本发明涉及充气机技术领域,尤其公开了一种带有导风套的充气机,包括机壳、装设在机壳内的机芯及驱动电机;还包括导风套及散热风扇,导风套设有贯穿导风套的导风孔,驱动电机包括本体及转动设置于本体的轴体,轴体的一端突伸出本体用于驱动机芯运动,轴体的另一端突伸出本体并用于连接散热风扇,导风套设有定位壳及与定位壳连接的导风圈,定位壳装设于机壳或/和驱动电机,导风圈套设于散热风扇的外侧,导风圈环绕散热风扇设置;经由增设导风套,转动的散热风扇抽取机壳的空气经由导风孔流动,提高流经机芯及驱动电机的风压及风速,增强充气机的散热性能;利用导风圈防护散热风扇,防止散热风扇受到碰撞而损坏。

本发明涉及充气机技术领域,尤其公开了一种带有导风套的充气机。
背景技术
充气机是对各种气胎进行充气的常用设备之一,在充气机的使用过程中,需要利用风叶对充气机进行散热,现有技术中充气机的构造设计不合理,导致充气机的散热效率低下,严重影响充气机的使用性能。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种带有导风套的充气机,转动的散热风扇抽取机壳的空气经由导风孔流动,提高流经机芯及驱动电机的风压及风速,增强充气机的散热性能;利用导风圈防护散热风扇,防止散热风扇受到碰撞而损坏。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种带有导风套的充气机,包括机壳、装设在机壳内的机芯及驱动电机,驱动电机用于驱动机芯对外界的物件充气;还包括导风套及散热风扇,导风套设有贯穿导风套的导风孔,驱动电机包括本体及转动设置于本体的轴体,轴体的一端突伸出本体用于驱动机芯运动,轴体的另一端突伸出本体并用于连接散热风扇,导风套设有定位壳及与定位壳连接的导风圈,定位壳装设于机壳或/和驱动电机,导风圈套设于散热风扇的外侧,导风圈环绕散热风扇设置。
优选地,所述定位壳的横截面为矩形,导风圈的横截面为圆形,定位壳的孔径大于导风圈的孔径,定位壳的外表面抵触在机壳上。
优选地,所述定位壳设有突伸入导风孔内的多个限位臂,多个限位臂围绕导风套的中心轴线设置,多个限位臂位于散热风扇的同一侧,限位臂远离散热风扇的一侧用于抵触本体。
优选地,所述限位臂设有挡突,挡突自限位臂的自由端朝导风套的中心轴线突设而成,多个限位臂围绕本体设置,限位臂的自由端用于抵触本体的外表面,挡突用于抵触本体。
优选地,所述限位臂设有定位槽,定位槽自限位臂远离散热风扇的一侧凹设而成,机壳设有突伸入定位槽内的定位部。
优选地,所述定位壳设有卡持槽,卡持槽自定位壳远离导风圈的一端凹设而成,机壳设有突伸入卡持槽内的卡持块。
优选地,所述带有导风套的充气机还包括固定圈,固定圈套设在驱动电机的外侧,驱动电机与机壳之间具有过气间隙;固定圈设有两个凸耳,两个凸耳自固定圈彼此远离的两侧突设而成,两个凸耳分别设置于机壳。
优选地,一个所述凸耳设有限位凸块,机壳设有用于容设限位凸块的限位凹槽。
优选地,所述驱动电机设有环形盲槽,环形盲槽自驱动电机的外表面凹设而成,固定圈容设于环形盲槽内。
优选地,所述驱动电机设有与环形盲槽连通的防转槽,固定圈设有防转片,防转片突伸入防转槽内。
本发明的有益效果:经由增设导风套,利用导风套的定位壳实现相对机壳或/和驱动电机的准确定位,如此,即可确保散热风扇准确地位于导风套的导风圈中,转动的散热风扇抽取机壳的空气经由导风套的导风孔流动,提高流经机芯及驱动电机的风压及风速,增强充气机的散热性能;利用导风圈防护散热风扇,防止散热风扇受到碰撞而损坏。

请参阅图1至图7所示,本发明的一种带有导风套的充气机,包括机壳1、装设在机壳1内的机芯2及驱动电机3,驱动电机3用于驱动机芯2对外界的物件(如气胎或气球等)进行充气,机壳1上设有进气孔(图中未示出)及与进气孔连通的出气孔(图中未示出);还包括导风套7及散热风扇6,导风套7上设置有贯穿导风套7的导风孔11,机芯2、驱动电机3位于进气孔与出气孔之间,优选地,机芯2、驱动电机3位于进气孔与出气孔之间的连线上,驱动电机3包括本体4及转动设置在本体4中的轴体5,轴体5的两端分别突伸出本体4的左右两端,轴体5的一端突伸出本体4的一端以用于驱动机芯2运动,轴体5的另一端突伸出本体4的另一端并用于连接散热风扇6,导风套7设置有定位壳8及与定位壳8连接的导风圈9,定位壳8与导风圈9为一体式构造,定位壳8用于装设在机壳1上或/和驱动电机3上,导风圈9套设在散热风扇6的外侧,导风圈9环绕散热风扇6设置。
