本发明涉及一种冲压式农用泵,包括电机、水泵进出水段、底座,水泵进出水段设有进水口、出水口,水泵进出水段内设有进水腔体,进水口处设有拍门止回阀,进水腔体与水泵进出水段间设置有密封垫,进水腔体与密封垫将水泵进出水段分割出进水腔和出水腔,电机的输出轴上装有密封座板、机械密封和叶轮,密封座板与水泵进出水段间设置有密封圈形成密封,水泵进出水段与叶轮之间设置有导叶,导叶与进水腔体之间设置有弹性密封,水泵进出水段下部设置有放水螺塞,导叶上设置有回流孔,水泵进出水段与电机连接后安装在底座上;本发明减少了客户在进水管路上加装底阀的麻烦,解决了普通农用泵体积庞大、移动困难问题,使小型农业用泵更加轻便。

一种冲压式农用泵
[技术领域]
本发明涉及水泵技术领域,具体地说是一种冲压式农用泵。
[背景技术]
目前,水泵在日常生活中和农业生产中被广泛使用,而现在广泛用于农业生产的水泵,主要存在以下不足之处:通常都是由铸铁铸造,水泵较重,水泵易生锈且对水质有一定污染,移动困难,不灵活,水泵连接吸水管等大多都需要装底阀造成费用高昂接管麻烦。
[发明内容]
本发明的目的就是要解决上述的不足而提供一种冲压式农用泵,减轻了水泵重量使整个水泵轻便化,又环保,同时减少了客户在进水管路上加装底阀的麻烦,解决了普通农用泵体积庞大、移动困难问题,使小型农业用泵更加轻便。
为实现上述目的设计一种冲压式农用泵,包括电机1、水泵进出水段13、底座18,所述水泵进出水段13设有进水口11、出水口6,所述水泵进出水段13内设有进水腔体8,所述进水腔体8内进水口11处设有拍门止回阀10,所述拍门止回阀10用于阻止停泵时水泵的水从进水口11排出,所述进水腔体8与水泵进出水段13之间设置有密封垫9,所述进水腔体8与密封垫9将水泵进出水段13分割出进水腔12和出水腔14,所述电机1的输出轴上装有密封座板3、机械密封2和叶轮4,所述叶轮4安装在电机1输出轴的头部,所述密封座板3内圆周通过机械密封2与电机1的输出轴形成密封,所述密封座板3外圆周与水泵进出水段13间设置有密封圈5形成密封,所述水泵进出水段13与叶轮4之间设置有导叶7,所述导叶7与进水腔体8之间设置有弹性密封16,所述水泵进出水段13下部设置有放水螺塞15,所述导叶7上设置有回流孔17,所述回流孔17用于将液体回流到叶轮4以排出气体形成自吸,所述水泵进出水段13与电机1连接后安装在底座18上。
进一步地,所述水泵进出水段13设计为组合式结构,所述拍门止回阀10由进水腔体8压装在进水口11上。
进一步地,所述进水腔体8上端的开口与叶轮4相对布置,所述进水腔体8下端的开口与进水口11连通,所述进水腔体8靠近出水口6处的侧壁设置为倾斜状。
进一步地,所述水泵进出水段13、导叶7均以冲压工艺的方法用不锈钢板材料制作。
进一步地,所述进水口11、出水口6均制作为方便连接水管的螺纹形式。
本发明同现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
(1)本发明将水泵进出水段、导叶等过流部件由原来的铸造件,以冲压工艺的方法用不锈钢板材料制作,既减轻了水泵重量使整个水泵轻便化,又环保;
(2)本发明进出水段和叶轮间设置导叶,导叶开回流孔,液体由回流孔回流到叶轮,排出气体形成自吸;
(3)本发明在进水口设置拍门式止回阀防止泵腔水回流到管路,减少客户在进水管路上加装底阀的麻烦;
(4)将进出水段制作为组合式结构,用进水腔体加密封垫将进出水段分为进水腔和出水腔,则容易拆卸,方便维修;
(5)本发明解决了普通农用泵体积庞大、移动困难问题,且可增加耐磨板提高强度,使小型农业用泵更加轻便,值得推广应用。

