Abstract

本发明涉及染色助剂技术领域,尤其是一种棉麻混纺纱染色方法,在对棉麻混纺纱染色过程中的皂洗完成后,将皂洗后的棉麻混纺纱加入水中,且水与棉麻混纺纱的质量比为6:1,然后加入平滑剂,其中平滑剂与水的质量比为1‑2:1000,加入平滑剂后升温至45‑50℃,保温30‑40min,然后再自然冷却至室温后出料晾干;其中平滑剂包括如下组分,羊毛脂、磷酸氢钠、三羟甲基丙烷脂肪酸酯、二甲基硅醇、石蜡、油酰氨基酸钠、焦磷酸钠、聚乙二醇、聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙二醇醚、双(2,3‑环氧基环戊基)醚、水。本发明所得到的一种棉麻混纺纱染色方法,其能有效提升染色后的棉麻更具有平滑性能,从而有效提升产品品质。

一种棉麻混纺纱染色方法
技术领域
本发明涉及染色技术领域,尤其是一种棉麻混纺纱染色方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,平滑剂一般在染色过程之后的处理中添加,以使得纱线等更加平滑柔顺。但是目前的平滑剂都是通用产品,其并没有针对特定产品的特殊性能而开发,所以针对性差。棉麻作为柔软程度相对较差的纱线,采用现有的平滑剂作用难以满足现在高品质生活的严苛的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种能有效提升平滑柔顺性的棉麻混纺纱染色方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种棉麻混纺纱染色方法,在对棉麻混纺纱染色过程中的皂洗完成后,将皂洗后的棉麻混纺纱加入水中,且水与棉麻混纺纱的质量比为6:1,然后加入平滑剂,其中平滑剂与水的质量比为1-2:1000,加入平滑剂后升温至45-50℃,保温30-40min,然后再自然冷却至室温后出料晾干;其中平滑剂包括如下组分,羊毛脂、磷酸氢钠、三羟甲基丙烷脂肪酸酯、二甲基硅醇、石蜡、油酰氨基酸钠、焦磷酸钠、聚乙二醇、聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙二醇醚、双(2,3-环氧基环戊基)醚、水,其中各组分的质量份数为:羊毛脂25-30份、磷酸氢钠5-10份、三羟甲基丙烷脂肪酸酯5-10份、二甲基硅醇3-6份、石蜡2-5份、油酰氨基酸钠8-12份、焦磷酸钠2-3份、聚乙二醇1-5份、聚丙烯酸钠2-5份、聚乙二醇醚2-6份、双(2,3-环氧基环戊基)醚2-5份、水300-400份。
作为优化,上述各组分的质量份数为:羊毛脂26份、磷酸氢钠8份、三羟甲基丙烷脂肪酸酯7份、二甲基硅醇4份、石蜡4份、油酰氨基酸钠11份、焦磷酸钠2份、聚乙二醇2份、聚丙烯酸钠3份、聚乙二醇醚4份、双(2,3-环氧基环戊基)醚3份、水380份。
本发明所得到的一种棉麻混纺纱染色方法,其能有效提升染色后的棉麻更具有平滑性能,从而有效提升产品品质。

实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种棉麻混纺纱染色方法,在对棉麻混纺纱染色过程中的皂洗完成后,将皂洗后的棉麻混纺纱加入水中,且水与棉麻混纺纱的质量比为6:1,然后加入平滑剂,其中平滑剂与水的质量比为1:1000,加入平滑剂后升温至50℃,保温40min,然后再自然冷却至室温后出料晾干;其中平滑剂包括如下组分,羊毛脂、磷酸氢钠、三羟甲基丙烷脂肪酸酯、二甲基硅醇、石蜡、油酰氨基酸钠、焦磷酸钠、聚乙二醇、聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙二醇醚、双(2,3-环氧基环戊基)醚、水,其中各组分的质量份数为:羊毛脂30份、磷酸氢钠10份、三羟甲基丙烷脂肪酸酯10份、二甲基硅醇6份、石蜡5份、油酰氨基酸钠12份、焦磷酸钠3份、聚乙二醇5份、聚丙烯酸钠5份、聚乙二醇醚6份、双(2,3-环氧基环戊基)醚5份、水400份。
实施例2:

本实施例描述的一种棉麻混纺纱染色方法,在对棉麻混纺纱染色过程中的皂洗完成后,将皂洗后的棉麻混纺纱加入水中,且水与棉麻混纺纱的质量比为6:1,然后加入平滑剂,其中平滑剂与水的质量比为1.3:1000,加入平滑剂后升温至47℃,保温35min,然后再自然冷却至室温后出料晾干;其中平滑剂包括如下组分,羊毛脂、磷酸氢钠、三羟甲基丙烷脂肪酸酯、二甲基硅醇、石蜡、油酰氨基酸钠、焦磷酸钠、聚乙二醇、聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙二醇醚、双(2,3-环氧基环戊基)醚、水,其中各组分的质量份数为:羊毛脂26份、磷酸氢钠8份、三羟甲基丙烷脂肪酸酯7份、二甲基硅醇4份、石蜡4份、油酰氨基酸钠11份、焦磷酸钠2份、聚乙二醇2份、聚丙烯酸钠3份、聚乙二醇醚4份、双(2,3-环氧基环戊基)醚3份、水380份。

1.一种棉麻混纺纱染色方法,其特征是:在对棉麻混纺纱染色过程中的皂洗完成后,将皂洗后的棉麻混纺纱加入水中,且水与棉麻混纺纱的质量比为6:1,然后加入平滑剂,其中平滑剂与水的质量比为1-2:1000,加入平滑剂后升温至45-50℃,保温30-40min,然后再自然冷却至室温后出料晾干;其中平滑剂包括如下组分,羊毛脂、磷酸氢钠、三羟甲基丙烷脂肪酸酯、二甲基硅醇、石蜡、油酰氨基酸钠、焦磷酸钠、聚乙二醇、聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙二醇醚、双(2,3-环氧基环戊基)醚、水,其中各组分的质量份数为:羊毛脂25-30份、磷酸氢钠5-10份、三羟甲基丙烷脂肪酸酯5-10份、二甲基硅醇3-6份、石蜡2-5份、油酰氨基酸钠8-12份、焦磷酸钠2-3份、聚乙二醇1-5份、聚丙烯酸钠2-5份、聚乙二醇醚2-6份、双(2,3-环氧基环戊基)醚2-5份、水300-400份。
