Abstract

本发明公开了一种高分子复合纤维席子,包括席子本体,所述席子本体由经线和纬线编织而成,其中所述经线按重量份包括95‑98份聚酯纤维以及2‑5份抗静电剂,所述抗静电剂按重量份包括70‑75份淀粉、5‑10份炭黑、2‑5份偶氮二甲酰胺、1‑3份二氧化钛、3‑5份纳米锡铋合金粉末、1‑2份聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯。本发明得到的高分子复合纤维席子,由经线和纬线编织而成,其中经线和纬线均进行了改性,从而提高其抗菌性和抗静电性。最后通过简单、无毒的制备方法,获得一种具有抗菌性好、抗静电性强的高分子复合纤维席子。

一种高分子复合纤维席子
技术领域
本发明涉及一种席子,特别是一种高分子复合纤维席子。
背景技术
席子是指夏季为了凉爽而铺垫的具有透气、凉爽、不粘汗等功能的席子。席子根据其选取材质不同可分为草席、篾席、滕席、竹席等,但是这样的席子不防水,而且容易发霉长菌,若长期接触则会导致过敏,因此申请人有必要提出一种新型的抗菌性能好的复合席子。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种具有较强抗菌能力的高分子复合纤维席子。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的一种高分子复合纤维席子,包括席子本体,所述席子本体由经线和纬线编织而成,其中所述纬线按重量份包括90-95份聚丙烯、3-5份抗菌剂以及1-3份助剂,所述抗菌剂按重量份包括40-50份碳纳米粉、10-15份铜粉、5-8份纳米氧化银、1-5份烯基丙三乙氧基硅烷以及10-15份甲基丙烯酸2-羟丙酯;所述助剂为稳定剂、阻燃剂以及偶联剂一种或几种;
所述经线按重量份包括95-98份聚酯纤维以及2-5份抗静电剂,所述抗静电剂按重量份包括70-75份淀粉、5-10份炭黑、2-5份偶氮二甲酰胺、1-3份二氧化钛、3-5份纳米锡铋合金粉末、1-2份聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯。
所述稳定剂为亚磷酸三酯或者钙锌稳定剂,所述阻燃剂按重量份包括50份三氧化二锑、30份三聚氰胺磷酸盐以及20份氢氧化铝,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
所述高分子复合纤维席子的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,制备抗菌剂,将40-50份碳纳米粉、10-15份铜粉、5-8份纳米氧化银、1-5份烯基丙三乙氧基硅烷以及10-15份甲基丙烯酸2-羟丙酯混合均匀,研磨成粉末即得抗菌剂;
第二步,制备纬线,将90-95份聚丙烯、3-5份抗菌剂以及1-3份助剂混合均匀,在200-220℃下经双螺杆挤出造粒、拉丝后得到纬线;
第三步,制备经线,先将70-75份淀粉、5-10份炭黑、2-5份偶氮二甲酰胺、1-3份二氧化钛、3-5份纳米锡铋合金粉末、1-2份聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯混合后球磨分散1小时得到抗静电剂,然后将95-98份聚酯纤维以及2-5份抗静电剂混合均匀,在250-300℃下经双螺杆挤出造粒、拉丝后得到经线;
第四步,制备高分子复合纤维席子,将上述经线和纬线进行编织即可得到高分子复合纤维席子。
本专利中的纬线由90-95份聚丙烯、3-5份抗菌剂以及1-3份助剂组成,所述抗菌剂中的碳纳米粉、铜粉、纳米氧化银、烯基丙三乙氧基硅烷甲基丙烯酸2-羟丙酯均具有很好的抗菌抑菌作用,将其组合在一起能够起到协同作用。
所述助剂为稳定剂、阻燃剂以及偶联剂一种或几种,其中所述稳定剂为亚磷酸三酯或者钙锌稳定剂,所述阻燃剂按重量份包括50份三氧化二锑、30份三聚氰胺磷酸盐以及20份氢氧化铝,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
所述经线由95-98份聚酯纤维以及2-5份抗静电剂组成,所述抗静电剂中的淀粉、炭黑、偶氮二甲酰胺、二氧化钛、纳米锡铋合金粉末、聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯都具备很好的抗静电能力,将其组合在一起能够起到协同作用。

