Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure better understood, the technical solutions in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived by one of ordinary skill in the art from the embodiments in one or more of the specification without inventive faculty are intended to fall within the scope of one or more of the specification.
One or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide a resource rollback method and apparatus, where in a case where an original resource transfer path for a resource rollback request is determined to be unavailable, an alternative resource rollback path of a target account is automatically matched, and resource rollback is performed based on the alternative resource rollback path, so as to solve a problem that normal resource rollback cannot be performed due to the unavailability of the original resource transfer path, ensure error promotion of resource rollback, implement diversification of resource rollback, and improve a success rate of resource rollback.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a resource fallback system according to one or more embodiments of the present specification, and as shown in fig. 1, the resource fallback system includes: the resource rollback system comprises a client and a resource rollback server, and further comprises the following components according to the situation that a third party needs to participate in resource rollback: a third party resource transfer terminal; the client can be a mobile terminal such as a smart phone and a tablet computer, and can also be a fixed terminal such as a desktop computer, and the resource rollback server can be a platform for providing resource transfer service, wherein the specific process of resource rollback is as follows:
firstly, after a client determines that target account login is completed, when a user is detected to click a resource backspacing touch control, a resource backspacing request is generated and sent, wherein the resource backspacing request carries target account information and requested target resource related information needing backspacing;
then, after receiving a resource rollback request sent by a client, a resource rollback server judges whether an original resource transfer path aiming at the resource rollback request is available;
after determining that the original resource transfer path is unavailable, the resource rollback server determines at least one alternative resource rollback path of the target account;
the resource rollback server executes the resource rollback operation aiming at the rollback request based on the determined at least one alternative resource rollback path, and feeds back rollback completion prompt information aiming at the resource rollback request to the client, so that the problem that the resource rollback cannot be normally completed due to the unavailability of an original resource transfer path is solved, the error propulsion of the resource rollback is ensured, the diversification of the resource rollback is realized, and the success rate of the resource rollback is improved.
Fig. 2 is a first flowchart of a resource rollback method according to one or more embodiments of the present specification, where the method in fig. 2 can be executed by the resource rollback server in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 2, and the method at least includes the following steps:
s201, after receiving a resource rollback request of a target account, judging whether an original resource transfer path aiming at the rollback request is available;
in a specific example, the resource rollback request may be a refund request, and correspondingly, the target account is an account initiating the refund request, the resource rollback request carries target account information and requested payment order information that needs to be refunded, and the payment order information may include: the original resource transfer path may be an original payment path, that is, a payment path used after the order is submitted, for example, the payment path used after the order is submitted is a payment completed through a balance in a tenderer bank associated with the payment instrument;
if the judgment result is negative, executing S202, and determining at least one alternative resource return path of the target account;
the alternative resource returning path may be a resource transfer path other than the original resource transfer path associated with the target account, and still take the refund request as an example, the alternative resource returning path may be a payment path other than the original payment path associated with the target account, for example, the user also binds a transportation bank under its own name with the target account in advance, at this time, refund to the transportation bank may be used as the alternative resource returning path, and for example, the user opens a balance treasure service in the payment treasure in advance, at this time, refund to the balance treasure may also be used as the alternative resource returning path.
S203, executing resource rollback operation aiming at the rollback request based on the determined at least one alternative resource rollback path;
in a specific embodiment, after at least one alternative resource retraction path of a target account is determined, resource retraction processing may be sequentially performed on resource accounts corresponding to the at least one alternative resource retraction path in a polling error advancing manner, and specifically, in a polling error advancing process, if a retraction result of performing a resource retraction operation based on any alternative resource retraction path is that resource retraction is successful, it is determined that processing of a resource retraction request for the target account is completed.
