技术领域
本发明属于中医药领域，具体涉及一种接骨祛风活血止痛膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
骨组织由活细胞和矿物质（主要是钙和磷）混合构成，具有一定硬度，骨骼在人体内具有支撑身体、保护内脏、完成运动和参与代谢等作用。
在日常生活中，跌打损伤，腰椎病，颈椎病，关节炎，坐骨神经痛，肩周炎疾病不可避免，经常发生，给人们带来较多苦痛。依据骨折是否和外界相通可分为：开放性骨折和闭合性骨折，闭合性骨折可由创伤和骨骼病所致，后者如骨髓炎，骨肿瘤所致骨质破坏，受轻微外力即可发生的骨折，成为病理性骨折。闭合性骨折的软组织损伤较轻，骨折愈合也较快。在日常生活中，以创伤性骨折占多数。
目前对于闭合性骨折一般采取石膏或夹板固定，内服消肿止痛，抗菌抗炎雷药物，有的甚至需要手术，然后患者卧床静养，一般骨折用药后至少需要三个多月或更长时间才能痊愈，而且西医治疗会产生副作用问题。中医文化博大精深，对于骨病的治疗也是古有良方，因此配制一种针对闭合性骨折，腰椎病，颈椎病，关节炎，坐骨神经痛，肩周炎的膏药，将会大大减轻患者的痛苦。
目前专利文献中，也有较多膏药的配方，中国专利2013106861480提供的是一种正骨膏药的配方，使用了33味中药成份，达到了较好的治疗效果。但是中药组分较多，仍须进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种接骨祛风活血止痛膏药，同时提供其制备方法是本发明的又一发明目的。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：
接骨祛风活血止痛膏药，其原料药按以下重量份数的组分组成：川乌130-150份、草乌130-150份，乳香120-140份，没药130-150份，血竭100-120份，白芷130-160份，生穿山甲90-120份，羌活120-150份，木别子120-150份，马钱子130-160份，千年见130-150份，西茜草150-200份，木香150-200份，半夏110-130份，胆南星120-130份，大黄260-300份，红花200-280份，麻黄260-300份，威灵仙150-190份，白胡椒130-150份，白花蛇130-150份，三七90-120份，补骨脂130-150份。
所述接骨祛风活血止痛膏药的制备方法，包括以下步骤：1）将各原料药按比例加入到经过煮沸150-200℃的香油中，油炸15-30min；2）过滤，在过滤后的油液中加入广丹混合，并将其抹在棉布上撒上冰片阴干即可。制备时采用的香油具有行气活血止痛，散瘀，消炎止血，祛风除湿的功效，使其作为膏药基材，制备简单，使用无毒，无害，质地较为粘腻，且吸收较好。
步骤1）中，原料药总重与香油质量的用量比为（2-4）g：500g；步骤2）中，油和广丹的重量之比为（200-250）g：500g。加入的广丹用量过大会导致膏药过于黏稠，过小会导致膏药浓度过稀，均会影响其膏药药效的发挥。
本发明中，各原料药的药理如下：
川乌：性热，味辛、祛风除湿，温经止痛。
草乌：性热，味辛，祛风除湿。
乳香：通经止痛，活血行气，消肿生肌，散血祛淤，消炎防腐。
没药：活血止痛，消肿生肌，散血祛淤，续筋接骨。
血竭：活血定痛，化瘀止血，生肌敛疮。
白芷：散风除湿，通窍止痛、消肿排脓。
穿山甲：活血祛瘀，消肿排脓，通经下乳。
羌活：解表散寒，祛风止痛。
木别子：散结、消肿、止痛。
马钱子：通络止痛、散结消肿。
千年见：祛风湿，舒筋活络，止痛、消肿。
西茜草：活血通络、止血化瘀。
木香：性温，味辛、行气止痛。
半夏：消肿止痛。
胆南星：清热、镇痛。
大黄：淤血肿痛，跌打损伤。
红花：性味辛温，活血破血淤，跌打损伤。
麻黄：性温，味辛、消肿，止痛。
威灵仙：祛风除湿，通络止痛。
白胡椒：温中散寒。
白花蛇：祛风湿，透筋骨。
三七：止血补血，抗血栓，增强免疫力。
本发明的组方机理为：
