本发明涉及吹气膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种3D吹气膜。
背景技术
随着时代的发展,人类生活水平的提高和不断的对物质的追求,开发出了多种吹气制品,如3D制品、吹气玩具、气球、充气床垫、以及水上吹气用品等,现有的吹气制品多采用PVC材料进行制作,PVC主要成分为聚氯乙烯,又加入其他成分来增强其耐热性,韧性,延展性等。这种表面膜的最上层是漆,中间的主要成分是聚氯乙烯,最下层是背涂粘合剂,为微黄色半透明状,有光泽。透明度胜于聚乙烯、聚丙烯,差于聚苯乙烯,随助剂用量不同,分为软、硬聚氯乙烯,软制品柔而韧,手感粘,硬制品的硬度高于低密度聚乙烯,而低于聚丙烯,PVC不但可以表现自然界的颜色,还可以表现人们幻想中的颜色,用来提高生活品质。PVC膜的生产工艺并不复杂,普通的生产线一般由滚压机、印刷机、背涂机和切割机组成,主要是通过滚压机的直动搅拌,滚轴旋转以及高温滚压生产出厚度仅为0.3mm至0.7mm的薄膜,生产的同时并且通过印刷机在膜的正面印上花色,用以增加PVC膜的样式,提升产品的多样性,整套生产过程都是在高温下(滚压机内温度达到220度)进行的,这就使PVC膜具有高抗光性和耐火性,保证PVC膜的高质量,是当今世界上深受喜爱、颇为流行并且也被广泛应用的一种合成材料。PVC薄膜的全球使用量在各种合成材料中高居第二。在可以生产三维表面膜的材料中,PVC是最适合的材料。
PVC薄膜可分为PVC软薄膜和PVC硬薄膜。其中硬PVC大约占市场的2/3,软PVC占1/3,软PVC一般用于地板、天花板、皮革和吹气制品,但由于软PVC中含有柔软剂(这也是软PVC与硬PVC的区别),容易变脆,不易保存,所以其使用范围受到了局限,而且随着环保意识的提高,传统的PVC膜存在有毒、不耐寒、多次折叠后容易损坏、气密性也较差、抗紫外线性能差和防水性能不好等问题,导致其综合性能较差,不利用生活生产使用,不利于生产吹气制品,为此,我们提出了一种3D吹气膜来解决上述问题。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种3D吹气膜。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:

优选地,所述防紫外线层、抗静电层、阻燃层、抗菌层、耐高温层、耐低温层、高弹性层、高韧性层、抗冲击层、抗腐蚀层、TPU膜层和保护层之间均采用复合阻燃胶黏剂贴敷,复合阻燃胶黏剂由以下质量分数的成分组成:丙烯酰胺10%-16%,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺2%-3%,聚异戊二烯7%-10%,甲基三乙氧基硅烷15%-20%,光敏剂3%-4%,盐酸1%-3%份,无水乙醇3%-6%,钾明矾5%-10%,氯化镁5%-10%,活性单体5%-10%,过硫酸铵1%-2%,偏重亚硫酸钠0.5%-1%和水40%-50%。
优选地,所述保护层为抗指纹层。优选地,所述保护层为表面可抗IPA溶剂擦拭达30—50,所述保护层的阻燃等级为VTM-0。优选地,所述环形膜体内部设有环形腔室。优选地,所述改性橡胶由以下质量分数的成分组成:丁基橡胶22%-25%、丁晴橡胶22%-28%和三元乙丙橡胶47%-56%。优选地,所述爽滑剂由以下质量分数的成分组成:石蜡油35%-40%、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯18%-20%和乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺40%-47%。优选地,所述填充剂为纳米活性碳酸钙。优选地,所述增塑剂由以下质量分数的成分组成:邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯90%-95%和环氧大豆油5%-10%。优选地,所述抗氧化剂为二亚磷酸季戊四醇硬脂醇酯。