In addition, in order to meet the actual requirements of different users, in specific implementation, user subscription information is sent to a client of a target account, where the user subscription information includes: inquiring whether the user agrees to prompt information for automatically executing the rollback operation based on the alternative rollback path, receiving an agreement indication of the client aiming at the user subscription information, and executing the steps S201 to S203 after determining that the user subscription information corresponding to the target account is marked as agreement.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, when it is determined that an original resource transfer path for a resource rollback request is unavailable, an alternative resource rollback path of a target account is automatically matched, and resource rollback is performed based on the alternative resource rollback path, so that a problem that normal resource rollback cannot be performed due to unavailability of the original resource transfer path is solved, error promotion of resource rollback is ensured, diversification of resource rollback is achieved, and a success rate of resource rollback is improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, after receiving a resource rollback request of a target account, the foregoing S201 determines whether an original resource transfer path for the rollback request is available, specifically including:
s2011, after receiving a resource rollback request of a target account, executing a resource rollback operation aiming at the rollback request based on an original resource transfer path corresponding to the rollback request;
when responding to a resource rollback request from a client, a resource rollback operation is performed on a resource account of an original resource transfer path, and a rollback result of the resource rollback operation based on the original resource transfer path is determined, wherein the rollback result may be a successful resource rollback or a failed resource rollback. In a specific embodiment, for the refund request, a refund operation is performed on the fund account corresponding to the original payment path, and a refund result of the refund operation based on the original payment path is determined, wherein the refund result may be a successful refund or a failed refund.
S2012, judging whether the rollback result of the resource rollback operation based on the original resource transfer path is that the resource rollback is successful;
for the refund request, if the fund can be normally returned to the fund account corresponding to the original payment path, determining that the refund result of the refund operation based on the original payment path is a refund success, and if the fund cannot be normally returned to the fund account corresponding to the original payment path, determining that the refund result of the refund operation based on the original payment path is a refund failure.
If the judgment result is negative, determining that the original resource transfer path aiming at the rollback request is unavailable, and executing S202 to determine at least one alternative resource rollback path of the target account;
if the judgment result is yes, the original resource transfer path aiming at the rollback request is determined to be available.
When the rollback result of the resource rollback operation based on the original resource transfer path is determined to be a resource rollback failure, it is determined that the original resource transfer path is unavailable, and therefore, the alternative resource rollback path of the target account needs to be automatically matched so as to continue executing the resource rollback operation.
Further, in order to improve the accuracy of determining whether the original resource transfer path is available, it is considered that under certain circumstances, after the resource rollback operation is executed based on the original resource transfer path for the first time, the obtained rollback result is a resource rollback failure, but after the resource rollback operation is executed based on the original resource transfer path again, the obtained rollback result becomes a resource rollback success, for example, in case of a refund failure due to a system response timeout, after the refund operation is executed based on the original payment path for the next time, the obtained refund result becomes a refund success, which indicates that the original payment path is available, and the refund processing is preferably performed in an original refund manner;
considering that in some other cases, even if the resource rollback operation is executed based on the original resource transfer path for multiple times, the obtained rollback result is generally not converted from a resource rollback failure to a resource rollback success, for example, if the reason of the refund failure is the reason that the fund account is logged out or lost, the refund failure is directly determined as a refund failure, and at this time, the original resource transfer path is unavailable, and an alternative resource rollback path of the target account needs to be automatically matched so as to continue to execute the resource rollback operation;
therefore, in the process of determining whether the original resource transfer path is available, at least one of the number of rollback failures and the reason for the rollback failure may be used as a determination factor for determining whether the rollback result based on the original resource transfer path is a resource rollback failure, specifically, S2012 above determines whether the rollback result of the resource rollback operation based on the original resource transfer path is a resource rollback failure, and specifically includes the following three cases:
(1) in the case of only introducing the number of fallback failures as an evaluation factor, determining whether the number of fallback failures of the resource fallback operation based on the original resource transfer path is greater than a preset threshold, where a maximum number of resource fallback operations (i.e., a preset threshold) based on the original resource transfer path may be preset, for example, the preset threshold is 2, and if the resource fallback operations are executed on the basis of the original resource transfer path three times, it is determined that the fallback failures occur, and at this time, it may be determined that the number of fallback failures is greater than the preset threshold;
if the judgment result is yes, determining that the rollback result of the resource rollback operation based on the original resource transfer path is a resource rollback failure, and specifically, if the rollback failure times are greater than a preset threshold value, judging that the original resource transfer path is unavailable;
