技术领域
本发明涉及汽车生产加工用具领域,具体的说是一种用于汽车弯横梁与加强板组焊的固定工具。
背景技术
在汽车生产中,为了增加汽车用弯横梁的强度,通常都在弯横梁的背面焊接加强板,组成弯横梁总成,传统的技术方法是采用模具弯曲成型,由于材料的回弹及设备等因素,很难达到弯横梁与加强板的紧密贴合,致使焊接后两工件间存在缝隙,影响产品的质量。
发明内容
本发明为解决采用模具弯曲成型焊接弯横梁加强板,工件间存在缝隙过大,影响产品的质量的问题,提供一种焊接弯横梁与加强板的专用夹具。
本发明的技术方案是,一种汽车弯横梁总成的组焊夹具,其特殊之处是,在平面底座上装有前后框架,前后框架竖边框上端之间装有斜向压板,斜向压板上装有斜向压紧螺栓;前后框架上边框之间装有竖压板,竖压板上装有竖压螺栓,竖压板两端与前后框架上边框之间由螺栓连接,其一端留有开口;底座上前后框架之间装有弯横梁定位槽座。
工作时,先将竖压板留有开口一端与前后框架上边框之间螺栓松开,将竖压板移开,将弯横梁装到前后框架之间,使弯横梁的端头置于底座上的定位槽座内,再将加强板放到弯横梁上,移回竖压板并锁紧其两端与前后框架上边框之间螺栓,然后锁紧竖压螺栓压住加强板的中部,锁紧斜向压紧螺栓压住加强板的两端,使加强板与弯横梁贴近即可进行焊接。
本发明的技术效果是,采用上述技术方案,可以实现一种结构简单,操作方便,通过中间和两端的螺栓压紧加强板,使两工件严丝合缝焊接的弯横梁总成加工用具。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例,对本发明进一步说明。
如图所示,在平面底座1上装有前后框架2,前后框架2竖边框上端之间装有斜向压板4,斜向压板4上装有斜向压紧螺栓3;前后框架2上边框之间装有竖压板7,竖压板7上装有竖压螺栓5,竖压板7两端与前后框架2上边框之间由螺栓连接,其一端留有开口6;底座1上的前后框架2之间装有弯横梁定位槽座10。
工作时,先将竖压板7留有开口6一端与前后框架2上边框之间螺栓松开,将竖压板7移开,将弯横梁9装到前后框架2之间,使弯横梁9的端头置于底座1上的定位槽座10内,再将加强板8放到弯横梁9上,移回竖压板7并锁紧其两端与前后框架2上边框之间螺栓,然后锁紧竖压螺栓5压住加强板8的中部,锁紧斜向压紧螺栓3压住加强板8的两端,使加强板8与弯横梁9贴近即可进行焊接。
