The components 601 and 603 of the terminal device 60 communicate with each other via a system bus.
Referring to fig. 7, a functional block diagram of a service planning transaction procedure 600 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. In this embodiment, the business planning transaction 600 may be divided into one or more modules, and the one or more modules are stored in the memory 601 and executed by one or more processors (in this embodiment, the processor 602) to implement the present invention. For example, in fig. 7, the service planning transaction procedure 600 may be divided into a remote service request receiving unit 701, a first candidate determining unit 702, a second candidate determining unit 703, a service person sorting unit 704, a target service person determining unit 705, and an audio-video call connection unit 706. The unit referred to in the present invention refers to a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, and is more suitable than a program for describing the execution process of the service planning transaction procedure 600 in the terminal device 60. The following description will specifically describe the functions of the modules 701-706.
The remote service handling request receiving unit 701 is configured to receive a remote service handling request sent by a terminal, send a location obtaining request to the terminal according to the remote service handling request, and receive location information returned by the terminal. A first service person determining unit 702 to be selected, configured to determine a first service person to be selected according to the received location information, the pre-stored location information of the service person, and a preset distance threshold. A second service person determining unit 703, configured to send a service information obtaining request to the terminal, receive the service handling information returned by the terminal, and determine a second service person to be selected from the first service person to be selected according to the received service handling information and the pre-stored service handling information of the service person. And the service staff sequencing unit 704 is configured to sequence each service staff in the second to-be-selected service staff according to the number of services to be handled corresponding to each service staff in the second to-be-selected service staff, and send a sequencing result to the terminal. And a target service person determining unit 705, configured to receive a service person selection request returned by the terminal, determine a target service person from the second to-be-selected service persons according to the service person selection request, and send the received service handling information to the target service person. And the audio and video call connection unit 706 is configured to establish audio and video call connection between the target service person and the terminal if the target service person starts to transact the service according to the received service transacting information.
Optionally, the service planning transaction 600 may be further divided into location information processing units 707.
The location information processing unit 707 is configured to obtain a storage start time corresponding to the pre-stored location information of the service staff, and calculate a storage duration of the pre-stored location information of the service staff according to the storage start time and a current time. The first service person determining unit 702 to be selected is further configured to, if the storage duration exceeds the preset duration threshold, reacquire location information of the service person, update the pre-stored location information of the service person according to the reacquired location information, use the updated location information as new pre-stored location information of the service person, and determine the first service person to be selected according to the received location information, the pre-stored location information of the service person, and the preset distance threshold.
Optionally, the business planning transaction 600 may be further divided into a location query unit 708 and a time query unit 709.
The location query unit 708 is configured to query the received location information in the preset remote transaction location information. A time query unit 709, configured to query the current time within a preset remote service handling time range if the received location information is queried in the preset remote service handling location information. The first service person determining unit 702 to be selected is further configured to determine, if the current time is queried within the preset remote service handling time range, the first service person to be selected according to the received location information, the pre-stored location information of the service person and the preset distance threshold.
Optionally, the service planning handling program 600 may be further divided into a third to-be-selected staff determining unit 710 and a fourth to-be-selected staff determining unit 711.
The first service person determining unit 702 to be selected is further configured to calculate a distance between each service person and the terminal according to the received location information and pre-stored location information of the service person, and obtain a calculated distance smaller than the preset distance threshold; and if the number of the obtained calculated distances reaches a preset value, determining the first to-be-selected service personnel according to the obtained calculated distances.
The third candidate service person determining unit 710 is further configured to send a service information obtaining request to the terminal if the number of the obtained calculation distances does not reach the preset value, receive the service handling information returned by the terminal, and determine a third candidate service person according to the received service handling information and the pre-stored service handling information of the service person. The fourth service staff determining unit 711 is further configured to determine a fourth service staff to be selected from the third service staff to be selected according to the received location information and the pre-stored location information of the service staff.
Optionally, the service planning transaction 600 may be further divided into parameter configuration units 712.
The parameter configuration unit 712 is configured to send parameter configuration information to the terminal, so that the terminal performs parameter configuration on the camera and the microphone according to the parameter configuration information. The audio/video call connection unit 706 is further configured to detect a network state of the terminal if parameter configuration completion information returned by the terminal is received, and establish audio/video call connection between the target service person and the terminal if the network state of the terminal meets a preset network state requirement.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions. Each functional unit and module in the embodiments may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated in one unit, and the integrated unit may be implemented in a form of hardware, or in a form of software functional unit. Claims (10)

1. A business planning handling method based on cloud computing is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a remote service handling request sent by a terminal, sending a position acquisition request to the terminal according to the remote service handling request, and receiving position information returned by the terminal;
determining a first to-be-selected service person according to the received position information, the pre-stored position information of the service person and a preset distance threshold;
sending a service information acquisition request to the terminal, receiving business handling information returned by the terminal, and determining a second to-be-selected service staff from the first to-be-selected service staff according to the received business handling information and pre-stored business handling information of the service staff;
sequencing each service staff in the second to-be-selected service staff according to the number of services to be handled corresponding to each service staff in the second to-be-selected service staff, and sending a sequencing result, the number of services to be handled corresponding to each service staff in the second to-be-selected service staff and the position of each service staff in the second to-be-selected service staff to the terminal;
receiving a service personnel selection request returned by the terminal, determining a target service personnel from the second service personnel to be selected according to the service personnel selection request, and sending received service handling information to the target service personnel;
and if the target service personnel start to transact the service according to the received transaction information, establishing audio and video call connection between the target service personnel and the terminal.