如附图1所示,本发明包括电机1、水泵进出水段13、底座18,水泵进出水段13设有进水口11、出水口6,水泵进出水段13内设有进水腔体8,进水腔体8内进水口11处设有拍门止回阀10,拍门止回阀10用于阻止停泵时水泵的水从进水口11排出,水泵进出水段13设计为组合式结构,拍门止回阀10由进水腔体8压装在进水口11上,进水腔体8与水泵进出水段13之间设置有密封垫9,进水腔体8与密封垫9将水泵进出水段13分割出进水腔12和出水腔14,电机1的输出轴上装有密封座板3、机械密封2和叶轮4,叶轮4安装在电机1输出轴的头部,密封座板3内圆周通过机械密封2与电机1的输出轴形成密封,密封座板3外圆周与水泵进出水段13间设置有密封圈5形成密封,水泵进出水段13与叶轮4之间设置有导叶7,导叶7与进水腔体8之间设置有弹性密封16,水泵进出水段13下部设置有放水螺塞15,导叶7上设置有回流孔17,回流孔17用于将液体回流到叶轮4以排出气体形成自吸,水泵进出水段13与电机1连接后安装在底座18上。其中,进水腔体8上端的开口与叶轮4相对布置,进水腔体8下端的开口与进水口11连通,进水腔体8靠近出水口6处的侧壁设置为倾斜状,以避免其阻碍水泵的水从出水口2流出;水泵进出水段13、导叶7均以冲压工艺的方法用不锈钢板材料制作,进水口11、出水口6均制作为方便连接水管的螺纹形式。
本发明中,水泵进出水段设有进水口、出水口、拍门止回阀、进水腔体,拍门式止回阀为阻止停泵时水泵的水从进水口排出,减少客户在进水管路上加装底阀的麻烦,水泵进出水段设计为组合式结构,由进出水腔体加密封垫将进出水段分出进水腔和出水腔,并由进出水腔体将拍门式止回阀压装在进水口上,电机上装有密封座板、机械密封和叶轮,水泵进出水段与密封座板间设置有密封圈形成密封,水泵进出水段与叶轮之间设置有导叶,进水腔体与导叶之间设置有弹性密封,水泵进出水段下部设置有放水螺塞,导叶上设置有回流孔,液体由回流孔回流到叶轮,排出气体形成自吸,水泵进出水段和电机连接后安装在底座上。

1.一种冲压式农用泵,其特征在于:包括电机(1)、水泵进出水段(13)、底座(18),所述水泵进出水段(13)设有进水口(11)、出水口(6),所述水泵进出水段(13)内设有进水腔体(8),所述进水腔体(8)内进水口(11)处设有拍门止回阀(10),所述拍门止回阀(10)用于阻止停泵时水泵的水从进水口(11)排出,所述进水腔体(8)与水泵进出水段(13)之间设置有密封垫(9),所述进水腔体(8)与密封垫(9)将水泵进出水段(13)分割出进水腔(12)和出水腔(14),所述电机(1)的输出轴上装有密封座板(3)、机械密封(2)和叶轮(4),所述叶轮(4)安装在电机(1)输出轴的头部,所述密封座板(3)内圆周通过机械密封(2)与电机(1)的输出轴形成密封,所述密封座板(3)外圆周与水泵进出水段(13)间设置有密封圈(5)形成密封,所述水泵进出水段(13)与叶轮(4)之间设置有导叶(7),所述导叶(7)与进水腔体(8)之间设置有弹性密封(16),所述水泵进出水段(13)下部设置有放水螺塞(15),所述导叶(7)上设置有回流孔(17),所述回流孔(17)用于将液体回流到叶轮(4)以排出气体形成自吸,所述水泵进出水段(13)与电机(1)连接后安装在底座(18)上;所述水泵进出水段(13)、导叶(7)均以冲压工艺的方法用不锈钢板材料制作。
2.如权利要求1所述的冲压式农用泵,其特征在于:所述水泵进出水段(13)设计为组合式结构,所述拍门止回阀(10)由进水腔体(8)压装在进水口(11)上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的冲压式农用泵,其特征在于:所述进水腔体(8)上端的开口与叶轮(4)相对布置,所述进水腔体(8)下端的开口与进水口(11)连通,所述进水腔体(8)靠近出水口(6)处的侧壁设置为倾斜状。
4.如权利要求3所述的冲压式农用泵,其特征在于:所述进水口(11)、出水口(6)均制作为方便连接水管的螺纹形式。
