Abstract

本发明公开了一种羊毛衫防紫外柔软剂及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)二氧化钛乳液的制备、(2)二氧化钛的负载、(3)柔性剂的制备。本发明采用二氧化钛负载柔性剂,织物表面覆盖了一层与二氧化钛偶联的环氧基硅油改性水性聚氨薄膜,填充了部分纤维间的空气间隙,减小表面摩擦系数,进一步提高其柔软性能的同时,还能使羊毛织物具有防紫外的功能,增加羊毛织物的导热性,以减少阳光辐射对羊毛织物的损伤,延长羊毛织物的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及技术领域,尤其涉及一种羊毛衫防紫外柔软剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
羊毛织物因其独特的外观风格和优良的保暖功能深受消费者的欢迎。近年来,人们对羊毛纺织品保暖功能的追求逐渐淡化,而对其柔软性、平滑性以及易护理性的兴趣越来越浓。然而由于羊毛纤维具有鳞片层结构以及纤维湿膨胀性,使羊毛织物易毡缩,经过一系列防毡缩处理后,羊毛织物的柔软性和亲水性会受到较大的影响,难以满足人们对羊毛服装柔软舒适的要求。由于柔软剂能赋予织物以柔软、舒适的手感,因此能提高织物的质量和附加价值,已成为纺织品后整理的主要助剂。随着人们生活水平的提高,对纺织特种材料的要求也越来越高,除了对羊毛织物的柔软性能要求外,还提出了多功能的综合性需求。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种羊毛衫防紫外柔软剂及其制备方法,用所述柔软剂整理羊毛织物后,羊毛织物不仅具有友谊的柔软性能,同时兼具防紫外功能,满足人们的多种需求。
本发明提出的一种羊毛衫防紫外柔软剂,由以下重量份原料组成:
作为优选,所述二氧化钛粒径为5-50nm。
一种羊毛衫防紫外柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)二氧化钛乳液的制备:将二氧化钛加、三乙醇胺和水混合均匀,再加入偶联剂搅拌均匀,得到所述二氧化钛乳液;
(2)二氧化钛的负载:将上述二氧化钛乳液和端氨基环氧硅油混合,以1000-1800r/min的速度搅拌均匀,得到二氧化钛改性端氨基环氧硅油;
(3)柔性剂的制备:将二氧化钛改性端氨基环氧硅油加入到无水乙醇中搅拌均匀,在10-50r/min的搅拌转速下滴加水性聚氨酯,滴加完成后升温至50-80℃搅拌20-40min,随后调节转速为500-800r/min,加入柠檬酸反应0.5-1h,最后加入水以10-50r/min的速度搅拌1-2h,进行乳化分散,最后得到改性水性聚氨酯。

本发明采用二氧化钛负载的端氨基环氧硅油改性水性聚氨酯,有效改善了水性聚氨酯耐溶剂性和耐水性差的缺点,二氧化钛负载的端氨基环氧硅油改性水性聚氨酯作柔性剂,其表面的氨基能与羊毛表面的羧基相互作用,从而增加柔性剂大分子对纤维的亲和力,在一定程度上提高了织物的耐洗性,大分子链中的氨基在纤维表面的有序排列可以使纤维之间的摩擦因数下降,使织物产生优良的手感,达到良好的柔软滑爽整理效果,因此二氧化钛负载的端氨基环氧硅油改性水性聚氨酯处理的羊毛织物手感更加滑爽、丰满,柔软性能良好,且改善了羊毛织物的亲水性、透气性、抗静电性能和抗起毛起球性能。本发明采用二氧化钛负载柔性剂,织物表面覆盖了一层与二氧化钛偶联的环氧基硅油改性水性聚氨薄膜,填充了部分纤维间的空气间隙,减小表面摩擦系数,进一步提高其柔软性能的同时,还能使羊毛织物具有防紫外的功能,增加羊毛织物的导热性,以减少阳光辐射对羊毛织物的损伤,延长羊毛织物的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。实施例中所用试剂均为市购或常规试验获得。
实施例1:
一种羊毛衫防紫外柔软剂,由以下重量份原料组成:

(1)二氧化钛乳液的制备:将粒径为50nm的二氧化钛加、三乙醇胺和水先搅拌均匀后,再超声60min进行充分混合,再加入偶联剂搅拌均匀,得到所述二氧化钛乳液;
(2)二氧化钛的负载:将上述二氧化钛乳液和端氨基环氧硅油混合,以1800r/min的速度搅拌1h,得到所述柔软剂;
(3)柔性剂的制备:将二氧化钛改性端氨基环氧硅油加入到无水乙醇中搅拌均匀,在50r/min的搅拌转速下滴加水性聚氨酯,滴加完成后升温至80℃搅拌20min,随后调节转速为800r/min,加入柠檬酸反应0.5h,最后加入水以50r/min的速度搅拌1h,进行乳化分散,最后得到改性水性聚氨酯。
实施例2
一种羊毛衫防紫外柔软剂,由以下重量份原料组成:

(1)二氧化钛乳液的制备:将粒径为5nm的二氧化钛加、三乙醇胺和水先搅拌均匀后,再超声25min进行充分混合,再加入偶联剂搅拌均匀,得到所述二氧化钛乳液;
(2)二氧化钛的负载:将上述二氧化钛乳液和端氨基环氧硅油混合,以1000r/min的速度搅拌3h,得到所述柔软剂;
(3)柔性剂的制备:将二氧化钛改性端氨基环氧硅油加入到无水乙醇中搅拌均匀,在10r/min的搅拌转速下滴加水性聚氨酯,滴加完成后升温至50℃搅拌40min,随后调节转速为500r/min,加入柠檬酸反应1h,最后加入水以10r/min的速度搅拌2h,进行乳化分散,最后得到改性水性聚氨酯。
实施例3
一种羊毛衫防紫外柔软剂,由以下重量份原料组成:

(1)二氧化钛乳液的制备:将粒径为20nm的二氧化钛加、三乙醇胺和水先搅拌均匀后,再超声30min进行充分混合,再加入偶联剂搅拌均匀,得到所述二氧化钛乳液;
(2)二氧化钛的负载:将上述二氧化钛乳液和端氨基环氧硅油混合,以1300r/min的速度搅拌2h,得到所述柔软剂;
(3)柔性剂的制备:将二氧化钛改性端氨基环氧硅油加入到无水乙醇中搅拌均匀,在40r/min的搅拌转速下滴加水性聚氨酯,滴加完成后升温至65℃搅拌25min,随后调节转速为650r/min,加入柠檬酸反应0.6h,最后加入水以35r/min的速度搅拌1.5h,进行乳化分散,最后得到改性水性聚氨酯。
测试例:
取羊毛原样作对比例,分别采用1、2和3所得的柔软剂按常规整理工艺对羊毛织物进行处理,并测试各实施例和对比例羊毛织物整理前后的亲水性、手感、毡缩率、抗起毛起球和抗静电性能,黏度测试:采用NDJ-9S旋转黏度计,选择23号转子,将转速调至60r/min,测试黏度。手感测定:采用主观评价中看、摸等方法,评定织物的丰满、爽软、挺括和弹性等手感特征。判定等级分为5级,其中5级最好,1级最差。亲水性测试:在织物表面布面约10cm滴1滴蒸馏水,液滴落在布面开始计时,至水滴在布面上完全润湿停止计时,每个样测10个点取平均值。抗起毛起球性:按照GB/T4802.3-2008《纺织品织物起球试验起球箱法》,测试织物的抗起毛起球性。抗静电性能测试:根据GB/T12703.1-2008《纺织品静电性能的评定第1部分:静电压半衰期》,采用YG342N感应式织物静电测试仪对织物进行抗静电性能的测试。结果如表1所示:

(1)二氧化钛乳液的制备:将二氧化钛加、三乙醇胺和水混合均匀,再加入偶联剂搅拌均匀,得到所述二氧化钛乳液;
(2)二氧化钛的负载:将上述二氧化钛乳液和端氨基环氧硅油混合,以1000-1800r/min的速度搅拌均匀,得到二氧化钛改性端氨基环氧硅油;
(3)柔性剂的制备:将二氧化钛改性端氨基环氧硅油加入到无水乙醇中搅拌均匀,在10-50r/min的搅拌转速下滴加水性聚氨酯,滴加完成后升温至50-80℃搅拌20-40min,随后调节转速为500-800r/min,加入柠檬酸反应0.5-1h,最后加入水以10-50r/min的速度搅拌1-2h,进行乳化分散,最后得到改性水性聚氨酯。