本发明中,使用时,通过使用TPU膜层取代普通的PVC膜层,从而能避免PVC膜层有毒且不环保的问题,而且能有效提高吹气膜的强度、韧性、耐磨、耐老化和耐气候变化等特性,从而能提高3D吹气膜制品的性能,提高实用性和耐用性,通过设置防紫外线层,从而能有效抵抗紫外线,能有效防止3D吹气制品表面老化开裂,通过设置抗静电层,从而能有效避免吹气膜产生静电,避免吹气膜因静电紧贴在一起,从而方便分离,便于使用,设置阻燃层能有效进行阻燃,从而提高安全性,设置耐高温层和耐低温层,从而有利于适应气温的变化,提高实用性和适用性,延长使用寿命,避免因气温变化导致吹气制品表面损坏,设置高弹性层、高韧性层和抗冲击层,从而有利于提高整体的韧性、强度和延展性,从而更方便使用和进行充气,具有良好的延展性,而且能很好的抵抗冲击,从而能有效避免因碰撞造成破损或出现开口,设置抗腐蚀层,有利于保护吹气膜,从而抵消腐蚀性物品对吹气膜的侵蚀,设置保护层,能保护吹气膜制品,而且能避免在产品上留下指纹,保证产品的洁净,环形膜体内部设有环形腔室,从而方便进行吹气,本发明实现了使用TPU材料代替普通PVC材料,从而能提高吹气膜的综合性能,而且TPU材料无毒环保,拥有其它塑料和天然材料所无法比拟的特性,能显著增强吹气膜及其制品的强度、韧性、耐磨、耐老化和耐气候变化等特性,从而更适合生产生活使用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-3,一种3D吹气膜,包括环形膜体,环形模体包括TPU膜层11,使用TPU膜层11取代传统的PVC膜层,从而有利于提升吹气膜的性能,TPU是一种成熟的环保无毒材料,其具有其它塑料和天然材料所无法比拟的强度高、韧性好、耐磨、耐老化和耐气候耐热和耐寒等特性,而且具有较高的承压能力,能有效提高最终吹气膜的质量;TPU膜层11的上端贴敷有抗腐蚀层10,抗腐蚀层10能有效抵抗环境或物品对产品的侵蚀,从而有利于延长使用年限,避免因酸碱环境导致吹气膜损坏或降低其使用寿命,抗腐蚀层10的上端贴敷有抗冲击层9,抗冲击层9的上端贴敷有高韧性层8,高韧性层8的上端贴敷有高弹性层7,高弹性层7的上端贴敷有耐低温层6,耐低温层6的上端贴敷有耐高温层5,通过抗冲击层9、高韧性层8、高弹性层7、耐低温层6和耐高温层5和配合,从而能更好的提升吹气膜的性能,抗冲击层9、高韧性层8和高弹性层7能有效抵抗和适应外界的冲击或碰撞,从而保证吹气膜的完整性,避免因碰撞和冲击造成吹气膜表面受损或开口,提高产品的质量和提高产品使用的安全性,耐高温层5和耐低温层6配合,能很好的适应环境温度的变换,避免因温度变化造成产品僵直或过度软化,提高产品的耐候性,增加产品的适用范围;耐高温层5的上端贴敷有抗菌层4,能有效进行消毒杀菌,从而保证产品的安全卫生,从而更加方便使用,保证其使用的安全性,抗菌层4的上端贴敷有阻燃层3,阻燃层3能有效阻止产品过度燃烧,从而起到防火的作用,进而提高使用的安全性,提高产品的性能,阻燃层3的上端贴敷有抗静电层2,抗静电层2能有效消除产品上的静电,从而避免吹气膜因静电紧贴在一起而导致不方便分离,方便工作人员取用,从而便于对其进行加工生产;抗静电层2的上端贴敷有防紫外线层1,防紫外线层1能有效抵抗环境中的紫外线,从而避免吹气膜表面因紫外线照射老化、分离,从而有助于延长吹气膜制品的使用寿命,防紫外线层1的上端和TPU膜层11的下端均贴敷有保护层12,保护层12能有效进行保护,避免留下印记,从而保证吹气膜表面的整洁,TPU膜层11由以下质量分数的成分组成:热塑性聚氨酯粒子74%-88%,改性橡胶4%-6%,热稳定剂1%-3%,颜料粉1%-2%,爽滑剂1%-8%,增塑剂0.1%-1%,抗氧化剂0.1%-1%,防老剂TMQ0.1%-1%,助剂0.1%-0.5%,抗紫外线剂0.1%-1.5%,填充剂0.1%-2%,添加多种试剂,从而有助于提升TPU膜层11的质量,从而提升产品的质量,且配方设置合理,能更好的保证TPU膜层11的性能,从而有助于提升产品的性能。
