背景技术
纺织布料广泛存在和应用于我们每个人的生活中,绝大部分的衣服、家用窗帘等均使用纺织布料制成。目前的城市化建设,使人们的生活更加密集,无论办公或生活,人们更依赖电梯上下楼,对于安全通道的了解甚少,普遍缺乏消防知识,几乎没有逃生经验。一旦发生火灾,人员很难及时疏散,从而造成极大的人员伤害。目前,人们并没有专门的、可以轻松便携的消防用品,且现在很多的化学药剂火灾、电火灾、煤气火灾,均不适宜用水灭火。而现有的阻燃型的纺织面料大多数采用的是化学纤维制成,穿着的舒适度差,纯棉阻燃型的纺织面料抗拉能力差,适用范围小。因此,急需研制出一种阻燃效果优异的阻燃纺织布料。

一种全涤纶阻燃提花布料的制备工艺,工艺流程为:取素色涤纶长丝编织成横截面为矩形的经纱;取阻燃纱编织成横截面为矩形的纬纱;将矩形经纱的短边左右相邻拼接,长边上下拼接,分两层;将矩形纬纱的短边左右相邻拼接,长边上下拼接,分两层;经纱与纬纱相互垂直,纬纱上下贯穿过相邻的经纱,经纱与纬纱依次贯穿紧密交织,形成面层;将面层的一侧表面涂上阻燃胶水,与另一面层相互贴合,并用力均匀挤压,直到阻燃胶水完全凝固;将处理好的面层采用提花机织造提花图案。
进一步地,相邻经纱之间的空隙不大于0.03mm,相邻纬纱之间的空隙不大于0.02mm。
本发明的纺织线在编织过程中预留有空隙,不仅抗拉伸能力和耐磨性能有所增强,穿着舒适度好,而且增强了布料的排汗能力,提高了晾晒过程中的通风效果,使得该面料可以快速晾干,从而解决了棉质布料弹性差、易扯破的问题,有效地延长了阻燃型纺织面料的使用寿命。此外,本发明能有效阻止火势蔓延,可以放在家里或办公场所,使用方便,能有效避免更大的火灾伤害,同时本布料可以用于铺盖或粘附在易燃品表面,易燃品起火燃烧完,自动熄灭,不会蔓延到周围,有效地将火灾损失降到最低,具有广泛的适用性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
一种全涤纶阻燃提花布料,该布料由多层面层组成,多层面层间通过阻燃胶水粘接相接;阻燃胶水由醋酸乙烯酯乙酸酐、乙二醇丙烯酸、磷酸铝、硅酸镁、硅酸钠、防火剂、无机高分子聚合剂在经过高温环境中发生聚合化学反应聚合而成。面层由经纱和纬纱上下交错编织而成;面层上均匀织造有一种或多种提花图案;布料的门幅为210~250cm,使得提花面料的图案幅度大且精美,色彩层次分明且立体感强。提花面料具有较好的吸湿性,接触人的皮肤,使人感到柔软舒适;具有良好的保湿性,使人感觉到温暖;耐热性能良好,提高了耐洗耐穿性能;对碱的抵抗能力较大,有利于对服装的洗涤、消毒、染色、印花及各种工艺加工;与肌肤接触无任何刺激,无负作用,久穿对人体有益无害,卫生性能良好。
经纱为120~180D的素色涤纶长丝,经纱为150D的素色涤纶长丝。素色涤纶长丝具有强度高,涤纶织物结实耐用;耐热性好,是合成纤维中耐热性和热稳定性最好的;高弹性,耐皱性强,织物不皱,保形性好;耐磨性高,吸水回潮率低,绝缘性能好,吸水性低的优点。涤纶长丝作为衣用纤维,其织物在洗后达到不皱、免烫的效果。素色涤纶长丝的直径为85μm,经密度为120~135根/cm;纬纱为5~10S的阻燃纱,纬纱为6.5S的阻燃纱。阻燃纱是可以延缓火焰燃烧的特种织物,阻燃纱起火点低,阻燃效果好,不易点燃,离火源自灭,并具备防水功能,可以达到永久阻燃效果。主要用于制作防护性服装、特殊功能性服装、工业用面料,广泛应用于消防、服装等行业。阻燃纱的的直径为45μm,纬密度为40~55根/cm;

本布料的制备工艺简单,将经纱和纬纱分别组成股来编织布料,增加了布料的厚度,多层布料粘附,部分透气孔被覆盖住。布料中含有阻燃纱,提高布料的阻燃效果,降低布料的透气性,将布料覆盖在火上,使周围的环境缺氧,火将本纺织布料烧完后,自动熄灭,加快了火熄灭速度,增大了起火难度,能有效起到阻止火蔓延的作用,方便实用。
本发明布料用来扑火时,能起到很好的灭火效果,且本布料可以放置在家里或任何办公场所,占地面积小,使用方便,且不会过期,大大提高了人们居家或办公的安全感;同时,可以将本发明布料制成衣服,供消防人员穿着,可以起到很好地保护作用,减少伤亡事故的发生。

Claims (7)
1.一种全涤纶阻燃提花布料,其特征在于:所述布料由多层面层组成,多层面层间通过阻燃胶水粘接相接;所述面层由经纱和纬纱上下交错编织而成;面层上均匀织造有一种或多种提花图案;
所述经纱为120~180D的素色涤纶长丝,素色涤纶长丝的直径为85μm,经密度为120~135根/cm;所述纬纱为5~10S的阻燃纱,阻燃纱的的直径为45μm,纬密度为40~55根/cm;所述布料的门幅为210~250cm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全涤纶阻燃提花布料,其特征在于:所述经纱为150D的素色涤纶长丝。
3.根据权利要求2所述的全涤纶阻燃提花布料,其特征在于:所述纬纱为6.5S的阻燃纱。
4.根据权利要求3所述的全涤纶阻燃提花布料,其特征在于:所述阻燃纱在编织前放在特定的阻燃化学药剂溶液中浸泡。
5.根据权利要求4所述的全涤纶阻燃提花布料,其特征在于:所述特定的阻燃化学药剂溶液的有效成分包括:尿素甲醛树脂、四羟甲基氯化物、邻苯二甲酸、二氧化钛、浮石、氧化锑、磷酸氢二钠、氯乙烯、六氟钛酸钾、醋酸乙烯酯。