(2) for the situation that only a rollback failure reason is introduced as an evaluation factor, whether the rollback failure reason of the resource rollback operation based on the original resource transfer path meets preset conditions is judged, wherein feedback reasons which cause rollback failure and are unrecoverable can be preset, for example, the rollback failure reason is the reason that a fund account is logged out or lost, and if the rollback failure reason is determined to belong to at least one of the preset conditions, the rollback failure reason can be determined to meet the preset conditions;
if the judgment result is yes, determining that the rollback result of the resource rollback operation based on the original resource transfer path is a resource rollback failure, and specifically, if the rollback failure reason meets a preset condition, judging that the original resource transfer path is unavailable;
(3) aiming at the condition that the rollback failure times and the rollback failure reasons are simultaneously introduced as evaluation factors, judging whether the rollback failure times of the resource rollback operation based on the original resource transfer path are larger than a preset threshold value or not, and judging whether the rollback failure reasons of the resource rollback operation based on the original resource transfer path meet preset conditions or not;
if at least one judgment result is yes, determining that the backspacing result of the resource backspacing operation based on the original resource transfer path is a resource backspacing failure;
in a specific embodiment, the number of rollback failures may be used as a determination factor for determining whether the rollback result based on the original resource transfer path is a resource rollback failure, the reason for rollback failure may be used as a determination factor for determining whether the rollback result based on the original resource transfer path is a resource rollback failure, and the number of rollback failures and the reason for rollback failure may be simultaneously used as determination factors for determining whether the rollback result based on the original resource transfer path is a resource rollback failure, where whether the number of rollback failures is greater than a preset threshold, or the reason for rollback failures satisfies a preset condition, or the number of rollback failures is greater than a preset threshold, and the reason for rollback failures satisfies the preset condition, it is determined that the rollback result of the resource rollback operation based on the original resource transfer path is a resource rollback failure.
Further, to avoid the problem that the resource billing data is incorrect due to a resource rollback error, the probability of occurrence of the resource billing data to an incorrect situation is reduced, and thus the workload of resource transfer checking is reduced, based on this, as shown in fig. 4, after determining that the original resource transfer path for the rollback request is unavailable, the method further includes:
and S204, performing error account hanging processing on a target resource indicated by a rollback request of the target account, specifically, after determining that an original resource transfer path for the rollback request is unavailable, hanging the target resource indicated by the rollback request, for example, temporarily recording the target resource in a preset resource account number to ensure that a service is normally finished, and after subsequently selecting an alternative resource return path, executing resource rollback operation on the target resource based on a certain alternative resource return path.
Further, when performing resource rollback operation based on the candidate resource rollback paths, the resource rollback operation for the rollback request is performed in a polling error forwarding manner, so as to improve accuracy of the resource rollback operation and make destination accounts of the resource rollback better conform to resource transfer preferences of the user, the candidate resource rollback paths are subjected to rollback priority ranking, so that the resource rollback operation is preferentially performed based on the candidate resource rollback paths with a high matching degree with the resource transfer preferences of the user, as shown in fig. 5, based on this, the above S203 performs the resource rollback operation for the rollback request based on at least one determined candidate resource rollback path, which specifically includes:
s2031, determining the back-off priority of each alternative resource back-off path, wherein the back-off priority of each alternative resource back-off path can be preset by a user or can be automatically determined by the system based on the historical resource transfer account use habit of the user;
s2032, according to the rollback priorities of the alternative resource rollback paths, executing resource rollback operation aiming at the rollback request based on the alternative resource rollback paths according to the sequence from high priority to low priority until the rollback result corresponding to any alternative resource rollback path is successful in rollback or the resource rollback operation is completed based on the last alternative resource rollback path;
specifically, after the backspacing priority of each alternative resource return path is obtained, one current backspacing alternative resource return path is sequentially selected according to the sequence of the priorities from high to low;
executing resource returning operation aiming at the returning request based on the selected alternative resource returning path, specifically returning the target resource indicated by the returning request of the target account to the resource account corresponding to the selected alternative resource returning path; and the number of the first and second groups,
judging whether the backspacing result of the current resource backspacing operation is a successful resource backspacing, specifically, when backing the target resource to the resource account corresponding to the alternative resource backspacing path, the corresponding backspacing result may be a successful resource backspacing or a failed resource backspacing;
if the rollback result is that the resource rollback is successful, determining that the resource rollback request of the target account is processed, and stopping selecting a next alternative resource rollback path;
if the rollback result is that the resource rollback fails, selecting the next alternative resource rollback path as the current rollback alternative resource rollback path from the unselected alternative resource rollback paths until the resource rollback operations of all the alternative resource rollback paths are completed;
that is to say, according to the order of the fallback priority of each alternative resource fallback path from high to low, resource fallback processing is sequentially performed on the resource account corresponding to at least one alternative resource fallback path, and when the fallback result corresponding to any alternative resource fallback path is that resource fallback is successful, continuation of resource fallback operation based on the alternative resource fallback paths that are not selected is stopped, or resource fallback operation of all the alternative resource fallback paths is completed.
