Abstract
本发明提供了一种促进母猪发情的组合物,属于禽畜养殖饲料技术领域。本发明提供的组合物包括如下质量份的组分:亚麻油10~20份、益母草0.1~0.3份、大豆异黄酮0.1~0.3份和茶油5~10份。大豆异黄酮和益母草具有协同作用,二者配合可促进卵泡发育,提高排卵量;亚麻油和茶油具有调理母猪体内激素分泌的作用;四者复配具有显著的促进母猪发情,提高卵子活力的功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于畜牧饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种促进母猪发情的组合物及其应用。
背景技术
随着育种引进和品种改良,高繁母猪比重越来越大。高繁母猪的引进和品种改良是提高PSY的重要手段。但由于母猪高繁殖力品系对猪舍、环境、营养、保健、管理等要求较高,对外界应激抵抗能力弱,很多猪场引进后备母猪到配种年龄时,都出现了不发情或发情不明显、发情配种后不孕的情况,进而致使后备母猪的淘汰率增加,给养殖户带来较大经济损失。很多猪场引进高繁母猪后,母猪生产了1~2胎就会被淘汰,特别是后备母猪发情延迟或不发情的比率过大,一般在20-30%左右,直接影响着基础母猪群的生产绩效。
现有种猪企业培育后备母猪的主要关注点是快速生长,及时出售,没能关注后备猪骨骼和生殖系统生长所需的功能性营养物质,生长与生理、生殖不能协同一致成长,造成生殖系统发育迟缓或缺陷。使用常规饲料饲养,功能性营养缺失,部分猪场使用肥育猪饲料饲喂后备母猪,造成母猪能量过剩,而氨基酸、维生素和微量元素不足或不全,影响了后备母猪生殖系统发育不全或迟缓以及卵巢机能的正常发育,降低了卵巢对促性腺激素的敏感性,造成母猪不发情。据测试,发育不全或迟缓的母猪卵巢,比正常的母猪卵巢轻2~3克。特别是使用4%预混料,母猪饲料单一,营养缺乏、蛋白质中氨基酸不平衡;维生素、有机矿物质缺乏,抑制了下丘脑产生促性腺激素释放因子,降低了促黄体素和促卵泡素的分泌。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种促进后备母猪发情的组合物及其应用。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种促进母猪发情的组合物,包括如下质量份的组分:亚麻油10~20份、益母草0.1~0.3份、大豆异黄酮0.1~0.3份和茶油5~10份。
优选的,所述组合物包括如下质量份的组分:亚麻油15份、益母草0.2份、大豆异黄酮0.2份和茶油7.5份。
本发明提供了一种促进母猪发情的营养饲料,所述营养饲料包括上述的组合物和如下质量份的组分:海藻粉80~100份、膨化大豆30~50份、青绿膳食纤维50~80份、豆粕100~150份、鱼粉20~40份、石粉8~10份、甲酸钙3~5份、磷酸氢钙5~8份、氯化钠2~4份、复合酶0.2~0.5份、植酸酶0.1~0.2份、赖氨酸2~5份、复合有机微量元素2~4份、复合维生素0.3~0.5份、25-羟基维生素D30.01~0.05份、玉米550~650份;上述组合物中各组分的质量份基数与上述营养饲料中各组分的质量份基数相同。
优选的,所述营养饲料包括上述的组合物和如下质量份的组分:海藻粉90份、膨化大豆40份、青绿膳食纤维65份、豆粕125份、鱼粉30份、石粉9份、甲酸钙4份、磷酸氢钙6.5份、氯化钠3份、复合酶0.35份、植酸酶0.15份、赖氨酸3.5份、复合有机微量元素3份、复合维生素0.4份、25-羟基维生素D30.03份和玉米597.17份。
优选的,所述复合酶的组成包括蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶和木聚糖酶。
优选的,所述复合有机微量元素的组成包括铜、铁、锰、锌、钴和硒。
优选的,所述复合维生素的组成包括VA、VE、VC、叶酸、β-胡萝卜素和B族维生素。
本发明还提供了上述组合物或营养饲料在调控母猪发情中的应用。
优选的,所述营养饲料通过饲喂的方式调控母猪发情,所述饲喂的时期自母猪7个半月龄前开始。
优选的,所述营养饲料的饲喂量为每头母猪2~4kg/d。
有益效果:
本发明提供的组合物包括如下质量份的组分:亚麻油10~20份、益母草0.1~0.3份、大豆异黄酮0.1~0.3份、茶油5~10份。大豆异黄酮为植物雌性激素,具有雌性激素活性;益母草具有活血调经、旺盛血液循环的功能;二者在高能高蛋白基础营养辅助下具有协同作用,能促进卵泡发育,提高成熟卵细胞数,提高排卵数,卵泡发育变快,成熟卵细胞增多,分泌的雌性激素增多,使后备母猪表现发情现象;亚麻油、茶油中多不饱和脂肪酸即能调理体内激素分泌,同时又是卵细胞内脂肪结构的重要成分,影响卵细胞的质量,进而增强卵子活力,使卵子活力强,受孕率提高。
本发明提供的营养饲料在上述组合物的基础上增加了海藻粉、膨化大豆、青绿膳食纤维、豆粕、鱼粉、石粉、甲酸钙、磷酸氢钙、氯化钠、复合酶、植酸酶、赖氨酸、复合有机微量元素、复合维生素、25-羟基维生素D3和玉米。将本发明提供的营养饲料应用于后备母猪的饲喂,可显著提高后备母猪的发情率和配种率,提高卵子质量,提高后备母猪的产仔数。
具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种促进母猪发情的组合物,所述组合物包括如下质量份的组分:亚麻油10~20份、益母草0.1~0.3份、大豆异黄酮0.1~0.3份和茶油5~10份。
在本发明中,所述组合物包括大豆异黄酮和益母草。所述大豆异黄酮的用量为0.1~0.3份,优选为0.2份;所述益母草的用量为0.1~0.3份,优选为0.2份。所述大豆异黄酮为植物雌性激素,具有雌性激素活性;所述益母草具有活血调经、旺盛血液循环的功能;二者在高能高蛋白基础营养辅助下具有协同作用,能促进卵泡发育,提高排卵数。本发明对所述大豆异黄酮和益母草的来源不作特别限定,本领域常规市售产品均可。在本发明的实施例中,所述大豆异黄酮购买自北京爱绿生物科技有限公司;所述益母草购买自北京爱绿生物科技有限公司。
在本发明中,所述组合物包括亚麻油和茶油。所述亚麻油的用量为10~20份,优选为12~18份,更优选为15份;所述茶油的用量为5~10份,优选为7~8份,更优选为7.5份。所述亚麻油和茶油富含多种不饱和脂肪酸,二者配合,既可以调节母猪体内的激素分泌,又能为卵细胞内脂肪结构的形成提供营养。本发明对所述亚麻油和茶油的来源不作特别限定,本领域常规市售产品均可。在本发明的实施例中,所述亚麻油和茶油购买自湖南普菲克公司。
本发明对所述组合物的制备方法没有特别限定,按照上述重量份配比,将各组分混合即可。将本发明提供的组合物加入后备母猪的饲料中,可起到催情、营养卵巢、促进卵泡发育、提高排卵数、提高卵子质量、增强卵子活力,提高受孕率的效果。
本发明提供了一种促进母猪发情的营养饲料。按质量份计,所述营养饲料优选包括海藻粉80~100份、膨化大豆30~50份、青绿膳食纤维50~80份、豆粕100~150份、鱼粉20~40份、石粉8~10份、甲酸钙3~5份、磷酸氢钙5~8份、氯化钠2~4份、复合酶0.2~0.5份、植酸酶0.1~0.2份、赖氨酸2~5份、复合有机微量元素2~4份、复合维生素0.3~0.5份、25-羟基维生素D30.01~0.05份、亚麻油10~20份、益母草0.1~0.3份、大豆异黄酮0.1~0.3份、茶油5~10份、玉米550~650份;更优选包括海藻粉90份、膨化大豆40份、青绿膳食纤维65份、豆粕125份、鱼粉30份、石粉9份、甲酸钙4份、磷酸氢钙6.5份、氯化钠3份、复合酶0.35份、植酸酶0.15份、赖氨酸3.5份、复合有机微量元素3份、复合维生素0.4份、25-羟基维生素D30.03份、亚麻油15份、益母草0.2份、大豆异黄酮0.2份、茶油7.5份、玉米597.17份。本发明对上述各组分的来源不做特别限定,本领域常规市售产品均可。在本发明中,所述复合酶优选包括蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶和木聚糖酶。所述复合有机微量元素优选包括铜、铁、锰、锌、钴和硒。所述复合维生素优选包括VA、VE、VC、叶酸、β-胡萝卜素和B族维生素。在本发明的实施例中,所述海藻粉购自山东青岛海杰公司;所述膨化大豆购自河南神农膨化公司;所述青绿膳食纤维为西班牙进口产品,生产厂家为AL DHARAFAGAVI公司,货号为EPS-25500588;所述鱼粉为秘鲁进口产品,生产厂家为PESQUERA HAYDUK S.A公司,货号为H051-COL-PSHY;所述复合酶为广东华芬酶;所述复合有机微量元素购买自美国奥特奇;所述复合维生素购买自北京金牧生物公司,所述25-羟基维生素D3购买自北京金牧生物公司。