2. The cloud-computing-based business plan handling method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a storage starting time corresponding to the pre-stored position information of the service personnel, and calculating the storage duration of the pre-stored position information of the service personnel according to the storage starting time and the current time;
if the storage time length exceeds a preset time length threshold value, position information of the service personnel is obtained again, the prestored position information of the service personnel is updated according to the obtained position information, the updated position information is used as the new prestored position information of the service personnel, and the step of determining the first service personnel to be selected according to the received position information, the prestored position information of the service personnel and a preset distance threshold value is executed.
3. The cloud-computing-based business plan handling method of claim 1, further comprising:
inquiring the received position information in the preset remote transaction position information;
if the received position information is inquired in the preset remote service handling position information, inquiring the current time within the preset remote service handling time range;
and if the current moment is inquired within the preset remote service handling time range, executing the step of determining a first to-be-selected service person according to the received position information, the pre-stored position information of the service person and a preset distance threshold.
4. The cloud-computing-based business plan handling method of claim 1, further comprising:
calculating the distance between each service person and the terminal according to the received position information and the pre-stored position information of the service person, and acquiring the calculated distance smaller than the preset distance threshold;
if the number of the obtained calculated distances reaches a preset value, determining the first to-be-selected service personnel according to the obtained calculated distances;
if the number of the obtained calculated distances does not reach the preset numerical value, sending a service information obtaining request to the terminal, receiving service handling information returned by the terminal, determining a third to-be-selected service staff according to the received service handling information and pre-stored service handling information of the service staff, and determining a fourth to-be-selected service staff from the third to-be-selected service staff according to the received position information and the pre-stored position information of the service staff.
5. The cloud-computing-based business plan handling method of claim 1, further comprising:
sending parameter configuration information to the terminal so that the terminal performs parameter configuration on the camera and the microphone according to the parameter configuration information;
and if parameter configuration completion information returned by the terminal is received, detecting the network state of the terminal, and if the network state of the terminal meets the requirement of a preset network state, executing the step of establishing audio and video call connection between the target service personnel and the terminal.
6. A business planning terminal device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to perform the steps of:
receiving a remote service handling request sent by a terminal, sending a position acquisition request to the terminal according to the remote service handling request, and receiving position information returned by the terminal;
determining a first to-be-selected service person according to the received position information, the pre-stored position information of the service person and a preset distance threshold;
sending a service information acquisition request to the terminal, receiving business handling information returned by the terminal, and determining a second to-be-selected service staff from the first to-be-selected service staff according to the received business handling information and pre-stored business handling information of the service staff;
sequencing each service staff in the second to-be-selected service staff according to the number of services to be handled corresponding to each service staff in the second to-be-selected service staff, and sending a sequencing result, the number of services to be handled corresponding to each service staff in the second to-be-selected service staff and the position of each service staff in the second to-be-selected service staff to the terminal;
receiving a service personnel selection request returned by the terminal, determining a target service personnel from the second service personnel to be selected according to the service personnel selection request, and sending received service handling information to the target service personnel;
and if the target service personnel start to transact the service according to the received transaction information, establishing audio and video call connection between the target service personnel and the terminal.
7. The business plan transaction terminal device of claim 6, wherein the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:
acquiring a storage starting time corresponding to the pre-stored position information of the service personnel, and calculating the storage duration of the pre-stored position information of the service personnel according to the storage starting time and the current time;
if the storage time length exceeds a preset time length threshold value, position information of the service personnel is obtained again, the prestored position information of the service personnel is updated according to the obtained position information, the updated position information is used as the new prestored position information of the service personnel, and the step of determining the first service personnel to be selected according to the received position information, the prestored position information of the service personnel and a preset distance threshold value is executed.
8. The business plan transaction terminal device of claim 6, wherein the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:
inquiring the received position information in the preset remote transaction position information;
if the received position information is inquired in the preset remote service handling position information, inquiring the current time within the preset remote service handling time range;
and if the current moment is inquired within the preset remote service handling time range, executing the step of determining a first to-be-selected service person according to the received position information, the pre-stored position information of the service person and a preset distance threshold.
9. The business plan transaction terminal device of claim 6, wherein the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:
calculating the distance between each service person and the terminal according to the received position information and the pre-stored position information of the service person, and acquiring the calculated distance smaller than the preset distance threshold;
if the number of the obtained calculated distances reaches a preset value, determining the first to-be-selected service personnel according to the obtained calculated distances;
if the number of the obtained calculated distances does not reach the preset numerical value, sending a service information obtaining request to the terminal, receiving service handling information returned by the terminal, determining a third to-be-selected service staff according to the received service handling information and pre-stored service handling information of the service staff, and determining a fourth to-be-selected service staff from the third to-be-selected service staff according to the received position information and the pre-stored position information of the service staff.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of a cloud computing based business plan handling method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
