位槽内移动,提高了切片装置的机械化程度,降低了操作人员的劳动强度。
