the receiving module 31 is further configured to receive a drug withdrawal response corresponding to the drug withdrawal information sent by the second terminal device, where the drug withdrawal response includes an identifier of the patient and an identifier of the third drug, which are passed through the audit;
the generating module 33 is further configured to generate audited information according to the identifier of the patient and the identifier of the third medicine, so that a drug returning person queries the audited information through a third terminal device;
the generating module 33 is further configured to generate refund information according to the refund information sent by the third terminal device;
and the refund module 34 is used for returning the refund amount to the electronic account of the patient according to the refund information.
The server provided in this embodiment may execute the technical solution of the method embodiment, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
Optionally, the withdrawal request further includes a drug opening time. Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a server according to another embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the server 30 further includes:
the inquiry module 35 is configured to inquire a prescription database according to the identifier of the patient and the prescription time to obtain prescription information, where the prescription information includes an identifier of a second doctor and an identifier of at least one second medicine;
the determining module 32 is further configured to determine that the identifier of the first doctor is consistent with the identifier of the second doctor; determining that there is an identity of the at least one second drug that is consistent with the identity of the first drug.
Optionally, the server 30 further includes:
a calculating module 36, configured to obtain a current time, and calculate a time difference between the current time and the medication dispensing time;
and the judging module 37 is configured to judge whether the time difference is smaller than a preset value, and obtain a judgment result that the time difference is smaller than the preset value.
Optionally, the refund request further includes an original payment account and/or a designated refund account;
the determining module 32 is further configured to determine a refund amount according to the identifier and the quantity of the fourth medicine in the returned medicine information sent by the third terminal device; the identification of the fourth medicine is the identification of the medicine returned by the medicine returning personnel;
the refund module 34 is further configured to:
if the payment mode is non-cash payment, the server returns the refund amount to the original payment account; or if the payment mode is cash payment, the server returns the refund amount to the specified refund account.
Optionally, the server 30 further includes:
the determining module 32 is further configured to query, according to the identifier of the first doctor, an identifier of the second terminal device corresponding to the identifier of the first doctor;
and a pushing module 38, configured to push the withdrawal information to the second terminal device according to the identifier of the second terminal device.
The present embodiment provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the technical solution according to any of the foregoing method embodiments, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the electronic device according to the embodiment includes:
a processor 41; and
a memory 42 for storing executable instructions of the processor;
the processor is configured to execute the technical solution of any one of the foregoing method embodiments by executing the executable instructions, and the implementation principle and technical effect thereof are similar, and are not described herein again.
The functions of the modules in the above-described apparatus may be implemented by the processor 41.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as ROM, RAM, SRAM, DRAM, FLASH, magnetic disk, or optical disk.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A medicine returning method is characterized by being applied to a medicine returning system, wherein the system comprises a server, a first terminal device, a second terminal device and a third terminal device, the first terminal device belongs to a patient, the second terminal device belongs to a doctor, and the third terminal device belongs to a medicine returning person; the method comprises the following steps:
the server receives a medicine returning request sent by the first terminal device, wherein the medicine returning request comprises an identifier of a patient, an identifier of a first medicine and an identifier of a first doctor;
the server inquires a medicine opening database, determines that the first doctor opens the first medicine to the patient, and generates medicine returning information to be audited, so that the first doctor audits the medicine returning information through the second terminal equipment;
the server receives a drug withdrawal response corresponding to the drug withdrawal information sent by the second terminal device, wherein the drug withdrawal response comprises an identifier of the patient and an identifier of a third medicine which are passed through the audit, and generates audited information according to the identifier of the patient and the identifier of the third medicine, so that the drug withdrawal personnel can inquire the audited information through the third terminal device;
and the server generates refund information according to the refund information of the returned medicines sent by the third terminal equipment, and returns the refund amount to the electronic account of the patient according to the refund information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the withdrawal request further includes a time to open a medication, and wherein the server determines that the first doctor opened the first medication to the patient according to a medication opening database and generates withdrawal information to be reviewed, comprises:
the server queries a prescription database according to the identification of the patient and the prescription time to obtain prescription information, wherein the prescription information comprises the identification of a second doctor and the identification of at least one second medicine;
the server determines that the identity of the first doctor is consistent with the identity of the second doctor;
and the server determines that the identifier which is consistent with the identifier of the first medicine exists in the identifiers of the at least one second medicine, and generates the drug withdrawal information to be audited.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the server queries a prescription database based on the patient identification and the prescription time, and prior to obtaining prescription information, further comprises:
the server acquires the current time and calculates the time difference between the current time and the medicine opening time;
and the server judges whether the time difference is smaller than a preset value or not, and the obtained judgment result is that the time difference is smaller than the preset value.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the server generates refund information according to the refund information sent by the third terminal device, and the method comprises the following steps:
the server determines the refund amount according to the identification and the quantity of the fourth medicine in the refund medicine information sent by the third terminal equipment;
the identification of the fourth medicine is the identification that the medicine returning personnel has returned the medicine.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the refund request further comprises an original payment account and/or a designated refund account;
said returning a refund amount to said patient's electronic account in accordance with said refund information, comprising:
if the payment mode is non-cash payment, the server returns the refund amount to the original payment account; or,
and if the payment mode is cash payment, the server returns the refund amount to the specified refund account.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after the server generates the refund information to be audited, the method further comprises:
the server inquires the identifier of the second terminal device corresponding to the identifier of the first doctor according to the identifier of the first doctor;
and the server pushes the drug withdrawal information to the second terminal equipment according to the identifier of the second terminal equipment.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after returning a refund amount to the patient's electronic account in accordance with the refund information, the method further comprises:
the server determining that the refund amount has been refunded to the patient's electronic account;
the server inquires the identifier of the first terminal device corresponding to the identifier of the patient according to the identifier of the patient;
and the server sends the refund information to the first terminal equipment according to the identifier of the first terminal equipment.
8. A server, comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a judging module and a processing module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a medicine returning request sent by first terminal equipment, and the medicine returning request comprises an identifier of a patient, an identifier of a first medicine and an identifier of a first doctor;
a determination module configured to query a prescription database and determine that the first doctor prescribed the first drug to the patient;
the generation module is used for generating the drug withdrawal information to be audited so that the first doctor audits the drug withdrawal information through second terminal equipment;
the receiving module is further configured to receive a drug withdrawal response corresponding to the drug withdrawal information sent by the second terminal device, where the drug withdrawal response includes an identifier of the patient and an identifier of the third drug, which are passed through the audit;
the generation module is further used for generating audited information according to the identifier of the patient and the identifier of the third medicine, so that a medicine returning person can inquire the audited information through a third terminal device;
the generating module is further used for generating refund information according to the refund information sent by the third terminal device;
and the refund module is used for returning the refund amount to the electronic account of the patient according to the refund information.
9. A computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, the program, when executed by a processor, implementing the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor;
wherein the processor is configured to perform the method of any of claims 1-7 via execution of the executable instructions.