在该配方中，没药、三七、红花、血竭、散瘀通经舒筋，其中没药活血止痛，搭配乳香，通络止痛，活血散瘀，行气舒筋，二者为伍增强活血，止痛、行气之功效。川断，冰片，补骨脂用于补肾强骨，起消肿，消炎之功效，促使骨折处更牢固的骨痂形成，使骨折尽快痊愈，同时引药入经，增强三七、红花、没药、血竭的活血化瘀之效果。加上乳香破血逐淤，续筋接骨，使骨折尽快愈合。穿山甲、威灵仙均有通络止痛之功效。香油作为上述药物的基材，与诸药配合相辅相成，散血热，消肿止痛、续筋接骨，舒筋活络、清热凉血，理气通脉，补肾强骨之功。在该配方中，没药、三七、红花、血竭、散瘀通经舒筋，其中没药活血止痛，搭配乳香，通络止痛，活血散瘀，行气舒筋，二者为伍增强活血，止痛、行气之功效。川断，冰片，补骨脂用于补肾强骨，起消肿，消炎之功效，促使骨折处更牢固的骨痂形成，使骨折尽快痊愈，同时引药入经，增强三七、红花、没药、血竭的活血化瘀之效果。加上乳香破血逐淤，续筋接骨，使骨折尽快愈合。穿山甲、威灵仙均有通络止痛之功效。香油作为上述药物的基材，与诸药配合相辅相成，散血热，消肿止痛、续筋接骨，舒筋活络、清热凉血，理气通脉，补肾强骨之功。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下优点：
本发明膏药配方独特，组分相对简单易得，使用香油作为基材，自然健康，敷于患处，透皮吸收，能够有效促进血液循环，且具有可透入皮肤，刺激神经末梢，通过反射，扩张血管，促进局部血液循环，改善周围营养组织，产生消炎、止痛、活血化瘀、益气养血，通经走络，强筋健骨，舒筋活络，祛风散寒等功效。本发明由纯中药制成，经过大量临床试验安全可靠，对人体无毒副作用及不良反应，无后遗症。
临床试验表明，对于闭合性骨折，治愈率100%，同时对于软组织损伤造成的疼痛，有明显改善，对于腰椎病，颈椎病，关节炎，坐骨神经痛，肩周炎有明显的活血止痛作用。
具体实施方式
以下采用具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述，所举实例只用于解释本发明，并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
接骨祛风活血止痛膏药，其原料药按以下重量份数的组分组成：
川乌140克、草乌140克，乳香130克，没药140克，血竭：110克，白芷：150克，生穿山甲：100克，羌活：140克，木别子：140克，马钱子：150克，千年见：130克，西茜草：180克，木香：180克，半夏：120克，胆南星：120克，大黄：280克，红花：260克，麻黄：270克，威灵仙：160克，白胡椒：140克，白花蛇：140克，三七：100克，补骨脂：130克。
其制备方法为，包括以下步骤：
1）将各原料药按比例加入到经过煮沸150℃的香油中，油炸30min；
2）过滤，在过滤后的油液中加入广丹混合，并将其抹在棉布上撒上冰片阴干即可；
步骤1）中，原料药总重与香油质量的用量比为3g：500g；步骤2）中，油和广丹的重量之比为220g：500g。
实施例2
接骨祛风活血止痛膏药，其原料药按以下重量份数的组分组成：
川乌130克、草乌130克，乳香130克，没药140克，血竭：100克，白芷：130克，生穿山甲：100克，羌活：140克，木别子：130克，马钱子：140克，千年见：130克，西茜草：160克，木香：170克，半夏：120克，胆南星：120克，大黄：260克，红花：250克，麻黄：260克，威灵仙：150克，白胡椒：150克，白花蛇：130克，三七：110克，补骨脂：120克。
其制备方法为，包括以下步骤：
1）将各原料药按比例加入到经过煮沸150℃的香油中，油炸15min；
2）过滤，在过滤后的油液中加入广丹混合，并将其抹在棉布上撒上冰片阴干即可；
步骤1）中，原料药总重与香油质量的用量比为2g：500g；步骤2）中，油和广丹的重量之比为200g：500g。
实施例3
接骨祛风活血止痛膏药，其原料药按以下重量份数的组分组成：
川乌150克、草乌150克，乳香120克，没药140克，血竭：120克，白芷：130克，生穿山甲：120克，羌活：130克，木别子：140克，马钱子：140克，千年见：150克，西茜草：190克，木香：160克，半夏：120克，胆南星：120克，大黄：290克，红花：280克，麻黄：280克，威灵仙：170克，白胡椒：150克，白花蛇：130克，三七：120克，补骨脂：150克。
其制备方法为，包括以下步骤：
