the tidal current energy power generation device 1 comprises a first tidal current energy power generation device and a second tidal current energy power generation device; the first tidal current energy power generation device and the second tidal current energy power generation device are symmetrically arranged about the fixing pile 8; the wave energy power generation device 2 comprises a first wave energy device and a second wave energy power generation device; the first wave energy device and the second wave energy power generation device are symmetrically arranged relative to the fixing pile 8; the tidal current energy power generation device 1 comprises a turbine 3 and a rigid support frame 4; the impeller 3 comprises an impeller 5 which rotates horizontally, and a through hole is formed in the impeller 5; a vertical shaft 6 is arranged on the rigid support frame 4; the impeller 5 is sleeved on the vertical shaft 6 through the through hole; the wave energy power generation device 2 comprises an oscillating floater 7, and the oscillating floater 7 is connected with the upper part of the vertical shaft 6; the oscillating float 7 is located on the sea level; a concave cavity is arranged inside the oscillating type floater 7; the outer surface of the fixed pile 8 is provided with a slideway 9; a power transmission system is arranged in the fixing pile 8; the rigid support frame 4 is connected with the slideway 9 in a sliding way; the slideway 9 is fixed, and the rigid support frame 4 slides up and down along the slideway 9 along with the rise and fall of the sea level; the power transmission system is connected with the wind power generation device; the power transmission system is connected with the tidal current energy power generation device 1; the power transmission system is connected with the wave energy power generation device 2. A lifting device is arranged in the rigid support frame 4; the rigid support frame 4 slides up and down along the surface of the slideway 9 through the lifting device; the accumulator 10 is connected with the lifting device; the accumulator 10 is connected with the tidal current energy power generation device 1; the electric accumulator 10 is connected with the wave energy power generation device 2; the rigid support frame 4 comprises a vertical rod 11, a first support frame 12 and a second support frame 13; one end of the vertical rod 11 is vertically connected with the first support frame 12; the other end of the vertical rod 11 is vertically connected with the second support frame 13; the first support frame 12 is arranged on the second support frame 13, a filter device 14 is arranged on the first support frame 12, and the filter device 14 covers the first support frame 12; the first support frame 12 comprises an outer frame 15 and a first transverse support bar 16; the outer frame 15 is a regular polygon or a circle; one end of the first transverse supporting rod 16 is connected with the outer frame 15, and the other end of the first transverse supporting rod 16 is connected with the slideway 9 in a sliding manner; the second support frame 13 is the same size and shape as the first support frame 12.
According to the first embodiment of the invention, the tidal current energy power generation device comprises a turbine, wherein the turbine comprises a horizontally rotating impeller; the impeller is arranged on the vertical shaft and can convert tidal current energy into kinetic energy of horizontal rotation; the first support frame is provided with a filtering device, and the filtering device can reduce the influence of sea surface waves on tidal current energy, so that the influence of wave impact on the rotation process of the impeller is reduced; the depth of the tidal current energy power generation device from the sea level can be adjusted through the lifting device, so that the tidal current energy power generation device is in the optimal working state, and the influence of waves on the sea level on the impeller can be reduced; meanwhile, the oscillating type floater can be positioned on a sea platform, and the wave energy device is in the best working state.

the tidal current energy power generation device 1 is arranged below the sea level; the tidal current energy power generation device 1 comprises a turbine 3 and a rigid support frame 4; the impeller 3 comprises an impeller 5 which rotates horizontally, and a through hole is formed in the impeller 5; a vertical shaft 6 is arranged on the rigid support frame 4; the rigid support frame 4 is provided with a rolling bearing, and the vertical shaft 6 is arranged in the rolling bearing; the impeller 5 is sleeved on the vertical shaft 6 through the through hole; the wave energy power generation device 2 comprises an oscillating floater 7, and the oscillating floater 7 is connected with the upper part of the vertical shaft 6; the oscillating float 7 is located on the sea level; a concave cavity is arranged inside the oscillating type floater 7; the tidal current energy power generation device 1 comprises a first tidal current energy power generation device and a second tidal current energy power generation device; the first tidal current energy power generation device and the second tidal current energy power generation device are symmetrically arranged about the fixing pile 8; the wave energy power generation device 2 comprises a first wave energy device and a second wave energy power generation device; the first wave energy device and the second wave energy power generation device are symmetrically arranged relative to the fixing pile 8; the wind power generation device is fixed on the upper part of the fixing pile 8; the outer surface of the fixed pile 8 is provided with a slideway 9; the rigid support frame 4 is connected with the slideway 9 in a sliding way; the slideway 9 is fixed, and the rigid support frame 4 slides up and down along the slideway 9 along with the rise and fall of the sea level; the accumulator 10 is connected with the lifting device; the accumulator 10 is connected with the tidal current energy power generation device 1; the electric accumulator 10 is connected with the wave energy power generation device 2; a lifting device is arranged in the rigid support frame 4; the rigid support frame 4 slides up and down along the surface of the slideway 9 through the lifting device; the rigid support frame 4 comprises a vertical rod 11, a first support frame 12 and a second support frame 13; one end of the vertical rod 11 is vertically connected with the first support frame 12; the other end of the vertical rod 11 is vertically connected with the second support frame 13; the first support frame 12 is arranged on the second support frame 13, a filter device 14 is arranged on the first support frame 12, and the filter device 14 covers the first support frame 12; the first support frame 12 comprises an outer frame 15 and a first transverse support bar 16; the outer frame 15 is a regular polygon or a circle; one end of the first transverse supporting rod 16 is connected with the outer frame 15, and the other end of the first transverse supporting rod 16 is connected with the slideway 9 in a sliding manner; the second support frame 13 is the same size and shape as the first support frame 12.