在充气机的使用过程中,机芯2及驱动电机3为主要的发热单元,本发明的充气机经由增设导风套7,利用导风套7的定位壳8实现相对机壳1或/和驱动电机3的准确定位,如此,即可确保散热风扇6准确地位于导风套7的导风圈9中,使得转动的散热风扇6抽取机壳1的空气经由导风套7的导风孔11流动,提高流经机芯2及驱动电机3的风压及风速,增强充气机的散热性能;利用导风圈9防护散热风扇6,防止散热风扇6受到碰撞而损坏,延长散热风扇6的使用寿命。
所述定位壳8的横截面为矩形,导风圈9的横截面为圆形,定位壳8的孔径大于导风圈9的孔径,利用定位壳8的孔径与导风圈9的孔径的差值实现流动空气的流速差,实现流动空气风压的变化及风速的变化,提升散热风扇6对驱动电机3及机芯2的散热效果;定位壳8的外表面抵触在机壳1上,利用定位壳8的平板外表面抵触机壳1,使得定位壳8与机壳1稳固地贴合在一起,防止定位壳8相对机壳1转动。本实施例中,定位壳8的拐角处均设置有导脚斜板(图中未标号),导脚斜板的数量为四个,四个导脚斜板围绕导风孔11的中心轴线呈环形阵列,经由增设导脚斜板,增强定位壳8的强度,防止定位壳8因受到机壳1的挤压而轻易变形,提升导风套7的使用性能。
所述定位壳8上设置有突伸入导风孔11内的多个限位臂12,多个限位臂12围绕导风套7的中心轴线设置,多个限位臂12位于散热风扇6的同一侧,限位臂12远离散热风扇6的一侧用于抵触在本体4上。在充气机的组装过程中,先将导风套7组合到驱动电机3的本体4上,直至本体4的一端抵触在限位臂12的一侧上,实现对本体4与导风套7之间组装位置准确限定,而后再将散热风扇6装入导风圈9内。
所述限位臂12上设置有挡突13,挡突13自限位臂12的自由端朝导风套7的中心轴线突设而成,多个限位臂12围绕本体4设置,多个限位臂12的挡突13围绕导风孔11的中线轴线设置,限位臂12的自由端用于抵触在本体4的外表面上,防止驱动电机3沿导风套7的径向方向相对导风套7发生移动,挡突13用于抵触在本体4一端的端面上,实现对本体4与导风套7之间组装位置准确限定。优选地,导风套7设置有连接多个限位臂12的过渡臂(图中未示出),利用过渡臂将多个限位臂连接在一起,相较于单个限位臂12的强度,避免因单个限位臂12因强度较低发生变形而影响导风套7与驱动电机3之间定位的准确性。
所述限位臂12上设置有定位槽14,定位槽14自限位臂12远离散热风扇6的一侧凹设而成,机壳1上设置有突伸入定位槽14内的定位部(图中未示出)。利用定位槽14的侧壁抵触定位部,有效避免机壳1与定位壳8之间发生相对移动。
所述定位壳8上设置有卡持槽15,卡持槽15自定位壳8远离导风圈9的一端凹设而成,机壳1上设置有突伸入卡持槽15内的卡持块(图中未示出)。本实施例中,机壳1经由上壳(图中未标号)与下壳(图中未标号)组合而成,当充气机组装完成后,卡持块突伸入卡持槽15内,利用卡持块辅助增强定位壳8的强度,当上壳与下壳抵触在定位壳8的外表面上之后,防止定位壳8自身的强度过度而被挤压变形。
所述带有导风套的充气机还包括固定圈16,固定圈16套设在驱动电机3的外侧,固定圈16固定在机壳1上,驱动电机3的外表面与机壳1的内表面之间具有过气间隙,散热风扇6驱动的流动空气流经驱动电机3与机壳1之间的过气间隙,进而带走机芯2与驱动电机3的热量,提升充气机的散热效果。
所述固定圈16上设置有两个凸耳17,两个凸耳17分别自固定圈16彼此远离的两侧朝彼此远离的方向突设而成,两个凸耳17分别固定在机壳1上,减少固定圈16与机壳1的接触面积;优选地,两个凸耳17上均设置有卡持盲槽18,固定圈16采用塑料制成,通过增设卡持盲槽18,相较于凸耳17采用实芯制成,减少凸耳17的厚度,避免凸耳17厚度较大因塑料缩水率而导致凸耳17制造不良;根据实际需要,机壳1上还可以设置有两个卡块(图中未示出),两个卡块用于分别突伸入两个卡持盲槽18内。
当固定圈16安装在机壳1上之后,机壳1的卡块突伸入卡持盲槽18内,利用卡持盲槽18的侧壁挡止卡块,实现机壳1对固定圈16的限位,当充气机组装完成后,有效防止固定圈16相对机壳1发生移动。
其中一个所述凸耳17上设置有限位凸块19,机壳1上设置有用于容设限位凸块19的限位凹槽(图中未示出)。在固定圈16与机壳1安装的过程中,先将限位凸块19对准限位凹槽,然后组装机壳1及固定圈16,使得限位凸块19插入限位凹槽内,实现固定圈16与机壳1的准确对位,防止固定圈16因安装位置错误而导致充气机组装不良。
