本发明提供一种石墨烯复合面料的制备方法,石墨烯遮蔽剂混合工序:将水性聚氨酯树脂加入到去离子水中进行充分搅拌使水性聚氨酯树脂均匀分散在水中形成均匀的聚氨酯溶液,再将有机硅季铵盐、纳米二氧化钛、纳米二氧化硅、碳酸钙、羟乙基纤维素加入到聚氨酯溶液中,加热充分搅拌,最后将石墨烯加入到聚氨酯溶液中并充分搅拌;浸渍工序:将各类织物浸渍在石墨烯遮蔽剂溶液中浸泡60‑120min;处理工序:采用轧一烘一焙工艺,将浸渍好的各类织物进行处理,皂洗后得到石墨烯复合面料。本发明的一种石墨烯复合面料的制备方法,能有效改善人体微循环,并具有抗菌导电防静电防辐射功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织产品制造技术领域,具体涉及一种石墨烯复合面料的制备方法。
背景技术
人体皮肤是承担着保护身体、排汗、感觉冷热和压力的功能器官,最容易受到外界物理性、机械性、化学性的侵袭,当长时间受高强度太阳光照射时,皮肤组织会受到不同程度的破坏和伤害,太阳光谱中紫外线是伤害皮肤的主要光线,其波长范围在200~400nm之间。国际照明委员会(CIE)将紫外线光波按波长范围分为近紫外线、远紫外线和超短紫外线。近紫外线称为A段(UVA:320~400nm),紫外线的主要成分(占紫外线总量的95%~98%),能量较小,能穿透真皮、使人体皮肤过早老化,失去弹性,出现皱纹。远紫外线简称B段(UVB:280~320 nm),仅占紫外线总量的2%~5%,可穿透皮肤几毫米,长期照射会使人的皮肤产生黑色素,出现晒黑和晒斑。 如果晒黑和晒斑反复发生,会增加患黑色素瘤的危险,然而,中波紫外线 UVB 部分被臭氧层吸收,所以长波紫外线 UVA 对人体的危害最为显著。超短紫外线简称 C 段 (UVC :200 ~ 280 nm),能量最大,但几乎被臭氧层完全吸收,对人类不会造成伤害。 所以,开发具有防紫外线功能的纺织面料及其制品对有效遮蔽紫外线对皮肤的损伤具有重要意义,市场前景广阔。
目前,紫外线遮蔽剂可分为两种,一种为无机类紫外线反射剂,作用机理主要是对紫外线进行反射和散射,以阻止其进入人体皮肤,紫外线透射率较低的反射剂为二氧化钛、氧化锌,较为常用 ;另一种是有机类紫外线吸收剂,主要是对紫外线具有吸收作用,此类吸收剂的共同点是在结构上都含有羟基,在形成稳定氢键、氢键螯合环等过程中能吸收紫外线能量转变成热能散失,国内市场上常用的有机类紫外线吸收剂是二苯甲酮类和苯并三唑类。 上述两类遮蔽剂通过共混纺丝和后整理方法制备防紫外线织物,对于无机类反射剂,其较大的比表面积可以对紫外线产生漫反射,以达到防紫外线效果,但其防紫外线效果的稳定性和效率有待提高 ;对于部分有机类吸收剂具有一定的毒性,不适合与人体皮肤长时间接触。
石墨烯是一种新型碳纳米轻质材料,具有独特的单原子层二维晶体结构,巨大的比表面积,由于其超高的强度、电导率、热导率、反射性等特性而得到广泛研究,石墨烯二维平面结构对各类光线的反射效率高、遮蔽效果理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种石墨烯复合面料的制备方法,能有效改善人体微循环,并具有抗菌导电防静电防辐射功效。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种石墨烯复合面料的制备方法,包括依次进行的石墨烯遮蔽剂混合工序、浸渍工序及处理工序;
所述石墨烯遮蔽剂混合工序:将水性聚氨酯树脂加入到去离子水中进行充分搅拌使水性聚氨酯树脂均匀分散在水中形成均匀的聚氨酯溶液,再将有机硅季铵盐、纳米二氧化钛、纳米二氧化硅、碳酸钙、羟乙基纤维素加入到聚氨酯溶液中,加热充分搅拌,最后将石墨烯加入到聚氨酯溶液中并充分搅拌;
所述浸渍工序:将各类织物浸渍在石墨烯遮蔽剂溶液中浸泡60-120min;
所述处理工序:采用轧一烘一焙工艺,将浸渍好的各类织物进行处理,皂洗后得到石墨烯复合面料;
在所述的轧一烘一焙工艺中,110℃预烘3min,150℃焙烘2min。
进一步,一种石墨烯复合面料的制备方法,所述石墨烯遮蔽剂混合工序中,水性聚氨酯树脂、去离子水、有机硅季铵盐、纳米二氧化钛、纳米二氧化硅、碳酸钙、羟乙基纤维素、石墨烯的质量比为,水性聚氨酯树脂:去离子水:有机硅季铵盐:纳米二氧化钛:纳米二氧化硅:碳酸钙:羟乙基纤维素:石墨烯=70:1000-800:10-1:10-1:9-3:4-1:6-1:40-20。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的一种石墨烯复合面料的制备方法,石墨烯具有内暖红外保健功效,能有效改善人体微循环,并具有抗菌导电防静电防辐射功效,纳米二氧化硅可大大提高面料的抗静电力;纳米二氧化钛和有机硅季铵盐,能提高各类织物的防紫外线性能和抗菌性能。