In summary, according to the wind energy and ocean energy integrated power generation device provided by the invention, the impeller comprises an impeller which rotates horizontally, a through hole is formed in the impeller, and the impeller is sleeved on the vertical shaft through the through hole; the wave energy power generation device comprises an oscillating floater, and the oscillating floater is connected with the upper part of the vertical shaft; the oscillating float is positioned on the sea level; the impeller and the oscillating floater are arranged on the same vertical shaft together, so that wave energy and tidal current energy can be converted into kinetic energy of the vertical shaft, the power borne by the impeller and the oscillating floater is increased, and the energy conversion rate is improved; when the sea level rises or falls, the rigid support frame is in sliding connection with the fixed pile, so that the depth of the tidal current energy power generation device from the sea level can be adjusted, and meanwhile, the oscillating type floater of the wave energy power generation device is positioned on the sea level, so that the tidal current energy power generation device and the wave energy power generation device are in the optimal working state; the tidal current energy power generation device is symmetrically arranged relative to the fixing pile, and the wave energy power generation device is symmetrically arranged relative to the fixing pile, so that the influence of inflow nonuniformity on the power generation efficiency of the tidal current energy power generation device and the wave energy power generation device is eliminated to the maximum extent; the rigid support frame is connected with the fixing pile in a sliding mode, the depth of the tidal current energy power generation device from the sea level can be adjusted through a lifting device arranged in the rigid support frame, and meanwhile an oscillating type floater of the wave energy power generation device is located on the sea level, so that the tidal current energy power generation device and the wave energy power generation device are in the optimal working state; the accumulator is connected with the tidal current energy power generation device; the accumulator is connected with the wave energy power generation device, can accumulate electric energy generated by the tidal current energy power generation device and the wave energy power generation device and provides required electric energy for the lifting device; the first support frame is covered by the filter device, so that the influence of sea surface waves on an impeller in the tidal current energy power generation device can be reduced; one end of the vertical rod is vertically connected with the first support frame, and the other end of the vertical rod is vertically connected with the second support frame, so that the strength of the rigid support frame is increased; the outer frame is in a regular polygon shape or a circular shape, so that the tidal current energy power generation device and the wave energy power generation device are conveniently and symmetrically arranged around the fixing pile; one end of the first transverse supporting rod is connected with the outer frame, so that the strength of the first supporting frame can be increased, and the first supporting frame is prevented from being deformed due to excessive pressure when sliding up and down along the fixing pile; the wind power generation device is arranged at the upper part of the fixing pile, so that wind energy can be converted into electric energy, and the utilization rate of offshore energy is improved; a concave cavity is formed in the oscillating floater, so that the buoyancy of the oscillating floater on the sea level can be increased, and the influence of the gravity of the oscillating floater on the wave power generation device is reduced; the vertical shaft is arranged in the rolling bearing, so that resistance encountered in the rotating process of the vertical shaft can be reduced, and the energy conversion rate is improved.

the device also comprises a fixed pile and a wind power generation device, wherein a slideway is arranged on the outer surface of the fixed pile; a power transmission system is arranged in the fixing pile; the rigid support frame is connected with the slideway in a sliding manner; the slideway is fixed, and the rigid support frame slides up and down along the slideway along with the lifting of the sea level; the power transmission system is connected with the wind power generation device; the power transmission system is connected with the tidal current energy power generation device; the power transmission system is connected with the wave energy power generation device;
the wind power generation device is fixed on the upper part of the fixing pile; the rigid support frame is provided with a rolling bearing, and the vertical shaft is arranged in the rolling bearing;
the tidal current energy power generation device comprises a first tidal current energy power generation device and a second tidal current energy power generation device; the first tidal current energy power generation device and the second tidal current energy power generation device are symmetrically arranged around the fixing pile; the wave energy power generation device comprises a first wave energy device and a second wave energy power generation device; the first wave energy device and the second wave energy power generation device are symmetrically arranged relative to the fixed pile;
a lifting device is arranged in the rigid support frame; the rigid support frame slides up and down along the surface of the slideway through the lifting device; the electric energy generated by the tidal current energy power generation device and the wave energy power generation device provides the required electric energy for the lifting device, so that the tidal current energy power generation device and the wave energy power generation device can be always in the optimal working state;
the rigid support frame comprises a vertical rod, a first support frame and a second support frame; one end of the vertical rod is vertically connected with the first support frame; the other end of the vertical rod is vertically connected with the second support frame; the first support frame is arranged on the second support frame, and a filter device is arranged on the first support frame and covers the first support frame;
