Abstract
The invention discloses a mechanical arm quick-change device which comprises a male connector assembly, a female connector assembly and two connecting plates, wherein the two connecting plates are respectively connected with one ends of the male connector assembly and the female connector assembly. The other end of the male connector assembly is provided with an aviation electric socket, a water interface and an air interface, the other end of the female connector assembly is provided with an aviation electric plug, a water connector and an air connector, the aviation electric plug is matched with the aviation electric socket, the water connector is matched with the water interface, and the air connector is matched with the air interface. The invention also comprises a clamping device which comprises a clamping seat arranged on the male joint component and an annular groove arranged on the female joint component, wherein the male joint component is detachably connected with the female joint component through the clamping device. According to the invention, the male connector component and the female connector component are mutually in butt joint fit, so that the quick connection of three devices, namely electric, water and air, is realized, the working independence of the three devices is kept, the male connector component and the female connector component are fixedly connected by adopting the locking device, and the disassembly and the assembly are very simple.

However, at present, no matched quick-change device exists, and each time the tool is replaced, not only the electric spindle or the motor is required to be manually disassembled, but also corresponding water, electricity and gas guarantee works are required to be performed, so that the time and the labor are wasted, the implementation is impractical, and the production efficiency is seriously affected.

In this embodiment, the air connector 23 is adapted to be connected to the air connector 13 for ventilation, and an air sealing ring 131 is disposed in the air connector 13 to prevent an air leakage phenomenon of the air channel during ventilation. The air interface 13 and the air connector 23 are both arranged in a cone shape, and the air interface 13 is communicated with the air connector 23 in a cone butt joint mode through an air sealing ring 131.
The quick-change device realizes the quick connection of three devices of electricity, water and gas and keeps the independence of the operation of the three devices by mutually abutting and matching the male connector assembly 1 and the female connector assembly 2, and the sealing treatment is adopted, so that the normal operation of a power line and a gas pipe is not influenced even if water leaks out when the mechanical arm works.
The invention further comprises a clamping device comprising a clamping seat 5 provided on the male connector assembly 1 and an annular groove 6 provided on the female connector assembly 2.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in a specific structure, a piston plate 51 and a connecting hole 52 are provided in the clamping seat 5, in this embodiment, the cross section of the piston plate 51 is in an "i" shape, one end of the piston plate 51 is sleeved with a sealing ring 53, and the other end is circumferentially provided with a plurality of steel balls 54. A ventilation chamber 55 is provided in the piston plate 51, and the ventilation chamber 55 forms a closed space through a seal ring 53. A spring 56 is arranged above the piston plate 51, one end of the connecting hole 52 is communicated with the air interface 13 on the male joint assembly 1, and the other end is communicated with the ventilation cavity 55. In this embodiment, two positioning pins 14 are provided on the male connector assembly 1, two positioning pin holes 24 are correspondingly provided on the female connector assembly 2, and the male connector assembly 1 and the female connector assembly 2 are positioned and attached by fitting the positioning pins 14 into the positioning pin holes 24.
