Technical Field
The invention relates to a biological trap, in particular to an extensible deep sea biological trap of a submersible.
Background
The biological capturer is one of important tools for acquiring biological samples from the sea bottom, and the biological samples acquired from the deep sea through analysis have important significance for research on aspects of marine ecosystems, biological geography, biological genetics, biological diversity, community distribution and the like. Previously, the most common means of capturing subsea organisms was trawl, but this method only allows obtaining incomplete biological samples. At present, a 'dragon' manned submersible in China obtains a plurality of relatively complete biological samples (such as sea cucumbers, sea urchins, sponges, sea anemones, fishes, shrimps and the like) through a mechanical arm, but due to the limitation of a submarine organism and a dragon number mechanical arm, the submarine operation of the dragon number is not high in biological capturing efficiency, so that a lot of submarine operation time is wasted, the mechanical arm can damage the samples to a certain extent in the biological capturing process, and the research effect in a later-stage laboratory is influenced. Currently, along with the continuous progress of science, scientists are urgent to require a dragon number manned submersible to collect a complete biological sample which can be accurately positioned.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the background art, and provides a submersible extensible deep sea biological trap which adopts the following technical scheme that the size of the trap is increased by utilizing an expansion mechanism to rapidly trap a biological sample, and the biological sample is released into a biological sampling basket in a water spraying mode to be a sampling scheme:
the extensible deep sea biological trap of the submersible comprises a sealing film, a folding support frame, a collecting film, a main support rod, a folding ring, a rubber protective sleeve, a guide rod, a feed screw, a winding pipe, a guide traction plate, a main shell, an inner support cylinder, an operation motor, a feed nut, an action gear, an operation gear, a support bearing, an outer water feeding pump, a sealing cover, a folding torsion spring and an extension torsion spring; the sealing film outside is connected with the inside of the folding support frame, the rear port of the folding support frame is connected with the front port of the collecting film, the folding support frame is arranged at the front end of the main support rod by a pin shaft, the collecting film outside is connected with the inside of the main support rod, the front port of the collecting film is connected with the rear port of the sealing film, the rear part of the collecting film is adhered to the front surface of the main shell, the main support rod is connected with the folding support frame at the front part by the pin shaft, the rear part of the main support rod is connected with the hinged support of the front surface of the main shell, the folding ring is fixedly connected with the outer sides of the two guide rods, the folding ring is positioned at the outer sides of the main support rod and positioned at the front side of the main shell, a plurality of anti-skid bulges are circumferentially arranged on the outer sides of the rubber protective sleeve, a water inlet hole is formed on the circumferential surface of the rubber protective sleeve and is arranged at the outer sides of the main shell and the sealing cover, the guide rod is fixedly connected with the folding ring at the front part of the guide rod, the guide rod is fixedly connected with the rear part of the feed screw rod through a guide plate, the two guide rods are arranged in the guide holes of the main shell and the sealing cover, the feed screw is arranged in the screw through holes of the main shell and the sealing cover and is in threaded transmission fit connection with the feed nut, the winding pipe is positioned at the outer side of the feed screw and at the inner side of the two guide rods, the front surface of the main shell is uniformly distributed with a plurality of hinge seats along the circumferential direction, the hinge seats are provided with pin shaft holes, torsion spring clamping grooves are respectively arranged in the pin shaft holes, the central axis of the main shell is provided with the screw through holes and bearing mounting holes, the front surface of the main shell is provided with two guide holes along the symmetrical position of the axial direction, the inner side of the front surface of the main shell is provided with a motor mounting groove and a water pump mounting groove, the circumferential surface of the main shell is provided with a water inlet hole, the inner support cylinder is arranged at the front part of the feed screw, the operating motor is arranged in the motor mounting groove in the main shell, the output shaft of the operating motor is provided with an operating gear, the front end of the feed nut is arranged on the inner side of the main shell by using a support bearing, the rear end of the feed nut is arranged on the inner side of the sealing cover by using a support bearing, the inside of the feed nut is in threaded transmission fit connection with the feed screw, the outside of the feed nut is fixedly connected with the action gear, the action gear and the operation gear form gear transmission fit, the support bearing is respectively arranged in bearing mounting holes on the inner sides of the main shell and the sealing cover, the sealing cover is provided with a screw through hole and a bearing mounting hole at the central axis, the front surface of the sealing cover is provided with two guide holes and a water outlet hole along the symmetrical position of the axial direction, the guide holes and the water outlet hole are arranged on the rear end surface of the main shell, the folding torsion spring is arranged in a pin hole at the rear end of the folding support frame and a pin hole at the front end of the main support rod, and the expansion torsion spring is arranged in a pin hole at the rear end of the main support rod and a pin hole of a hinged seat at the front part of the main shell; when the device is used for capturing and releasing biological samples, the operation motor is controlled to rotate, the operation motor drives the action gear to rotate through the operation gear, the feed nut is further driven to rotate, the feed nut drives the feed screw to translate, the feed screw drives the gathering ring to translate through the guide traction plate and the guide rod, and meanwhile the inner support cylinder is driven to translate.
