Abstract

本发明提供了一种哺乳期母猪饲料添加剂及其制备方法。所述添加剂原料按重量比包括:王不留行8‑14份、党参4‑7份、刺五加2‑5份、益母草2‑4份、醪糟5‑8份、微生态制剂3‑6份、酵母细胞壁提取物2‑6份、蒙脱石2‑6份、维生素C 0.1‑0.6份、复合维生素B 0.1‑0.2份、谷氨酸0.2‑0.6份、天冬氨酸0.04‑0.08份、蛋氨酸0.02‑0.06份、植酸酶0.02‑0.06份、硫酸铁0.01‑0.04份,其余为玉米芯载体。本发明同时还公开了所述哺乳期母猪饲料添加剂的制备方法。与现有技术相比,该添加剂通过将王不留行、党参、刺五加、益母草和微生态制剂等成分的科学复配,营养合理,能有解决母猪泌乳量不足,奶水质量不高等问题,促进仔猪健康生长,同时还能改善母猪肠道健康,调节代谢功能,提高母猪的免疫力,有利于减少抗生素等的使用。

一种哺乳期母猪饲料添加剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及饲料添加剂技术领域,特别涉及一种哺乳期母猪饲料添加剂,以及该添加剂的制备方法。
背景技术
母猪围产期是指分娩前、后七天,共14天,其饲养管理是一个重要关键点。围产期后备母猪的日粮营养水平,不仅直接影响到后备母猪在哺乳期的采食量、哺乳仔猪的生产性能;还间接影响到母猪自身发育、有效利用年限和整个猪群中母猪更新淘汰周转速度。现在被选作繁殖的后备母猪都是具有背膘薄,生长速度快的特点,因此要保证后备母猪繁殖所需的脂肪储备有一定困难,需要提高后备母猪饲料的营养水平,而不能使用与经产母猪相同的饲粮。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种哺乳期母猪饲料添加剂,以降低后备母猪初产应激、提高哺乳期采食量、增加抗病力、促进后备母猪的生长发育,延长后备母猪使用年限。
一种哺乳期母猪饲料添加剂,其原料按重量比包括:王不留行8-14份、党参4-7份、刺五加2-5份、益母草2-4份、醪糟5-8份、微生态制剂3-6份、酵母细胞壁提取物2-6份、蒙脱石2-6份、维生素C 0.1-0.6份、复合维生素B 0.1-0.2份、谷氨酸0.2-0.6份、天冬氨酸0.04-0.08份、蛋氨酸0.02-0.06份、植酸酶0.02-0.06份、硫酸铁0.01-0.04份,其余为玉米芯载体。
本发明同时还公开了所述哺乳期母猪饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括步骤:
1)玉米芯载体过60目筛粉碎;
2)王不留行、党参、刺五加、益母草分别过40目筛粉碎,各自添加其重量的2-4倍软水,分别加热至70-90℃,持续45-80分钟,然后与玉米芯载体混合均匀,得到糊状半成品;
3)待糊状半成品冷却至室温后加入醪糟、微生态制剂、酵母细胞壁提取物、蒙脱石、维生素C、复合维生素B、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、蛋氨酸、植酸酶、硫酸铁,混合均匀后造粒风干。
其中,所述微生态制剂按重量份数由地衣芽孢杆菌1-2份、枯草芽孢杆菌2-4份、乳酸乳杆菌3-5份和粪肠球菌1-2份组成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过将王不留行、党参、刺五加、益母草和微生态制剂等成分的科学复配,营养合理,能有解决母猪泌乳量不足,奶水质量不高等问题,促进仔猪健康生长,同时还能改善母猪肠道健康,调节代谢功能,提高母猪的免疫力,有利于减少抗生素等的使用;另外本发明的产品主要成分均为天然产物无残留、无毒副作用,有利于饲料行业和畜牧业的健康可持续发展。
具体实施方式
实施例中未注明具体技术或条件者,按照本领域内的文献所描述的技术或条件或者按照产品说明书进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市购获得的常规产品。
实施例1,制备哺乳期母猪饲料添加剂,包括步骤:
1)玉米芯载体过60目筛粉碎;
2)王不留行、党参、刺五加、益母草分别过40目筛粉碎,王不留行添加其重量的3倍软水,加热至74℃,持续60分钟;党参添加其重量的2倍软水,加热至77℃,持续58分钟;刺五加添加其重量的3.5倍软水,加热至82℃,持续70分钟;益母草添加其重量的3倍软水,加热至70℃,持续50分钟;将上述各药液连渣一起与玉米芯载体混合均匀,得到糊状半成品;
3)待糊状半成品冷却至室温后加入醪糟6份、微生态制剂4份、酵母细胞壁提取物3份、蒙脱石3份、维生素C 0.3份、复合维生素B 0.1份、谷氨酸0.4份、天冬氨酸0.05份、蛋氨酸0.03份、植酸酶0.03份、硫酸铁0.02份,混合均匀后造粒风干;其中,所述微生态制剂按重量份数由地衣芽孢杆菌2份、枯草芽孢杆菌3份、乳酸乳杆菌5份和粪肠球菌1份组成。
实施例2
为了验证本发明对哺乳母猪的饲喂效果,选择100头健康、体质相当、怀孕95天的母猪进行试验,随机等分为试验组和对照组,对照组仅以基础日粮喂饲,试验组在基础日粮中添加实施例1制得的添加剂,分别记录仔猪初生重、断奶重、哺乳期日增重、哺乳期成活率、母猪发病情况,试验期为母猪怀孕95天至仔猪25日龄断奶。其他按常规方式进行。试验结果如表1:

试验结果表明在哺乳母猪日粮中添加本发明的饲料添加剂,能提高仔猪初生重、断奶重、哺乳期日增重和哺乳期成活率,另外还能减少母猪发病。

Claims (3)

1.一种哺乳期母猪饲料添加剂,其特征在于,其原料按重量比包括:王不留行8-14份、党参4-7份、刺五加2-5份、益母草2-4份、醪糟5-8份、微生态制剂3-6份、酵母细胞壁提取物2-6份、蒙脱石2-6份、维生素C 0.1-0.6份、复合维生素B 0.1-0.2份、谷氨酸0.2-0.6份、天冬氨酸0.04-0.08份、蛋氨酸0.02-0.06份、植酸酶0.02-0.06份、硫酸铁0.01-0.04份,其余为玉米芯载体。
2.一种制备如权利要求1所述的哺乳期母猪饲料添加剂的方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
1)玉米芯载体过60目筛粉碎;
2)王不留行、党参、刺五加、益母草分别过40目筛粉碎,各自添加其重量的2-4倍软水,分别加热至70-90℃,持续45-80分钟,然后与玉米芯载体混合均匀,得到糊状半成品;
3)待糊状半成品冷却至室温后加入醪糟、微生态制剂、酵母细胞壁提取物、蒙脱石、维生素C、复合维生素B、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、蛋氨酸、植酸酶、硫酸铁,混合均匀后造粒风干。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述微生态制剂按重量份数由地衣芽孢杆菌1-2份、枯草芽孢杆菌2-4份、乳酸乳杆菌3-5份和粪肠球菌1-2份组成。