For the determining process of the fallback priority of each alternative resource fallback path, the step S2031 determines the fallback priority of each alternative resource fallback path, and specifically includes the following two ways:
(1) determining the backspacing priority of each alternative resource returning path based on the priority setting information of the target account;
specifically, the priority setting information includes: sequencing results of the transfer use sequence of the resource account numbers, for example, taking the use of a payment instrument for payment, if the determined fund account numbers corresponding to the at least one alternative refund path are respectively: the method comprises the following steps that a business recruitment bank, a middle bank and a balance treasure are arranged, and if the priority setting information contains a sequencing result of the payment use sequence, the sequencing result is as follows: balance treasures, tendering banks, central banks, etc., and the rollback priority order of the at least one alternative resource rollback path is: balance treasures, business-inviting banks, and central banks.
(2) Determining the backspacing priority of each alternative resource returning path according to the historical resource transfer data of the target account;
specifically, for the condition that the priority order of the resource account is not preset by the user, the preference degree of the user to each associated resource account can be determined according to the historical resource transfer data of the target account, then the alternative resource return paths are sorted, and a resource return mode sorting table is generated according to the sequence of the priorities from high to low, wherein sorting decision information used for evaluating the preference degree of the user to each associated resource account is determined according to the historical resource transfer data of the target account, wherein the sorting decision information includes: and determining the backspacing priority of the alternative resource return path according to the determined sequencing decision information by at least one of the resource account which is used most recently, the resource account which is used most frequently and the resource account which is matched with each use scene.
Further, in order to enable a user to timely know a progress of resource rollback and inform a target resource account of resource rollback, so that the user knows to which resource account a target resource indicated by a rollback request is to be rolled back, so that the user enters the target resource account to check and check the rolled back target resource, as shown in fig. 6, after the step S203 executes a resource rollback operation for the rollback request based on the determined at least one alternative resource rollback path, the method further includes:
s205, judging whether a rollback result corresponding to any alternative resource rollback path is a resource rollback success, wherein a resource account corresponding to the alternative resource rollback path with the rollback result being a resource rollback success is a target resource account;
if the determination result is yes, step S206 is executed to generate rollback completion prompting information for the rollback request, where the rollback completion prompting information may include: information such as a target resource account number, the size of a backspacing resource and the like;
and S207, sending the rollback completion prompting information to the client of the target account according to a target prompting mode, specifically, after receiving the rollback completion prompting information, the client displays the rollback completion prompting information so that a user can timely know the progress condition of resource rollback, and enter the target resource account to check and accept the returned resources.
In order to enable the user to quickly reach the operation interface of the destination resource account and simplify the operation of viewing, verifying or transferring the fallback resources performed by the user, based on this, the S206 generates the fallback completion prompting information for the fallback request, which specifically includes:
step one, determining a rollback result as a resource account corresponding to an alternative resource rollback path with successful resource rollback;
generating a link address for triggering and opening the operation interface of the determined resource account;
and step three, generating rollback completion prompt information aiming at the rollback request based on the obtained link address.
Specifically, after receiving the rollback completion prompt information, the client displays the rollback completion prompt information embedded with the link address for triggering the operation interface for opening the target resource account, and still takes the refund request as an example, the client displays the refund completion prompt information embedded with the link address for triggering the operation interface for opening the target fund account, and when detecting that the user performs touch operation on the refund completion prompt information, the client automatically jumps to the corresponding operation interface, so that the user performs refund amount check or account transfer processing.