Preferably, the sealing film is made of a high-elasticity transparent material, a soft film is attached to the inner side of the sealing film, the collecting film is made of a high-elasticity transparent material, the soft film is attached to the inner side of the collecting film, and a plurality of tiny water permeable holes are formed in the circumferential direction of the collecting film along the radial direction; when the invention is used for capturing biological samples, redundant seawater returns to the external environment from the water permeable holes at the rear part of the collecting membrane, the capturing process is carefully observed through the sealing membrane and the collecting membrane, and meanwhile, the inner soft membrane avoids damaging the biological samples due to the contact with the samples.
Preferably, the folding support frame is made of high-elasticity corrosion-resistant material, the rear end of the folding support frame is provided with a pin shaft hole, a torsion spring clamping groove is formed in the pin shaft hole, the main support rod is made of high-elasticity corrosion-resistant material, the front end and the rear end of the main support rod are provided with the pin shaft holes, torsion spring clamping grooves are formed in the pin shaft holes, the inner side end and the outer side end of the folding torsion spring are respectively clamped in the torsion spring clamping grooves of the pin shaft hole at the rear end of the folding support frame and the pin shaft hole at the front end of the main support rod, the folding torsion spring compresses the folding support frame to be compressed towards the central axis under the action of self torsion force, the inner side end and the outer side end of the expansion torsion spring are respectively clamped in the torsion spring clamping grooves of the pin shaft hole at the rear end of the main support rod and the hinge pin shaft hole at the front part of the main shell, and the expansion torsion spring is compressed outwards under the action of self torsion force; when the biological sample is to be captured, the collecting ring moves backwards, so that the limiting effect of the collecting ring on the main supporting rod is relieved, the main supporting rod expands outwards under the action of the torsion force of the expansion torsion spring, the sealing film, the collecting supporting frame and the collecting film are further driven to expand outwards, the expansion of the sampling port is realized, if the biological sample to be sampled is large in distribution or flexible in movement, the collecting ring and the inner supporting cylinder move backwards, at the moment, the collecting ring is separated from contact with the main supporting rod, the outer edge of the rear part of the inner supporting cylinder further expands outwards through the collecting film to further drive the sealing film, the collecting supporting frame and the collecting film to expand outwards, and therefore the sampling port is further expanded outwards.
Preferably, the outside of the feed screw is provided with threads, the inside of the feed screw is hollow, the bottom of the feed screw is provided with a bottom cover, the bottom of the feed screw is provided with a water inlet along the radial direction, the front of the feed screw is provided with a step installation boss, one end of the winding pipe is connected with a water outlet port of an external water supply pump positioned at the rear part of the cover, the other end of the winding pipe is connected with the water inlet of the feed screw, the external water supply pump is arranged in a water pump installation groove in the main shell, an inlet pipeline of the external water supply pump is communicated with the outside through the water inlet of the main shell and a rubber protection sleeve, and an outlet pipeline of the external water supply pump is connected with the winding pipe through a water outlet of the cover; when the biological sample is captured by using the biological sample basket, the external water pump works, external seawater is slowly fed between the collecting membrane and the internal supporting cylinder through the external water pump, the winding pipe, the feed screw and the internal supporting cylinder, so that the biological sample is prevented from being extruded by the self-moving structure of the biological sample basket.