1）将各原料药按比例加入到经过煮沸200℃的香油中，油炸15min；
2）过滤，在过滤后的油液中加入广丹混合，并将其抹在棉布上撒上冰片阴干即可；
步骤1）中，原料药总重与香油质量的用量比为4g：500g；步骤2）中，油和广丹的重量之比为250g：500g。
临床应用效果：
治疗方案：将本发明膏药贴患处，对于骨折患者，贴敷后继续打上绷带或继续使用可拆卸式石膏或夹板。对于腰椎病，颈椎病，关节炎，坐骨神经痛，肩周炎者。7天为1个疗程。本发明膏药的禁忌：皮肤表面破损者禁用，孕妇禁用。
发明人在临床上应用，统计治疗结果，其中患者年龄18-80岁，男74人，女41人。对闭合性骨折患者，有效率为100%，治愈率为96%，对外伤引起的软组织损伤、躯体跌打损伤（非骨折），患者，有效率为100%，治愈率为97%，对腰椎病，颈椎病，关节炎，坐骨神经痛，肩周炎患者，有效率91%，无一例对皮肤产生刺激的病例，也没有任何一例有后遗症的病例（疗效评定标准参见专利2013106861480的记载）。
典型患者病例如下：
病例1：周口市东王营乡杨古洞村，女性患者48岁，诊断为膝关节积液，贴敷6贴后，积液消失。
病例2：周口市皮营乡王楼村，杨某、男性、62岁，膝关节骨质增生，滑膜炎，站立走路疼痛难忍，贴敷12贴后症状减轻，继续贴敷16贴，症状消失。
病例3：河南省巩义市，张某，男性，54岁，颈椎病，头晕，双上肢疼痛，麻木，贴敷本发明膏药14贴后症状消失，基本痊愈。
病例4：河南省周口市前周村，李某，男性，70岁，腰椎间盘突出，左下肢疼痛，贴敷本发明膏药6贴后症状明显减轻，10贴症状消失。
病例5：河南省周口市东王营乡，刘某，男性，51岁，左桡骨骨折（闭合性），夹板外固定，外敷本发明膏药20天后骨折痊愈。
病例6：河南省周口市西华县，邢某，女性，50岁，左外踝骨折，（闭合性），石膏托固定，外敷本发明膏药4周，加固1周，复查X光片骨折处痊愈。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实例，并不用于限制本发明，凡在本发明的精神和原则之内，所做的任何修改和等同替换，均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.接骨祛风活血止痛膏药，其特征在于，其原料药按以下重量份数的组分组成：川乌130-150份、草乌130-150份，乳香120-140份，没药130-150份，血竭100-120份，白芷130-160份，生穿山甲90-120份，羌活120-150份，木别子120-150份，马钱子130-160份，千年见130-150份，西茜草150-200份，木香150-200份，半夏110-130份，胆南星120-130份，大黄260-300份，红花200-280份，麻黄260-300份，威灵仙150-190份，白胡椒130-150份，白花蛇130-150份，三七90-120份，补骨脂130-150份。
2.如权利要求1所述的接骨祛风活血止痛膏药，其特征在于，其原料药按以下重量份数的组分组成：川乌140份、草乌140份，乳香130份，没药140份，血竭：110份，白芷：150份，生穿山甲：100份，羌活：140份，木别子：140份，马钱子：150份，千年见：130份，西茜草：180份，木香：180份，半夏：120份，胆南星：120份，大黄：280份，红花：260份，麻黄：270份，威灵仙：160份，白胡椒：140份，白花蛇：140份，三七：100份，补骨脂：130份。
3.权利要求1或2所述的接骨祛风活血止痛膏药的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：1）将各原料药按比例加入到经过煮沸150-200℃的香油中，油炸15-30min；2）过滤，在过滤后的油液中加入广丹混合，并将其抹在棉布上撒上冰片阴干即可。
4.如权利要求3所述的接骨祛风活血止痛膏药的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤1）中，原料药总重与香油质量的用量比为（2-4）g：500g；步骤2）中，油和广丹的重量之比为（200-250）g：500g。
