本发明提供一种炼铸中间包复合干式料及其制备方法,所述干式料按质量份计,包括如下组份:镁橄榄石20‑30份,羟甲基纤维素5‑10份,工业葡萄糖4‑7份,高铝矾土3‑8份,氧化铬粉1‑5份,六偏磷酸钠2‑4份;所述干式料的制备方法包括(1)将上述原料在搅拌机中搅拌均匀,得到混合物料;(2)把混合物料置于模具中捣打振动成型,得到成型坯体;(3)将模具和成型坯体一起放在260‑330摄氏度的烘箱中烘烤0.5‑1h,待冷却后脱模,得到炼铸中间包复合干式料。(4)把干式料中间体依次在1050‑1150摄氏度和1450‑1550摄氏度下保温1‑3h,得到炼铸中间包在线成品复合干式料。所述干式料在使用过程中不会产生有害气体,对人体无害,对环境无污染,残碳率低,满足超低碳钢、洁净钢的生产需要,并且烧结性能好,抗熔渣渗透性佳,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明属于钢铁冶金技术领域,具体涉及一种炼铸中间包复合干式料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国大力采用和发展连续铸钢技术,钢铁工业得到了飞速发展,炼钢技术亦不断进步。中间包是钢铁冶炼的最后一道工序,最初只作为钢液的储存和分配器来使用,随着连铸技术的发展,中间包被赋予了许多新的功能,它的冶金作用也受到越来越多的关注。
连铸中间包工作衬的发展可以分为4个阶段:无工作衬阶段,绝热板阶段,涂膜料或喷涂料阶段,和干式振动料阶段,干式振动料是第四代中间包工作衬,干式振动料具有施工方便,可快速烘烤及衬体易于解体等优点。
现有干式振动料采用的基质主要是镁质材料,不会对钢液造成二次污染,并且对钢水有冶金作用,能降低钢液中的非金属杂质物,但使用过程中存在烧结严重和抗熔渣渗透性能差的问题,导致中间包工作衬使用成本高,因此在保证干式料使用性能的同时如何提高其烧结性能和抗熔渣渗透性能成为棘手问题。
并且,现有干式振动料多以酚醛树脂作为结合剂,虽然结合强度高,但在使用过程中会分解产生甲醛,甲酚等对环境和工人健康危害很大,并且酚醛树脂碳化后的残碳量高,会使钢水增碳,无法满足超低碳钢、洁净钢的生产需要。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种炼铸中间包复合干式料,在使用过程中不会产生有害气体,对人体无害,对环境无污染,残碳率低,满足超低碳钢、洁净钢的生产需要,并且烧结性能好,抗熔渣渗透性佳,使用寿命长。
炼铸中间包复合干式料,按质量份计,包括如下组份:镁橄榄石20-30份,羟甲基纤维素5-10份,工业葡萄糖4-7份,高铝矾土3-8份,氧化铬粉1-5份,六偏磷酸钠2-4份。
进一步的,按质量份计,复合干式料包括如下组份:镁橄榄石26-30份,羟甲基纤维素5-8份,工业葡萄糖4-5份,高铝矾土5-8份,氧化铬粉3-5份,六偏磷酸钠3-4份。
进一步的,按质量份计,复合干式料包括如下组份:镁橄榄石28份,羟甲基纤维素6份,工业葡萄糖5份,高铝矾土7份,氧化铬粉4份,六偏磷酸钠3份。

(2)把混合物料置于模具中捣打振动成型,得到成型坯体;
(3)将模具和成型坯体一起放在260-330摄氏度的烘箱中烘烤0.5-1h,待冷却后脱模,得到干式料中间体;
(4)把干式料中间体依次在1050-1150摄氏度和1450-1550摄氏度下保温1-3h,得到炼铸中间包在线成品复合干式料。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中,原料还包括硼砂4-6份,粘土1-3份。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中,原料还包括氧化铝粉末1-3份,二氧化硅粉末0.5-1.5份。