实施例1:
本实施例提供的一种高分子复合纤维席子,包括席子本体,所述席子本体由经线和纬线编织而成,其中所述纬线按重量份包括95份聚丙烯、3份抗菌剂以及2份助剂,所述抗菌剂按重量份包括40份碳纳米粉、10份铜粉、5份纳米氧化银、1份烯基丙三乙氧基硅烷以及10份甲基丙烯酸2-羟丙酯;所述助剂为稳定剂、阻燃剂以及偶联剂一种或几种;
所述经线按重量份包括95份聚丙烯以及5份抗静电剂,所述抗静电剂按重量份包括70份淀粉、5份炭黑、2份偶氮二甲酰胺、1份二氧化钛、3份纳米锡铋合金粉末、1份聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯。
所述稳定剂为亚磷酸三酯或者钙锌稳定剂,所述阻燃剂按重量份包括50份三氧化二锑、30份三聚氰胺磷酸盐以及20份氢氧化铝,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。

第四步,制备高分子复合纤维席子,将上述经线和纬线进行编织即可得到高分子复合纤维席子。
本实施例制得的高分子复合纤维席子,其抗静电性能优异。
实施例2:
本实施例提供的高分子复合纤维席子,其原料和制备方法大致和实施例1相同,其主要区别在于,本实施例中,所述抗菌剂按重量份包括50份碳纳米粉、15份铜粉、8份纳米氧化银、5份烯基丙三乙氧基硅烷以及15份甲基丙烯酸2-羟丙酯。
本实施例制得的高分子复合纤维席子,其抗静电性能优异。
实施例3:
本实施例提供的高分子复合纤维席子,其原料和制备方法大致和实施例1相同,其主要区别在于,本实施例中,所述抗静电剂按重量份包括75份淀粉、10份炭黑、5份偶氮二甲酰胺、3份二氧化钛、5份纳米锡铋合金粉末、2份聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯。
本实施例制得的高分子复合纤维席子,其抗静电性能优异。

Claims (3)

1.一种高分子复合纤维席子,包括席子本体,其特征在于:所述席子本体由经线和纬线编织而成,其中所述纬线按重量份包括90-95份聚丙烯、3-5份抗菌剂以及1-3份助剂,所述抗菌剂按重量份包括40-50份碳纳米粉、10-15份铜粉、5-8份纳米氧化银、1-5份烯基丙三乙氧基硅烷以及10-15份甲基丙烯酸2-羟丙酯;所述助剂为稳定剂、阻燃剂以及偶联剂一种或几种;
所述经线按重量份包括95-98份聚酯纤维以及2-5份抗静电剂,所述抗静电剂按重量份包括70-75份淀粉、5-10份炭黑、2-5份偶氮二甲酰胺、1-3份二氧化钛、3-5份纳米锡铋合金粉末、1-2份聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高分子复合纤维席子,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为亚磷酸三酯或者钙锌稳定剂,所述阻燃剂按重量份包括50份三氧化二锑、30份三聚氰胺磷酸盐以及20份氢氧化铝,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高分子复合纤维席子,其特征在于:所述高分子复合纤维席子的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,制备抗菌剂,将40-50份碳纳米粉、10-15份铜粉、5-8份纳米氧化银、1-5份烯基丙三乙氧基硅烷以及10-15份甲基丙烯酸2-羟丙酯混合均匀,研磨成粉末即得抗菌剂;
第二步,制备纬线,将90-95份聚丙烯、3-5份抗菌剂以及1-3份助剂混合均匀,在200-220℃下经双螺杆挤出造粒、拉丝后得到纬线;
第三步,制备经线,先将70-75份淀粉、5-10份炭黑、2-5份偶氮二甲酰胺、1-3份二氧化钛、3-5份纳米锡铋合金粉末、1-2份聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯混合后球磨分散1小时得到抗静电剂,然后将95-98份聚酯纤维以及2-5份抗静电剂混合均匀,在250-300℃下经双螺杆挤出造粒、拉丝后得到经线;
第四步,制备高分子复合纤维席子,将上述经线和纬线进行编织即可得到高分子复合纤维席子。
