Abstract
The invention relates to an integrated composite board, in particular to an installation type external wall heat-insulation decoration integrated fireproof flame-retardant carrier layer composite board, which comprises a composite board body; the composite board body comprises a heat-insulating board and a veneer, wherein a strengthening layer is arranged on one side of the heat-insulating board, a fireproof flame-retardant layer, a calcium silicate board layer and a rock wool layer are sequentially arranged on the other side of the heat-insulating board far away from the strengthening layer, the fireproof flame-retardant layer, the calcium silicate board layer and the rock wool layer are sequentially laminated and bonded and compounded from inside to outside through an adhesive, and the veneer is adhered to the outer part of the rock wool layer through the adhesive layer; the heat-insulating board is of a vertical silk rock wool structure, a waterproof layer and a flame-retardant layer are sequentially filled in the heat-insulating board, and the flame-retardant layer is close to the fireproof flame-retardant layer; a groove is formed in one side face of the composite board body, and a protrusion matched with the groove is formed in the other side face of the composite board body. The invention has reasonable structure, ensures the heat preservation performance of the composite board, strengthens the bonding performance and the fireproof performance, and has good use value through the multi-layer composite structure.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an integrated composite board, in particular to an installation type external wall heat-insulating and decoration integrated fireproof flame-retardant carrier layer composite board.
Background
The outer wall is an outermost peripheral protection component of the building and is used for resisting adverse factors such as rain, snow, wind, frost, solar radiation, temperature change and the like in nature, so that a good use environment in the building is ensured. Thus, the quality of the exterior wall engineering of a building is closely related to the life span and comfort of the building. Modern building outer wall engineering design emphasizes more that the requirements of firmness, durability, water resistance, heat preservation, heat insulation and the like for resisting natural weather are met, the performance of the used outer wall building material is also biased to the above functions, but the consideration on the aspect of outer wall fire prevention is less, and the enhancement of the fire resistance becomes necessary while the heat preservation performance of the outer wall material is ensured.
The traditional heat preservation mostly adopts a thin plastering process, and the heat preservation materials mostly adopt materials such as a heat preservation plate, expansion anchor nails, a glass fiber grid cloth layer, traditional plastering mortar, bonding mortar and the like, so that on one hand, the fireproof performance of the materials is not strong, and the thin plastering system has complicated process and long construction period; on the other hand, the panel material is easy to separate from the heat insulation material, potential safety hazards exist, the panel material is easy to fall off from the base wall body, the service life is short, and meanwhile, the panel material is easy to peel, bulge and crack due to poor overall effect.
Therefore, it is necessary to design an integrated fireproof flame-retardant carrier layer composite board for external wall insulation and decoration, which has good fireproof performance and simple structure.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the installation type external wall heat-insulating and decorating integrated fireproof flame-retardant carrier layer composite board, and a multi-layer composite structure is formed by bonding a plurality of materials, so that the heat-insulating performance of the composite board can be ensured, and the bonding performance and the fireproof performance can be enhanced.

the composite board body comprises a heat-insulating board and a veneer, wherein a reinforcing layer is arranged on one side of the heat-insulating board, a fireproof flame-retardant layer, a calcium silicate board layer and a rock wool layer are sequentially arranged on the other side of the heat-insulating board, which is far away from the reinforcing layer, the fireproof flame-retardant layer, the calcium silicate board layer and the rock wool layer are sequentially laminated and bonded and compounded from inside to outside through an adhesive, and the veneer is bonded outside the rock wool layer through the adhesive layer;
the heat-insulating board is of a vertical silk rock wool structure, a waterproof layer and a flame-retardant layer are sequentially filled in the heat-insulating board, and the flame-retardant layer is close to the fireproof flame-retardant layer;
a groove is formed in one side face of the composite board body, and a protrusion matched with the groove is formed in the other side face of the composite board body.
Preferably, the strengthening layer is a calcium silicate board, the heat insulation board and the strengthening layer are bonded and compounded through an adhesive, and the adhesive is strong glue.
Preferably, the heat-insulating board is a rock wool heat-insulating board with a cuboid vertical wire rock wool structure.
Preferably, the fireproof flame-retardant layer is a vertical silk rock wool layer.
Preferably, the adhesive is a fireproof adhesive, and the adhesive layer is a fireproof adhesive layer.
Preferably, the veneer is selected from any one of ultra-thin natural stone, ceramic veneer, metal veneer, liquid granite water-in-water veneer, solid color paint veneer, stone-like marble sand-in-water veneer and flexible thin-sheet soft porcelain.

3. according to the invention, the fireproof flame-retardant layer, the calcium silicate board layer and the rock wool layer are sequentially arranged outside the heat-insulating board, so that the fireproof performance and strength of the composite board can be effectively improved, and the rock wool layer can insulate heat and resist flame, so that the fireproof performance is enhanced;
4. according to the invention, the grooves and the protrusions are arranged on one side of the composite board body, so that a plurality of composite boards can be embedded and fixed for use, and the use is convenient.

the heat-insulating board 2 is of a vertical-wire rock wool structure, the waterproof layer 9 and the flame-retardant layer 10 are sequentially filled in the heat-insulating board, the flame-retardant layer 10 is close to the fireproof flame-retardant layer 5, namely, the flame-retardant layer 10 and the fireproof flame-retardant layer 5 are positioned on the inner side and the outer side of the same surface of the heat-insulating board 2, and the waterproof capability and the flame-retardant performance of the heat-insulating board can be improved by the flame-retardant layer 10 and the fireproof flame-retardant layer 5, so that the heat-insulating layer can effectively avoid moisture erosion and improve the flame-retardant effect;