本发明对上述营养饲料的制备方法没有特别限定,按照上述重量份配比,将各组分混合即可。将本发明提供的营养饲料应用于后备母猪的饲喂,可显著提高后备母猪的发情率和配种率,提高卵子质量,提高后备母猪的产仔数。
本发明还提供了上述组合物或营养饲料在调控母猪发情中的应用。
在本发明中,所述组合物可制备成具有促进后备母猪发情功能的药物,以上述组合物作为唯一活性成分,或以上述组合物配合其他活性成分,使用本领域可以接受的载体,采用本领域常规药物制备方法即可制得本发明所述促进后备母猪发情的药物。在本发明中,所述其他药用活性成分包括溶菌酶,其他药用活性成分与上述组合物的质量配比为0.001~1000:1。
在本发明中,所述营养饲料可通过直接饲喂的方式调控母猪发情。所述饲喂的时期优选自母猪7个半月龄前开始,更优选自6个半月龄开始。所述饲喂的量优选为每头母猪2~4kg/d,更优选按照第一周饲喂饲料每头猪3.5kg/d,第二周饲喂饲料每头猪2.5kg/d,第三周饲喂饲料每头猪3.5kg/d的顺序依次类推饲喂至配种。
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的一种促进后备母猪发情的组合物及其应用进行详细的说明,但是不能把它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
称取海藻粉90kg、膨化大豆40kg、青绿膳食纤维65kg、豆粕125kg、鱼粉30kg、石粉9kg、甲酸钙4kg、磷酸氢钙6.5kg、氯化钠3kg、复合酶0.35kg、植酸酶0.15kg、赖氨酸3.5kg、复合有机微量元素3kg、复合维生素0.4kg、25-羟基维生素D30.03kg、亚麻油15kg、益母草0.2kg、大豆异黄酮0.2kg、茶油7.5kg、玉米597.17kg。将上述各组分混合,搅拌均匀,制得促进母猪发情的营养饲料。
实施例2
称取海藻粉85kg、膨化大豆42kg、青绿膳食纤维70kg、豆粕110kg、鱼粉25kg、石粉8kg、甲酸钙5kg、磷酸氢钙6kg、氯化钠3kg、复合酶0.2kg、植酸酶0.2kg、赖氨酸5kg、复合有机微量元素3kg、复合维生素0.3kg、25-羟基维生素D30.01kg、亚麻油11kg、益母草0.1kg、大豆异黄酮0.3kg、茶油8kg、玉米617.89kg。将上述各组分混合,搅拌均匀,制得促进母猪发情的营养饲料。
实施例3
称取海藻粉95kg、膨化大豆38kg、青绿膳食纤维60kg、豆粕140kg、鱼粉35kg、石粉10kg、甲酸钙3kg、磷酸氢钙7kg、氯化钠2kg、复合酶0.5kg、植酸酶0.1kg、赖氨酸2kg、复合有机微量元素4kg、复合维生素0.5kg、25-羟基维生素D30.05kg、亚麻油19kg、益母草0.3kg、大豆异黄酮0.1kg、茶油7kg、玉米576.45kg。将上述各组分混合,搅拌均匀,制得促进母猪发情的营养饲料。
实施例4
测定本发明所述营养饲料对后备母猪发情启动和配种后产仔数的影响。
试验时间:2017年6月12日~2017年11月18日,试验天数160天。
试验地点:信阳大陆猪场。
试验动物:由猪场提供同批引进的丹系后备母猪120头(种猪场引进培育到体重105公斤),平均体重105公斤。随机分为试验组和对照组两组,每组60头,每组3个重复组,每重复组20头。根据档案记录均匀分配已第一次发情的后备母猪(实验组中有8头,对照组中有9头)。
饲料来源:配种前,试验组饲喂实施例1所述营养饲料,对照组饲喂市场上购买的南阳正大公司的后备母猪专用全价料。配种后,两组都使用同一品种的大陆农牧公司的妊娠母猪配合料(妊娠母猪配合料666)直至分娩。
配种原则:试验前已发情的,在试验期第3次发情时进行配种;其他的,在试验期第2次发情时进行配种。试验结束时,将不发情的后备母猪做为淘汰,另行激素处理。
饲养管理:试验猪舍通风保温条件良好,舍温保持在15~18℃,预试期3天,试验期160天。试验期间,两组猪只都采用第一周饲喂饲料每头猪3.5kg/d,第二周饲喂饲料每头猪2.5kg/d,第三周饲喂饲料每头猪3.5kg/d;以后依次类推直至配种。自由饮水,并按照猪场常规饲养管理程序进行管理。