Considering that if the rollback completion prompt information is sent to the client in a push information manner, if the user does not check the rollback completion prompt information immediately after receiving the rollback completion prompt information, the rollback completion prompt information is added to the information push bar of the client, and for the situation that the push information in the information push bar is many and complicated, the user may ignore the rollback completion prompt information, so that the user can quickly acquire the rollback completion prompt information sent by the user at any time, and the situation that the user cannot timely know the resource rollback progress due to the fact that the rollback completion prompt information is ignored is reduced, based on this, the S207 sends the rollback completion prompt information to the client of the target account in a target prompt manner, specifically includes:
the method comprises the steps that firstly, the instant messaging application use preference information of a target account is obtained, and specifically, the instant messaging application use preference information of the target account is determined according to the historical application use record of a user;
determining a target information pushing application according to the obtained using preference information of the instant messaging application, for example, the frequency of using the nailing application by the user is relatively high and the nailing application is always in an online state, and using the nailing application as the target information pushing application;
and step three, sending the rollback completion prompt information to the client of the target account based on the determined target information pushing application, wherein the rollback completion prompt information is sent to the client through the nailing application, so that a user can quickly acquire and check the rollback completion prompt information at any time.
Further, considering that there may be a case where alternative resource retraction paths selectable for the target account are relatively few, and there may be a case where none of the alternative resource retraction paths is available, that is, a result of executing a retraction operation based on all of the alternative resource retraction paths is a resource retraction failure, for this case, in order to ensure normal execution of resource retraction, thereby improving user experience, as shown in fig. 7, after executing a resource retraction operation for a retraction request based on at least one determined alternative resource retraction path in S203, the method further includes:
s208, judging whether the rollback results corresponding to the alternative resource rollback paths are all resource rollback failures;
if the judgment result is negative, it indicates that a rollback result corresponding to one alternative resource rollback path exists in the at least one alternative resource rollback path, and the resource rollback method is successful, then executing S206 to generate rollback completion prompting information for the rollback request, and executing S207 to send the rollback completion prompting information to the client of the target account in a target prompting manner;
if the result of the judgment is yes, executing S209, generating a redeemable resource recommendation list containing a plurality of alternative redemption objects, and sending the redeemable resource recommendation list to the client of the target account, so that the client displays the redeemable resource recommendation list;
wherein the alternative redemption object includes: the method includes the steps that commodity coupons, charging center redemption coupons or virtual funds, specifically, a redeemable resource recommendation list containing a plurality of alternative redemption objects can be generated according to a sequencing result obtained by sequencing the alternative redemption objects based on consumption habits of users, for example, if it is determined that users often complete charging services in a charging center, the charging center redemption coupon with the highest frequency of use of the users can be preferentially displayed in the redeemable resource recommendation list;
s210, receiving a selection operation of a user for an exchangeable resource recommendation list sent by a client of a target account, specifically, monitoring the selection operation of the user for the exchangeable resource recommendation list by the client, and if it is monitored that the user performs the selection operation on a certain alternative exchange object, indicating that the user desires to exchange a fallback resource for the alternative exchange object, at this time, the client sends the selection operation of the user for the exchangeable resource recommendation list to a resource fallback server;
s211, according to the alternative redemption object corresponding to the selection operation of the user, executing a resource rollback operation for the rollback request, specifically, after receiving the indication information of the selection operation of the user for the redeemable resource recommendation list, the resource rollback server determines the alternative redemption object that the user desires to redeem, and executes the resource rollback operation based on the alternative redemption object that the user desires to redeem.
In a resource rollback method in one or more embodiments of the present specification, after a resource rollback request of a target account is received, it is determined whether an original resource transfer path for the rollback request is available; if not, determining at least one alternative resource return path of the target account; and executing the resource rollback operation aiming at the rollback request based on the determined at least one alternative resource rollback path.
Based on the same technical concept, corresponding to the resource rollback method described in fig. 2 to fig. 7, one or more embodiments of the present specification further provide a resource rollback method, fig. 8 is a flowchart of the resource rollback method provided in one or more embodiments of the present specification, and the method in fig. 8 can be executed by the resource rollback server in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 8, and the method at least includes the following steps:
s801, after receiving a refund request from a refund application account, determining whether an original payment path for the refund request is available, where in step S801, reference is made to step S201 for a specific implementation manner, which is not described herein again;
if the result of the determination is negative, performing S802, and determining at least one alternative refund path of the refund application account, wherein the specific implementation of the step S802 is referred to as step S202, which is not described herein again;
and S803, executing a refund operation for the refund request based on the determined at least one candidate refund path, wherein the specific implementation of the step S803 refers to the step S203, which is not described herein again.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, when it is determined that an original payment path for a refund request is unavailable, an alternative refund path of a refund application account is automatically matched, and refund processing is performed based on the alternative refund path, so that a problem that normal refund cannot be performed due to the unavailability of the original payment path is solved, error promotion of consumption refund is ensured, diversification of consumption refund is realized, and a success rate of consumption refund is improved.
