In order to further describe the present invention, the following description further explains a specific embodiment of a sheet facing apparatus with reference to the drawings, and the following examples are illustrative of the present invention and the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the panel veneering processing device of the invention comprises a fixed base 1, a feeding mechanism 2, a skin covering mechanism 3 and a face pressing mechanism 4, wherein the feeding mechanism 2, the skin covering mechanism 3 and the face pressing mechanism 4 are sequentially and horizontally fixed on the upper side of the fixed base 1 along the horizontal direction. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the skin covering mechanism 3 of the present invention comprises a carrier plate support 40, a carrier plate roller 41, a guide plate motor 42 and a skin pulling mechanism, wherein the carrier plate support 40 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the fixed base 1 at the lower side of one end of the translation support 5, the carrier plate support 40 is sequentially and horizontally connected with a plurality of carrier plate rollers 41 in a rotating manner along the horizontal direction, the carrier plate rollers 41 are perpendicular to the chain 7 of the pulling plate, the skin pulling mechanism is horizontally arranged on the carrier plate support 40 at one side of the plurality of carrier plate rollers 41, the guide plate motor 42 is horizontally and fixedly arranged at the lower side of the carrier plate support 40, the output end of the guide plate motor 42 is in transmission connection with one carrier plate roller 41 at the middle part of the upper side of the carrier plate support 40 by a guide plate belt 43, a skin pressing support 44 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the carrier plate support 40 at one side of the plurality of carrier plate, the two ends of one side of the leather pressing guide plate 46 are respectively and horizontally fixedly provided with a guide plate connecting rod 47, the guide plate connecting rods 47 are arranged on the leather pressing support 44 in a sliding mode along the horizontal direction, leather pressing cylinders 48 are respectively and vertically and downwards fixedly arranged on the two sides above the leather pressing guide plate 46, and the output ends of the leather pressing cylinders 48 are horizontally and fixedly provided with pressure rising and lowering plates 49.
