本发明公开了一种抗起球防静电涤棉混纺面料,属于高分子材料的新型加工和应用技术领域。一种抗起球防静电涤棉混纺面料,包括防起球层,所述防起球层内部由异形截面的抗起球腈纶组成,所述防起球层底部设有防静电层,且防静电层底部设有防火层,所述防火层底部设有隔热层,且隔热层底部设有纤维层,所述纤维层底部设有吸湿层,且吸湿层底部设有羊毛层;本发明有效解决了混纺面料在使用过程中的静电与起球的防范问题,避免了因表面起球而导致混纺面料外表不美观的情况发生,有利于提高混纺面料所制成产品的美观性,同时减少混纺面料所制成产品产生静电的情况发生,提高用户在使用过程中的体验性。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料的新型加工和应用技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗起球防静电涤棉混纺面料。
背景技术
混纺即混纺化纤织物,是化学纤维与其它棉毛、丝、麻等到天然纤维混合纺纱织成的纺织产品,既有涤纶的风格又有棉织物的长处,如涤棉布、涤毛华达呢等,混纺分为毛粘混纺、羊兔毛绲纺、TR面料、高密NC布、3M防水摩丝布、天丝(TENCEL)面料、柔赛丝、TNC面料、复合面料等,比如涤棉混纺物是以涤纶为主要成份,采用65%-67%涤纶和33%-35%的棉花混纱线织成的纺织品,涤棉布俗称棉的确良,特点:既突出了涤纶的风格又有棉织物的长处,在干、湿情况下弹性和耐磨性都较好,尺寸稳定,缩水率小,具有挺拔、不易皱折、易洗、快干的特点,不能用高温熨烫和沸水浸泡,现有技术中,混纺面料大多是由涤纶、尼龙、天丝等材料组成,存在静电和起球等问题,为此,我们设计了一种抗起球防静电涤棉混纺面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中混纺面料在使用过程中的静电与起球的防范问题,而提出的一种抗起球防静电涤棉混纺面料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种抗起球防静电涤棉混纺面料,包括防起球层,所述防起球层底部设有防静电层,且防静电层底部设有防火层,所述防火层底部设有隔热层,且隔热层底部设有纤维层,所述纤维层底部设有吸湿层,且吸湿层底部设有羊毛层。
优选的,所述防起球层内部由异形截面的抗起球腈纶组成。

优选的,所述防火层由芳纶阻燃面料与腈棉阻燃面料复合制成。

1、该抗起球防静电涤棉混纺面料,通过内部由异形截面的抗起球腈纶组成的防起球层,有效防止面料表层起球的情况发生,增加面料外部的美观性,提高面料所制成产品的销售额。
2、该抗起球防静电涤棉混纺面料,通过由锦纶与棉复合制成的防静电层,使面料所制成产品在使用过程中少量产生静电,防止用户在使用过程中因面料静电而产生的安全隐患的情况发生。
3、该抗起球防静电涤棉混纺面料,通过由芳纶阻燃面料与腈棉阻燃面料复合制成的防火层以及由微粒玻璃纤维与棉复合制成的隔热层,提高面料的耐热性,同时在面料遇到明火时起到阻燃的作用,提高面料储存以及使用过程中的安全性。
4、该抗起球防静电涤棉混纺面料,通过由聚酯纤维与尼龙纤维复合制成的纤维层,提高面料的柔韧性,防止使用过程中产生撕裂的情况,提高面料的使用寿命。
5、该抗起球防静电涤棉混纺面料,通过由特殊异形的尼龙面料与涤纶面料复合制成的吸湿层,有效吸收水分,防止水分对其他面料层产生影响,提高面料的可适用性。