After receiving the refund request of the refund application account, the step S801 of determining whether the original payment path for the refund request is available specifically includes:
step one, after receiving a refund request of a refund application account, executing a refund operation aiming at the refund request based on an original payment path corresponding to the refund request, wherein the specific implementation manner of the step is referred to as step S2011, which is not described herein again;
step two, judging whether the refund result of the refund operation based on the original payment path is a refund failure, wherein the specific implementation of the step is referred to step S2012, which is not described herein again;
if the result of the judgment is yes, determining that the original payment path aiming at the refund request is unavailable, and executing at least one alternative refund path for determining the refund application account.
When it is determined that the refund result of the refund operation based on the original payment path is a refund failure, it is determined that the original payment path is unavailable, and therefore, an alternative refund path of the refund application account needs to be automatically matched so as to continue to execute the refund operation for the refund request.
Further, in order to improve the accuracy of determining whether the original payment path is available, it is considered that in some cases, after the refund operation is performed based on the original payment path for the first time, the obtained refund result is a refund failure, but after the refund operation is performed based on the original payment path again, the obtained refund result becomes a refund success, for example, in case of the refund failure due to timeout of the system response, after the refund operation is performed based on the original payment path for the next time, the obtained refund result becomes a refund success, which indicates that the original payment path is available, and the refund processing is preferably performed by adopting an original way of refund;
considering that there may be other situations, even if the refund operation is performed based on the original payment path for multiple times, the obtained refund result is generally not converted from a refund failure to a refund success, for example, if the reason of the refund failure is that the fund account is logged out or lost, the refund failure is directly determined as the refund failure, and at this time, it indicates that the original payment path is unavailable, and an alternative refund path of the refund application account needs to be automatically matched so as to continue to perform the refund operation;
therefore, in the process of determining whether the original payment path is available, at least one of the number of refund failures and the reason for the refund failure may be used as a determination factor for determining whether the refund result based on the original payment path is a refund failure, specifically, the second step of determining whether the refund result based on the refund operation of the original payment path is a refund failure includes the following three cases:
(1) judging whether the refund failure times of the refund operation based on the original payment path is greater than a preset threshold value or not according to the condition that only the refund failure times are introduced as evaluation factors;
if the judgment result is yes, determining that the refund result of the refund operation based on the original payment path is a refund failure;
(2) judging whether the refund failure reason of the refund operation based on the original payment path meets a preset condition or not according to the condition that only the refund failure reason is introduced as an evaluation factor;
if the judgment result is yes, determining that the refund result of the refund operation based on the original payment path is a refund failure;
(3) aiming at the condition that the rollback failure times and the rollback failure reasons are simultaneously introduced as evaluation factors, judging whether the refund failure times of the refund operation based on the original payment path are larger than a preset threshold value or not, and judging whether the refund failure reasons of the refund operation based on the original payment path meet preset conditions or not;
and if the at least one judgment result is yes, determining that the refund result of the refund operation based on the original payment path is a refund failure.
Further, in order to avoid the problem that the fund bill data is wrong due to the original route refund error, the probability of occurrence of the fund bill data to the wrong situation is reduced, and further the workload of fund transfer checking is reduced, after it is determined that the original payment path for the refund request is unavailable, the method further comprises the following steps:
specifically, after an original payment path aiming at the refund request is determined to be unavailable, a target fund indicated by the refund request is firstly posted, for example, the target fund is temporarily recorded in a preset fund account number to ensure that the service is normally finished, and after an alternative refund path is selected subsequently, the target fund is executed with refund operation based on a certain alternative refund path.
Further, when the refund operation is performed based on the alternative refund path, the refund operation for the refund request is performed in a polling error advancing manner, so that in order to improve the accuracy of the refund operation and make the destination account number of the refund operation better conform to the consumption payment preference of the user, the refund priority ranking is performed on the alternative refund path, so that the refund operation is preferentially performed based on the alternative refund path with a high matching degree with the consumption payment preference of the user, in the step S803, the refund operation for the refund request is performed based on the determined at least one alternative refund path, which specifically includes:
determining refund priorities of all alternative refund paths, wherein the refund priorities of the alternative refund paths can be preset by a user or can be automatically determined by a system based on historical consumption payment account use habits of the user;
and step two, executing refund operation aiming at the refund request according to the refund priority of each alternative refund path and the alternative refund paths according to the sequence from high priority to low priority until the refund result corresponding to any alternative refund path is a refund success or the refund operation is completed based on the last alternative refund path.