所述驱动电机3上设置有环形盲槽21,环形盲槽21自驱动电机3的外表面凹设而成,固定圈16容设在环形盲槽21内,利用环形盲槽21的侧壁挡止固定圈16,防止固定圈16相对驱动电机3发生相对移动,固定圈16的主体部分未突伸出驱动电机3的外表面,即固定圈16除了两个凸耳17之外其余的部位完全没入环形盲槽21内,避免固定圈16阻挡流经驱动电机3与机壳1之间的过气间隙内的流动空气,确保散热风扇6所驱动的空气流动时的平稳性,辅助提升散热效果。
所述驱动电机3上设置有与环形盲槽21连通的防转槽22,防转槽22自环形盲槽21的侧壁凹设而成,固定圈16上设置有防转片23,当固定圈16套设在驱动电机3上之后,防转片23突伸入防转槽22内,利用防转槽22的侧壁抵触防转片23,防止固定圈16与驱动电机3发生相对转动。本实施例中,凸耳17同时与固定圈16及防转片23连接,延长凸耳17的长度,辅助延长卡持盲槽18的长度,提升卡块与凸耳17之间的卡持效果。
本实施例中,所述固定圈16采用软胶制成,例如,固定圈16采用硅胶制成,利用软胶更好地吸收驱动电机3运转时对机壳1造成的冲击。
所述机壳1设有抓柄24,抓柄24的两端分别连接至机壳1,抓柄24与机壳1之间形成有让位孔25(图中未标号),实际使用时,使用者将手插入让位孔25内,然后用手握持住抓柄24,机壳1方便地移动充气机,提升客户的体验度。优选地,抓柄24上还设置有用于抵触使用者的手的摩擦凸起26,增大手与握柄24之间的摩擦力,摩擦凸起26的数量为多个,多个摩擦凸起26共线设置,多个摩擦凸起26沿握柄24的长度方向设置而成。

1.一种带有导风套的充气机,包括机壳、装设在机壳内的机芯及驱动电机,驱动电机用于驱动机芯对外界的物件充气;其特征在于:还包括导风套及散热风扇,导风套设有贯穿导风套的导风孔,驱动电机包括本体及转动设置于本体的轴体,轴体的一端突伸出本体用于驱动机芯运动,轴体的另一端突伸出本体并用于连接散热风扇,导风套设有定位壳及与定位壳连接的导风圈,定位壳装设于机壳或/和驱动电机,导风圈套设于散热风扇的外侧,导风圈环绕散热风扇设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有导风套的充气机,其特征在于:所述定位壳的横截面为矩形,导风圈的横截面为圆形,定位壳的孔径大于导风圈的孔径,定位壳的外表面抵触在机壳上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有导风套的充气机,其特征在于:所述定位壳设有突伸入导风孔内的多个限位臂,多个限位臂围绕导风套的中心轴线设置,多个限位臂位于散热风扇的同一侧,限位臂远离散热风扇的一侧用于抵触本体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的带有导风套的充气机,其特征在于:所述限位臂设有挡突,挡突自限位臂的自由端朝导风套的中心轴线突设而成,多个限位臂围绕本体设置,限位臂的自由端用于抵触本体的外表面,挡突用于抵触本体。
5.根据权利要求3所述的带有导风套的充气机,其特征在于:所述限位臂设有定位槽,定位槽自限位臂远离散热风扇的一侧凹设而成,机壳设有突伸入定位槽内的定位部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的带有导风套的充气机,其特征在于:所述定位壳设有卡持槽,卡持槽自定位壳远离导风圈的一端凹设而成,机壳设有突伸入卡持槽内的卡持块。
7.根据权利要求1所述的带有导风套的充气机,其特征在于:所述带有导风套的充气机还包括固定圈,固定圈套设在驱动电机的外侧,驱动电机与机壳之间具有过气间隙;固定圈设有两个凸耳,两个凸耳自固定圈彼此远离的两侧突设而成,两个凸耳分别设置于机壳。
8.根据权利要求7所述的带有导风套的充气机,其特征在于:一个所述凸耳设有限位凸块,机壳设有用于容设限位凸块的限位凹槽。
9.根据权利要求7所述的带有导风套的充气机,其特征在于:所述驱动电机设有环形盲槽,环形盲槽自驱动电机的外表面凹设而成,固定圈容设于环形盲槽内。
10.根据权利要求9所述的带有导风套的充气机,其特征在于:所述驱动电机设有与环形盲槽连通的防转槽,固定圈设有防转片,防转片突伸入防转槽内。
