本发明提供一种钢管切割钻孔装置,包括底座,所述底座上设置有传送带,所述底座两端设置有机架,所述传送带两端分布设置有夹紧块,所述夹紧块后端设置有活塞杆,所述活塞杆上设置气缸,所述气缸设置在机架上,所述机架上端设置有横梁,所述横梁中间设置有第一横梁和第二横梁,所述第一横梁下端设置有第一电机,所述第一电机下端设置有切刀,所述第二横梁下端设置有第二电机,所述第二电机的输出轴固定连接有钻头,提高了精确度,降低了安全隐患,提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及切割生产设备,尤其涉及一种钢管切割钻孔装置。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们生活水平的提高,许多的地方都建起了楼房,在建设楼房时,钢管是一种必不可少的材料,许多的钢管在使用时都会不满足长度的使用要求,需要进行切割,人工切割费时费力,工作效率低,在切割时,钢管切割口处会产生热量,稍不注意就会烫伤工作人员,存在安全隐患,并且钻孔还需要重新搬运操作费时费力,现有的切割钻孔装置虽然功能强大,但维护成本高,并且防止钢管时还需要人工固定,固定能力不理想,为了满足市场需求,因此设计一种钢管切割钻孔装置十分的必要。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种钢管切割钻孔装置,通过气缸控制活塞杆上的夹紧块,将钢管夹紧,通过设置在第一横梁下端的切刀,将钢管进行切割,通过设置在第二横梁下端的钻头,将切割好的钢管进行钻孔,通过第二横梁为移动横梁,使钻孔的位置可以控制,通过机架上设置的喷水软管,从而达到在切割或钻孔的同时给钢管进行降温,提高了精确度,降低了安全隐患,提高了工作效率,解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明提供一种钢管切割钻孔装置,包括底座,所述底座上设置有传送带,所述底座两端设置有机架,所述传送带两端分布设置有夹紧块,所述夹紧块后端设置有活塞杆,所述活塞杆上设置气缸,所述气缸设置在机架上,所述机架上端设置有横梁,所述横梁中间设置有第一横梁和第二横梁,所述第一横梁下端设置有第一电机,所述第一电机下端设置有切刀,所述第二横梁下端设置有第二电机,所述第二电机的输出轴固定连接有钻头。
进一步改进在于:所述第一横梁为固定横梁,所述第二横梁为移动横梁,所述第二横梁两端套设在横梁上,所述第二横梁和横梁上分布设置有定位孔,所述定位孔上设置有螺栓。
进一步改进在于:所述机架上设置有喷水软管,所述喷水软管设置气缸上方。
进一步改进在于:所述切刀和钻头是能拆卸的,所述底座上设置有开关按钮,所述开关按钮控制传送带。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的目的是提供一种钢管切割钻孔装置,通过气缸控制活塞杆上的夹紧块,将钢管夹紧,通过设置在第一横梁下端的切刀,将钢管进行切割,通过设置在第二横梁下端的钻头,将切割好的钢管进行钻孔,通过第二横梁为移动横梁,使钻孔的位置可以控制,通过机架上设置的喷水软管,从而达到在切割或钻孔的同时给钢管进行降温,提高了精确度,降低了安全隐患,提高了工作效率。

如图1、2和3所示,本实施例提供一种钢管切割钻孔装置,包括底座1,所述底座1上设置有传送带2,所述底座1两端设置有机架3,所述传送带2两端分布设置有夹紧块4,所述夹紧块4后端设置有活塞杆5,所述活塞杆5上设置气缸6,所述气缸6设置在机架3上,所述机架3上设置有喷水软管16,所述喷水软管16设置气缸6上方,所述机架3上端设置有横梁7,所述横梁7中间设置有第一横梁8和第二横梁9,所述第一横梁8下端设置有第一电机10,所述第一电机10下端设置有切刀11,所述第二横梁9下端设置有第二电机12,所述第二电机12的输出轴固定连接有钻头13,所述第一横梁8为固定横梁7,所述第二横梁9为移动横梁7,所述第二横梁9两端套设在横梁7上,所述第二横梁9和横梁7上分布设置有定位孔14,所述定位孔14上设置有螺栓15,所述切刀11和钻头13是能拆卸的,所述底座1上设置有开关按钮17,所述开关按钮17控制传送带2,提高了精确度,降低了安全隐患,提高了工作效率。

1.一种钢管切割钻孔装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)上设置有传送带(2),所述底座(1)两端设置有机架(3),所述传送带(2)两端分布设置有夹紧块(4),所述夹紧块(4)后端设置有活塞杆(5),所述活塞杆(5)上设置气缸(6),所述气缸(6)设置在机架(3)上,所述机架(3)上端设置有横梁(7),所述横梁(7)中间设置有第一横梁(8)和第二横梁(9),所述第一横梁(8)下端设置有第一电机(10),所述第一电机(10)下端设置有切刀(11),所述第二横梁(9)下端设置有第二电机(12),所述第二电机(12)的输出轴固定连接有钻头(13)。
2.如权利要求1所述钢管切割钻孔装置,其特征在于,所述第一横梁(8)为固定横梁,所述第二横梁(9)为移动横梁,所述第二横梁(9)两端套设在横梁(7)上,所述第二横梁(9)和横梁(7)上分布设置有定位孔(14),所述定位孔(14)上设置有螺栓(15)。