本发明中,防紫外线层1、抗静电层2、阻燃层3、抗菌层4、耐高温层5、耐低温层6、高弹性层7、高韧性层8、抗冲击层9、抗腐蚀层10、TPU膜层11和保护层12之间均采用复合阻燃胶黏剂贴敷,复合阻燃胶黏剂具有良好的黏性和阻燃性,能提高产品的安全性,避免起火或能有效防止火势扩大,而且有利于层与层之间的贴敷,使得粘贴更加牢固,避免出现层与层分离的情况,有利于提升产品的寿命,而且能与阻燃层3配合,提高产品的防火性能,提高产品使用的安全性;复合阻燃胶黏剂由以下质量分数的成分组成:丙烯酰胺10%-16%,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺2%-3%,聚异戊二烯7%-10%,甲基三乙氧基硅烷15%-20%,光敏剂3%-4%,盐酸1%-3%份,无水乙醇3%-6%,钾明矾5%-10%,氯化镁5%-10%,活性单体5%-10%,过硫酸铵1%-2%,偏重亚硫酸钠0.5%-1%和水40%-50%,配方设置合理,从而有助于提升复合阻燃胶黏剂的特性,增强黏性,有利于使层与层之间的贴合更加稳固,避免出现开胶的情况,有利于延长使用寿命;保护层12为抗指纹层,能有效的避免在保护层12上留下印记,从而保证整体的整洁,保护层12为表面可抗IPA溶剂擦拭达30—50,保护层12的阻燃等级为VTM-0,方便直接进行擦拭,从而便于进行清理,提高实用性,能与复合阻燃胶黏剂和阻燃层3配合,提高产品的安全性,提高产品的实用性和适用性,环形膜体内部设有环形腔室,方便进行吹气,助剂采用有机硅消泡剂,其功能是消除在生产过程中物料形成的泡沫,从而有助于提升产品的性能,改性橡胶由以下质量分数的成分组成:丁基橡胶22%-25%、丁晴橡胶22%-28%和三元乙丙橡胶47%-56%,添加改性橡胶从而能更好提高强度和韧性,并增强耐候性;爽滑剂由以下质量分数的成分组成:石蜡油35%-40%、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯18%-20%和乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺40%-47%,能有效降低TPU溶体和模具、机筒的摩擦,在加工过程中改善材料的流动性和制品的脱模性,填充剂为纳米活性碳酸钙,填充剂的粒径为10nm-100nm,而且经马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物处理过的纳米活性碳酸钙,增塑剂由以下质量分数的成分组成:邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯90%-95%和环氧大豆油5%-10%,能有效提高产品的柔韧性,从而便于进行加工,抗氧化剂为二亚磷酸季戊四醇硬脂醇酯,是阻止氧气不良影响的物质,抗氧化剂广泛用于高分子聚合物诸如橡胶、塑料和粘合剂中,用于防止聚合物材料因氧化降解而失去强度和韧性,用来提升TPU材料的使用寿命,从而有利于提升产品的使用寿命。
本发明中,使用时,通过使用TPU膜层取代普通的PVC膜层,从而能避免PVC膜层有毒且不环保的问题,而且能有效提高吹气膜的强度、韧性、耐磨、耐老化和耐气候变化等特性,从而能提高3D吹气膜制品的性能,提高实用性和耐用性,通过设置防紫外线层,从而能有效抵抗紫外线,能有效防止3D吹气制品表面老化开裂,通过设置抗静电层,从而能有效避免吹气膜产生静电,避免吹气膜因静电紧贴在一起,从而方便分离,便于使用,设置阻燃层能有效进行阻燃,从而提高安全性,设置耐高温层和耐低温层,从而有利于适应气温的变化,提高实用性和适用性,延长使用寿命,避免因气温变化导致吹气制品表面损坏,设置高弹性层、高韧性层和抗冲击层,从而有利于提高整体的韧性、强度和延展性,从而更方便使用和进行充气,具有良好的延展性,而且能很好的抵抗冲击,从而能有效避免因碰撞造成破损或出现开口,设置抗腐蚀层,有利于保护吹气膜,从而抵消腐蚀性物品对吹气膜的侵蚀,设置保护层,能保护吹气膜制品,而且能避免在产品上留下指纹,保证产品的洁净,环形膜体内部设有环形腔室,从而方便进行吹气。

