Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于体外诊断试剂的加样变色的样本稀释液,属于医疗检测领域。所述稀释液中含有的成分以及浓度如下:氯化钠6.0‑10.0g/L,磷酸氢二钠1.9‑3.9g/L,氯化钾2.0‑3.0g/L,磷酸二氢钾1.6‑3.0g/L,Tris 0.1‑0.6g/L,溴百里酚蓝0.2‑0.7g/L,叠氮化钠0.4‑0.6g/L。本发明加样稀释后,稀释剂会发生明显的颜色变化,由黄绿色变成蓝色,应用于流式免疫荧光法检测,具有高通量,高灵敏度,并行检测等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于体外诊断试剂的加样变色的样本稀释液,属于医疗检测领域。
背景技术
在样品检测领域,稀释剂作为一种缓冲溶剂广泛使用,其将样品稀释至指定浓度然后进行检测,由于检测过程中仅需要微量的样本,每次测试会进行多个样本测试,测试过程可能会存在漏稀释一个或多个样本,使用常规稀释剂在检测过程中难于发现,因为微量的样本对于总体积而言基本不存在差异,因此存在漏加以及重复添加的风险。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种用于体外诊断试剂的加样变色的样本稀释液,它解决了目前的稀释液添加后不易识别、存在漏加以及重复添加的问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采取以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于体外诊断试剂的加样变色的样本稀释液,所述样本稀释液中含有的成分以及浓度如下:
氯化钠 6.0-10.0g/L,
磷酸氢二钠 1.9-3.9g/L,
氯化钾 2.0-3.0g/L,
磷酸二氢钾 1.6-3.0g/L,
Tris 0.1-0.6g/L,
溴百里酚蓝 0.2-0.7g/L,
叠氮化钠 0.4-0.6g/L。
作为优选实例,所述溴百里酚蓝 浓度为0.3-0.6g/L。
作为优选实例,所述Tris的浓度为0.15-0.5g/L。
本发明的有益效果是:加样稀释后,稀释剂会发生明显的颜色变化,由黄绿色变成蓝色。

氯化钠 6.0-10.0g/L,
磷酸氢二钠 1.9-3.9g/L,
氯化钾 2.0-3.0g/L,
磷酸二氢钾 1.6-3.0g/L,
Tris 0.1-0.6g/L,
溴百里酚蓝 0.2-0.7g/L,
叠氮化钠 0.4-0.6g/L。
所述溴百里酚蓝 浓度为0.3-0.6g/L。
所述Tris的浓度为0.15-0.5g/L。
实施例一
稀释液中含有的成分以及浓度如下:氯化钠6.0g/L,磷酸氢二钠 1.9 g/L,氯化钾 2.0g/L,磷酸二氢钾 1.6 g/L,Tris 0.1g/L,溴百里酚蓝 0.2g/L,叠氮化钠 0.4g/L。
实施例二
稀释液中含有的成分以及浓度如下:氯化钠8.0g/L,磷酸氢二钠 2.5g/L,氯化钾2.2g/L,磷酸二氢钾 1.8 g/L,Tris 0.2g/L,溴百里酚蓝 0.3g/L,叠氮化钠 0.45g/L。
实施例三
稀释液中含有的成分以及浓度如下:氯化钠7.0g/L,磷酸氢二钠 2.8g/L,氯化钾2.4g/L,磷酸二氢钾2.2 g/L,Tris 0.3g/L,溴百里酚蓝 0.4g/L,叠氮化钠 0.5g/L。
实施例四
稀释液中含有的成分以及浓度如下:氯化钠9.0g/L,磷酸氢二钠 3.2g/L,氯化钾2.6g/L,磷酸二氢钾2.6 g/L,Tris 0.4g/L,溴百里酚蓝 0.5g/L,叠氮化钠 0.55g/L。
实施例五
稀释液中含有的成分以及浓度如下:氯化钠10.0g/L,磷酸氢二钠 3.9g/L,氯化钾3.0g/L,磷酸二氢钾2.8 g/L,Tris 0.5g/L,溴百里酚蓝 0.7g/L,叠氮化钠 0.6g/L。
实施例六
稀释液中含有的成分以及浓度如下:氯化钠8.0g/L,磷酸氢二钠 3.0g/L,氯化钾2.3g/L,磷酸二氢钾2.3g/L,Tris 0.15g/L,溴百里酚蓝 0.3g/L,叠氮化钠 0.5g/L。
实施例七
稀释液中含有的成分以及浓度如下:氯化钠7.0g/L,磷酸氢二钠 2.5g/L,氯化钾2.2g/L,磷酸二氢钾2.0g/L,Tris 0.5g/L,溴百里酚蓝 0.6g/L,叠氮化钠 0.5g/L。
本发明中,稀释液母液即为基础缓冲液。
本发明加样稀释后,稀释剂会发生明显的颜色变化,由黄绿色变成蓝色。

磷酸二氢钾 1.6-3.0g/L,
Tris 0.1-0.6g/L,
溴百里酚蓝 0.2-0.7g/L,
叠氮化钠 0.4-0.6g/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于体外诊断试剂的加样变色的样本稀释液,其特征在于:所述溴百里酚蓝 浓度为0.3-0.6g/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于体外诊断试剂的加样变色的样本稀释液,其特征在于:所述Tris的浓度为0.15-0.5g/L。