Specifically, for the determining process of the fallback priority of each alternative refund path, the determining of the fallback priority of each alternative refund path in the first step specifically includes the following two ways:
(1) determining the refund priority of each alternative refund path based on the priority setting information of the refund application account;
(2) and determining the refund priority of each alternative refund path according to the historical payment behavior data of the refund application account.
Further, in order to enable the user to know the progress of the refund payment in time and inform the destination fund account of the refund operation, so that the user knows to which fund the target fund indicated by the refund request is returned, so that the user enters the destination fund account to check and check the returned target fund, after the step S803, based on the determined at least one alternative refund path, the method further includes:
judging whether a refund result corresponding to any alternative refund path is a refund success, wherein the fund account corresponding to the alternative refund path with the refund result of which the refund success is a target fund account;
if the result of the determination is yes, generating refund completion prompting information for the refund request, wherein the refund completion prompting information may include: information such as the target fund account number and the size of the fund to be returned;
and sending the refund completion prompt message to a client of the refund application account according to a target prompt mode, specifically, after receiving the refund completion prompt message, the client displays the refund completion prompt message so that a user can know the progress condition of fund refund in time, and check the returned fund by entering the target fund account.
Specifically, in order to enable the user to quickly reach the operation interface of the destination fund account and simplify the operation of checking, verifying or transferring the returned fund performed by the user, the generating of the refund completion prompt message for the refund request specifically includes:
step one, determining a target fund account corresponding to an alternative refund path with a refund result of successful refund;
generating a link address for triggering and opening the operation interface of the determined target fund account;
and step three, generating refund completion prompt information aiming at the refund request based on the obtained link address.
Specifically, considering that if refund completion prompt information is sent to a client in a manner of pushing information, if a user does not check the refund completion prompt information in time when the user just receives the refund completion prompt information, the refund completion prompt information is added to an information pushing bar of the client, and for the situation that the pushing information in the information pushing bar is more and complicated, the refund completion prompt information may be ignored by the user, so that the refund completion prompt information sent by the user can be quickly obtained at any time, the situation that the user cannot timely know the fund rollback progress due to the fact that the refund completion prompt information is ignored is reduced, based on this, the refund completion prompt information is sent to the client of a refund application account in a target prompt manner, which specifically includes:
step one, acquiring the use preference information of the instant messaging application of a refund application account;
determining target information push application according to the obtained instant messaging application use preference information;
and step three, based on the determined target information pushing application, sending refund completion prompt information to a client of the refund application account.
Further, considering that there are few alternative refund paths selectable for the refund application account, there may be a case where all the alternative refund paths are unavailable, that is, the refund result of performing the refund operation based on all the alternative refund paths is a refund failure, and for this case, in order to ensure normal execution of fund refund, thereby improving the user experience, based on this, after performing the refund operation for the refund request based on the determined at least one alternative refund path in the above S803, the method further includes:
judging whether the refund results corresponding to the alternative refund paths are refund failures or not;
if so, generating a redeemable resource recommendation list comprising a plurality of alternative redemption objects, and sending the redeemable resource recommendation list to a client of the refund application account so as to enable the client to display the redeemable resource recommendation list;
receiving selection operation of a user for a redeemable resource recommendation list, which is sent by a client of a refund application account;
specifically, after receiving indication information of the selection operation of the user on the redeemable resource recommendation list, the resource rollback server determines the alternative redemption object which the user desires to redeem, and executes the refund operation based on the alternative redemption object which the user desires to redeem.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, a resource rollback method determines, after receiving a refund request for a refund application account, whether an original payment path for the refund request is available; if not, determining at least one alternative refund path of the refund application account; and executing the refund operation aiming at the refund request based on the determined at least one alternative refund path.

In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Language Description Language), traffic, pl (core unified Programming Language), Cal, jhdware Description Language, langua, mylar, pams, hardlanguage (Hardware Description Language), vhlanguage, Language, HDL, software Language (Hardware Description Language), and vhjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjg Language, which are currently used in most fields. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