1.一种3D吹气膜,其特征在于:包括环形膜体,所述环形模体包括TPU膜层(11),所述TPU膜层(11)的上端贴敷有抗腐蚀层(10),所述抗腐蚀层(10)的上端贴敷有抗冲击层(9),所述抗冲击层(9)的上端贴敷有高韧性层(8),所述高韧性层(8)的上端贴敷有高弹性层(7),所述高弹性层(7)的上端贴敷有耐低温层(6),所述耐低温层(6)的上端贴敷有耐高温层(5),所述耐高温层(5)的上端贴敷有抗菌层(4),所述抗菌层(4)的上端贴敷有阻燃层(3),所述阻燃层(3)的上端贴敷有抗静电层(2),所述抗静电层(2)的上端贴敷有防紫外线层(1),所述防紫外线层(1)的上端和TPU膜层(11)的下端均贴敷有保护层(12),所述TPU膜层(11)由以下质量分数的成分组成:热塑性聚氨酯粒子74%-88%,改性橡胶4%-6%,热稳定剂1%-3%,颜料粉1%-2%,爽滑剂1%-8%,增塑剂0.1%-1%,抗氧化剂0.1%-1%,防老剂TMQ0.1%-1%,助剂0.1%-0.5%,抗紫外线剂0.1%-1.5%,填充剂0.1%-2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种3D吹气膜,其特征在于,所述防紫外线层(1)、抗静电层(2)、阻燃层(3)、抗菌层(4)、耐高温层(5)、耐低温层(6)、高弹性层(7)、高韧性层(8)、抗冲击层(9)、抗腐蚀层(10)、TPU膜层(11)和保护层(12)之间均采用复合阻燃胶黏剂贴敷,复合阻燃胶黏剂由以下质量分数的成分组成:丙烯酰胺10%-16%,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺2%-3%,聚异戊二烯7%-10%,甲基三乙氧基硅烷15%-20%,光敏剂3%-4%,盐酸1%-3%份,无水乙醇3%-6%,钾明矾5%-10%,氯化镁5%-10%,活性单体5%-10%,过硫酸铵1%-2%,偏重亚硫酸钠0.5%-1%和水40%-50%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种3D吹气膜,其特征在于,所述保护层(12)为抗指纹层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种3D吹气膜,其特征在于,所述保护层(12)为表面可抗IPA溶剂擦拭达30—50,所述保护层(12)的阻燃等级为VTM-0。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种3D吹气膜,其特征在于,所述环形膜体内部设有环形腔室。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种3D吹气膜,其特征在于,所述改性橡胶由以下质量分数的成分组成:丁基橡胶22%-25%、丁晴橡胶22%-28%和三元乙丙橡胶47%-56%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种3D吹气膜,其特征在于,所述爽滑剂由以下质量分数的成分组成:石蜡油35%-40%、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯18%-20%和乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺40%-47%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种3D吹气膜,其特征在于,所述填充剂为纳米活性碳酸钙。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种3D吹气膜,其特征在于,所述增塑剂由以下质量分数的成分组成:邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯90%-95%和环氧大豆油5%-10%。