本发明提供一种炼铸中间包复合干式料,以镁橄榄石为基质,以羟甲基纤维素和工业葡萄糖作为结合剂,以高铝矾土和氧化铬粉为改性剂,中间包复合干式料在低温范围(250-350摄氏度)烘包过程中,羟甲基纤维素发生交联反应,将镁橄榄石,工业葡萄糖、高铝矾土和氧化铬粉结合在一起,在烘烤过程中分解形成少量碱性溶液,促进羟甲基纤维素的交联反应,进一步提高各组份之间的结合力,保证低温顺脱模的强度,以便中温烘烤,并且在使用过程中不会分解产生对环境和工人健康危害的气体,残碳量高,满足超低碳钢、洁净钢的生产需要,中间包复合干式料在中温范围(1000-1100摄氏度)烘烤后,六偏磷酸钠和基质镁橄榄石反生反应,生成高熔点化合物,促进中温烧结,保证承接钢水的承压强度,并且对高温性能影响较小,中间包复合干式料在高温范围(1500-1580摄氏度)内,氧化铬粉和基质镁橄榄石反应,在基质表面生成致密均匀的尖晶石层,填充基质的气孔,抑制钢渣对其的渗透性,提高中间包复合干式料的抗熔渣渗透性能,并且高温下,高铝矾土内的杂质和镁橄榄石反应,生成尖晶石,体积膨胀,一方面,增强干式振动料的烧结性能,保证干式振动料的高温强度,另一方面,与氧化铬粉和基质镁橄榄石反应后在基质表面生成致密均匀的尖晶石层协同配合,进一步提高中间包复合干式料的抗熔渣渗透性能。
本发明提供一种炼铸中间包复合干式料,进一步增加硼砂5份,粘土3份,在中间包复合干式料高温烧结过程中,和高铝矾土及氧化铬粉协同作用,进一步填充在高铝矾土、氧化铬粉和基质镁橄榄石反应的尖晶石之间的空隙内,从而提高中间包复合干式料的抗熔渣渗透性能。
本发明提供一种炼铸中间包复合干式料,进一步包括氧化铝粉末1-3份和二氧化硅粉末0.5-1.5份,和六偏磷酸钠协同作用,与基质镁橄榄石反应,促进中温烧结,但是不宜过量,否则会导致干式料急剧收缩,增加烧结层厚度,影响中间包复合干式料的高温性能,给翻包带来困难。
本发明提供的炼铸中间包复合干式料的制备方法,工艺简单,环保,适合大批量生产。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步说明:
实施例1
炼铸中间包复合干式料,按质量份计,包括如下组份:镁橄榄石20份,羟甲基纤维素5份,工业葡萄糖4份,高铝矾土3份,氧化铬粉1份,六偏磷酸钠2份。
所述炼铸中间包复合干式料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将上述原料在搅拌机中搅拌均匀,得到混合物料;
(2)把混合物料置于模具中捣打振动成型,得到成型坯体;

按国标(GB/T 5072-2008)分别测定试样在220摄氏度,6h烘烤;1100摄氏度,热处理3h;及1550摄氏度,热处理3h的常温耐压强度;
按国标(GB/T 5988-2007)测定试样1550摄氏度,3h热处理后的烧后线变化率。
按国标(GB/T 8931-2007,使用静态坩埚法,1550摄氏度保温3h),进行熔渣侵蚀试验,测定侵蚀渗透深度,侵蚀试样用的中间包渣的化学组成(质量分数)为:MgO 18.61,CaO28.50,SiO210.51,Fe2O36.32,Al2O318.93,K200.65;测定结果如下:

6.如权利要求5所述的一种炼铸中间包复合干式料,其特征在于,按质量份计,还包括氧化铝粉末1-3份,二氧化硅粉末0.5-1.5份。
7.一种如权利要求1-3所述的炼铸中间包复合干式料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将上述原料在搅拌机中搅拌均匀,得到混合物料;
(2)把混合物料置于模具中捣打振动成型,得到成型坯体;
(3)将模具和成型坯体一起放在260-330摄氏度的烘箱中烘烤0.5-1h,待冷却后脱模,得到干式料中间体;
(4)把干式料中间体依次在1050-1150摄氏度和1450-1550摄氏度下保温1-3h,得到炼铸中间包在线成品复合干式料。
8.如权利要求7所述的炼铸中间包复合干式料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,原料还包括硼砂4-6份,粘土1-3份。
9.如权利要求7所述的炼铸中间包复合干式料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,原料还包括氧化铝粉末1-3份,二氧化硅粉末0.5-1.5份。