生产性能测定:试验期间记录各试验组的耗料量(配种前),计平均日采食量(配种前),试验中第一次发情头数(试验前已发情过的后备母猪在试验期间又发情也算入第一次发情),配种头数,分娩母猪头数、平均窝产仔数,平均初产窝重,平均窝产键仔数。
实验结果如表1:

由表1的数据可以看出:
①试验组的平均采食量比对照组提高了13.5%(p<0.05),差异显著。高采食量有利于后备母猪营养需求,促进卵巢发育及背膘沉积,对发情有促进作用。
②试验组第一次发情率98.3%,对照组第一次发情率88.3%,试验组比对照组第一次发情率提高11.3%(p<0.01),差异极显著。说明试验组有很好的促进后备母猪发情作用。
③第二次发情(即配种),从数据上看,试验组配种率95%,对照组86.7%,试验组配种率比试验组提高了9.6%(p<0.05),差异显著。
④试验组平均窝产仔猪数比对照组每窝多产2.7头,在相同人工配种下,说明试验组母猪排卵数增加。
⑤试验组平均窝产键仔数比对照组提高23.2%(p<0.01),差异极显著。说明受精卵在子宫分布均匀,受精卵均匀分布与卵子的质量有关,卵子质量好,受精多,着床多,并能均匀分布,营养能均衡供给胎儿,胎儿发育整齐度好,初产键仔数也就提高。
⑥试验组平均初产窝重比对照组提高18.2%(p<0.01),差异极显著。试验组窝产仔数、键仔数增加,初产窝重也就提高了,初产窝重提高与窝产仔数增加相一致,说明仔猪的均匀度好。
综合分析,本实施例验证了实施例1所述产品在促进后备母猪发情、提高后备母猪种用率、提高卵子质量、提高后备母猪产仔数等生产指标都显著好于对照组。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种促进母猪发情的组合物,其特征在于,包括如下质量份的组分:亚麻油10~20份、益母草0.1~0.3份、大豆异黄酮0.1~0.3份和茶油5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,包括如下质量份的组分:亚麻油15份、益母草0.2份、大豆异黄酮0.2份和茶油7.5份。
3.一种促进母猪发情的营养饲料,其特征在于,所述营养饲料包括如下质量份的组分:权利要求1或2所述的组合物15.2~30.6份,海藻粉80~100份、膨化大豆30~50份、青绿膳食纤维50~80份、豆粕100~150份、鱼粉20~40份、石粉8~10份、甲酸钙3~5份、磷酸氢钙5~8份、氯化钠2~4份、复合酶0.2~0.5份、植酸酶0.1~0.2份、赖氨酸2~5份、复合有机微量元素2~4份、复合维生素0.3~0.5份、25-羟基维生素D30.01~0.05份、玉米550~650份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的营养饲料,其特征在于,包括如下质量份的组分:权利要求1或2所述的组合物22.9份,海藻粉90份、膨化大豆40份、青绿膳食纤维65份、豆粕125份、鱼粉30份、石粉9份、甲酸钙4份、磷酸氢钙6.5份、氯化钠3份、复合酶0.35份、植酸酶0.15份、赖氨酸3.5份、复合有机微量元素3份、复合维生素0.4份、25-羟基维生素D30.03份和玉米597.17份。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的营养饲料,其特征在于,所述复合酶的组成包括蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶和木聚糖酶。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述的营养饲料,其特征在于,所述复合有机微量元素的组成包括铜、铁、锰、锌、钴和硒。
7.根据权利要求3或4所述的营养饲料,其特征在于,所述复合维生素的组成包括VA、VE、VC、叶酸、β-胡萝卜素和B族维生素。
8.权利要求1或2所述组合物、权利要求3~7任一项所述营养饲料在调控母猪发情中的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述营养饲料通过饲喂的方式调控母猪发情,所述饲喂的时期自母猪7个半月龄前开始。
10.根据权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于,所述营养饲料的饲喂量为每头母猪2~4kg/d。