Preferably, the inner support cylinder is made of transparent materials, the whole structure is divided into five parts, namely a connector, a support cylinder body, a water storage cavity, an inner water outlet hole and an outer water outlet hole, wherein the connector is in a step shape and is arranged on an installation boss at the front part of the feed screw, a soft film is attached to the inner side of the support cylinder body, one end of the water storage cavity is communicated with an inner pore canal of the feed screw through the connector, the inner water outlet hole and the outer water outlet hole are utilized to communicate a space between the collecting film and the inner support cylinder, the inner water outlet hole is a plurality of tiny through holes along the axial direction, the outer water outlet hole is uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction, and the inclined direction is a through hole at the front part and the outer side.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the soft film is used in a large amount, and the water is sprayed to isolate the scheme of hard contact, so that the device is in soft contact with a sample, mechanical damage is avoided, and the integrity of the sample is ensured;
2. the biological sampling space can be greatly expanded, and is made of transparent materials, so that the biological sample is more convenient to capture and observe;
3. the sampling space of the biological sample is adjustable, so that the biological sample has larger adaptability;
4. the repeated use is realized rapidly, and the utilization rate of the capturer is greatly improved;
5. the sampling state occupies a larger space, is convenient for capturing biological samples, can be quickly folded in the non-working state, reduces the storage space and is convenient for transportation and use.

When the invention is used, the rubber protective sleeve 6 is clamped by the mechanical arm of the submersible, so that the invention is taken out of the geological sample basket and placed near a biological sample to be sampled; then, the operation motor 13 is controlled to rotate positively, the operation motor 13 drives the action gear 15 to rotate through the operation gear 16, and then the feed nut 14 is driven to rotate, the feed screw 8 is driven to translate backwards through the feed screw 8, the guide traction plate 10 and the guide rod 7 drive the gathering ring 5 to translate backwards, so that the limiting effect of the gathering ring 5 on the main support rod 4 is relieved, the main support rod 4 expands outwards under the action of the torsion spring 21, and then drives the sealing film 1, the gathering support frame 2 and the collecting film 3 to expand outwards, so that the sampling port is expanded, the biological sample can be collected more easily, if the biological sample to be sampled is distributed more or the movement is more flexible, the operation motor 13 can be further controlled to rotate positively, the feed screw 8 is driven to translate backwards through the operation gear 16, the action gear 15 and the feed nut 14, and then the gathering ring 5 is separated from the main support rod 4, the outer edge of the rear part of the inner support cylinder 12 is supported by the collecting film 3, and the main support rod 4 is further expanded outwards, and then the sealing film 1, the gathering support frame 2 and the collecting film 3 are further driven to expand outwards, and the biological sample is further expanded, so that the biological sample is captured and sampled; when the invention completes the preparation before sampling, after the size of the sampling port meets the requirement, the rubber protective sleeve 6 is clamped by the mechanical arm of the submersible so that the front port of the sealing membrane 1 is gradually close to the biological sample until the biological sample completely enters the internal space formed by the sealing membrane 1 and the collecting membrane 3, and in the process, the redundant seawater returns to the external environment from the water permeable hole at the rear part of the collecting membrane 3; then the operation motor 13 is controlled to rotate reversely, the operation gear 16, the action gear 15 and the feed nut 14 are used for driving the feed screw 8, the guide traction plate 10, the guide rod 7 and the folding ring 5 to translate forwards, the folding ring 5 is contacted with the main support rod 4 and then presses the main support rod 4 to the central axis, the inner space formed by the sealing film 1 and the collecting film 3 is further compressed until the front port of the sealing film 1 is completely sealed, in the process, the external water pump 18 works, external seawater is slowly fed between the collecting film 3 and the internal support cylinder 12 through the external water pump 18, the winding pipe 9, the feed screw 8 and the internal support cylinder 12, and thus the biological sample is prevented from being extruded by the self-moving structure of the invention; then, the rubber protective sleeve 6 is clamped by a mechanical arm of the submersible, and the front port of the sealing film 1 is inserted into the biological sampling basket; then the operation motor 13 is controlled to rotate reversely, the operation gear 16, the action gear 15 and the feed nut 14 are used for driving the feed screw 8 and the inner support barrel 12 to translate forwards, the outer edge of the front part of the inner support barrel 12 is supported by the sealing film 1 to expand outwards until the front edge of the inner support barrel 12 is outwards extended to the front part of the front edge of the inner support barrel 2, in the process, the external water supply pump 18 works, external seawater is quickly supplied between the collecting film 3 and the inner support barrel 12 through the external water supply pump 18, the winding pipe 9, the feed screw 8 and the inner support barrel 12, so that the biological sample is prevented from being extruded by the self-movable structure of the biological sample, and the biological sample is quickly pushed out of the inner space of the biological sample basket, so that the biological sample enters the biological sample basket; the rubber boot 6 is then gripped by the robot arm of the submersible itself, and the invention is removed from the biological sample basket and placed into the geological sample basket for use in recapturing the biological sample.
