Abstract

本发明公开一种便于调光的单光源双路检测器,有检测池及参比池,在检测池及参比池的前端设有光源,与所述检测池及参比池的前端螺纹连接有调整环,所述调整环的轴线与检测池及参比池之间的中心线重合,所述光源偏心设置在调整环上,与调整环螺纹连接有光源压帽,光源压帽上有轴向通孔,旋转调整环即可调整光源中心且变化轨迹为环形。因调整环的轴线与检测池及参比池之间的中心线重合,故光源在环形变化轨迹的某一点,可使检测池及参比池受光均一。无需遮光板,可降低加工成本,调光操作简单,省时省力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种单波长检测器,尤其是一种便于调光的单光源双路检测器。
背景技术
紫外—可见光检测器应用于高效液相色谱仪,主要是检测经色谱柱分离后的产物浓度。其原理是当单色光通过待测样品时,一部分光被待测样品中的吸光物质(如糖化血红蛋白等)吸收,剩余的透射光到达接收器(光电转换器),把光信号转换成电信号,再经放大后即输出与吸光物质浓度成关联的信号。单波长检测器的结构有多种,单光源双光路为其中之一,主要设有检测池及参比池,在检测池及参比池之间的中心线前端设有一个光源(单色光),检测池及参比池的后端分别设置接收器,以两者的光强差为浓度输出信号。优点是补偿了由于电源电压变动引起的光源强度改变,提高了检测器的稳定性,降低了噪声和漂移;缺点是为保证检测池及参比池受光的均一性,需要在光源处设置具有透光口的遮光板进行调光。不仅遮光板的加工精度难以保证,成本高,而且调光操作复杂,费时费力。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术问题,提供一种便于调光的单光源双路检测器。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种便于调光的单光源双路检测器,有检测池及参比池,在检测池及参比池的前端设有光源,与所述检测池及参比池的前端螺纹连接有调整环,所述调整环的轴线与检测池及参比池之间的中心线重合,所述光源偏心设置在调整环上,与调整环螺纹连接有光源压帽,光源压帽上有轴向通孔。
本发明是将光源偏心设置在调整环上,旋转调整环即可调整光源中心且变化轨迹为环形。因调整环的轴线与检测池及参比池之间的中心线重合,故光源在环形变化轨迹的某一点,可使检测池及参比池受光均一。无需遮光板,可降低加工成本,调光操作简单,省时省力。

本发明的便于调光的单光源双路检测器如图1所示:与现有技术一致,有检测池1及参比池2,检测池1及参比池2的前端3设有一个光源4,与现有技术所不同的是与所述检测池1及参比池2的前端3螺纹连接有调整环5,所述调整环5的轴线与检测池1及参比池2之间的中心线重合,所述光源4偏心设置在调整环5上,与调整环5螺纹连接有光源压帽6,光源压帽6上有轴向通孔7,电源线可通过轴向通孔7与光源相接。

1.一种便于调光的单光源双路检测器,有检测池(1)及参比池(2),在检测池(1)及参比池(2)的前端(3)设有光源(4),其特征在于:与所述检测池(1)及参比池(2)的前端(3)螺纹连接有调整环(5),所述调整环(5)的轴线与检测池(1)及参比池(2)之间的中心线重合,所述光源(4)偏心设置在调整环(5)上,与调整环(5)螺纹连接有光源压帽(6),光源压帽(6)上有轴向通孔(7)。
