The front wheel assembly 10 is installed at one end of the supporting frame 3, the front wheel assembly 10 comprises a movable front wheel 1001, a power shaft 1002, a limiting column 1103, a connecting spring 1004 and a grounding plate 1005, the power shaft 1002 is installed at the center position of the movable front wheel 1001, the limiting column 1103 is installed on the outer side of the movable front wheel 1001, the connecting spring 1004 is installed on one side of the limiting column 1103, and the grounding plate 1005 is installed on one side of the connecting spring 1004.
The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the device is used for sowing, the connecting tooth column 206 is firstly rotated so as to change the horizontal angle of the push rod 1, when the angle is proper, the push rod 1 is fixed through the connecting screw rod 208, seeds to be sowed are poured into the seed storage box 4, then the push rod 1 pushes the device to move forwards, when the device moves forwards, the belt is driven to rotate through the power shaft 1002 so as to drive the connecting rotating shaft 506 to rotate, then the connecting rotating shaft 506 drives the sowing rotating wheel 504 to rotate, when the sowing groove 505 rotates to the lower end of the funnel 503, the seeds enter the sowing groove 505, then the sowing rotating wheel 504 continuously drives the sowing groove 505 to rotate downwards, so that the seeds are guided into the guide pipe 7, then the soil to be sowed is separated through the plough plate 8, then the seeds are guided into the soil, then the separated soil is leveled through the action of the smoothing plate 9, and the seeds are buried in the soil, the seeding quality is improved, when the belt rotates to pass through the mud removing hole 602, the belt continuously rubs with the belt through the action of the mud removing plate 603 on one side of the mud removing hole 602, so as to remove the mud on the upper end of the belt, and the moving speed of the device is prevented from being influenced by the excessive mud, when the device continuously moves forwards, the seeding rotating wheel 504 continuously rotates, so that the seed taking groove 505 continuously takes out the seeds from the funnel 503 for seeding, the automatic seeding function is realized, when the seeding rotating wheel 504 is driven to rotate by the connecting rotating shaft 506, the first eccentric wheel 507 is also driven to rotate, the second eccentric wheel 509 is driven to rotate by the linkage rod 508, then the beating rod 510 on one side is driven to rotate, so that the bearing rod 5024 is continuously beaten by the beating rod 510, when the bearing rod 5024 is beaten, the pressure generated by beating is transmitted to the vibrating spring 5022, so that the vibrating spring 5022 continuously vibrates up and down, and the vibrating screen 5023, the dropping speed of the seeds is improved, the phenomenon that the excessive seeds block the funnel 503 is avoided, and the use is more convenient;
when the movable front wheel 1001 rotates on the uneven ground, the distance between the grounding plate 1005 and the movable front wheel 1001 is changed according to the terrain through the elastic action of the connecting spring 1004, the ground imitating capability of the movable front wheel 1001 is improved, the vibration in the moving process of the device is reduced, and the stability of the device is improved.
