技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
市场上销售的涂料大多耐高温、防腐蚀性能较差,大面积使用在室外墙面,时间久了发黄、开裂、脱落,防晒、耐腐蚀性能比较差,有些专门用于室外的涂料,具有良好的防腐蚀,耐高温性能,但是制作工艺比较复杂,产品价格较高,不利于大面积使用生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述问题,提供一种室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料及其制备工艺,涂料由多种酯类混合而成,加入多种添加剂,混合制成,采用先进的二次混合工艺,使不同的材料在不同的温度区间中发挥出最大的化学性能,从而是制备的涂料性能最好,具有耐高温、防腐蚀等性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料,按照如下重量份的原料组成:聚乙烯醇20-30份、乙二醇16-26份、干性油醇酸树脂15-25份、丙烯酸乳液18-28份、硅丙乳液16-26份、氯化橡胶树脂20-30份、水溶性聚氨酯树脂18-28份、硫酸钡10-20份、二甲苯8-18份、硼砂6-12份、环氧树脂12-22份、磷酸二氢铵10-18份、纳米氧化锌7-15份、丙二醇10-16份、钛白粉8-15份、硅藻土5-10份、热稳定剂6-12份、水10-18份。
进一步的,一种室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料,按照如下重量份的原料组成:聚乙烯醇22-28份、乙二醇18-22份、干性油醇酸树脂18-22份、丙烯酸乳液22-26份、硅丙乳液18-22份、氯化橡胶树脂22-28份、水溶性聚氨酯树脂22-26份、硫酸钡12-18份、二甲苯12-16份、硼砂8-11份、环氧树脂15-18份、磷酸二氢铵12-16份、纳米氧化锌9-12份、丙二醇12-14份、钛白粉10-13份、硅藻土6-9份、热稳定剂7-11份、水12-16份。
进一步的,一种室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料,按照如下重量份的原料组成:聚乙烯醇25份、乙二醇20份、干性油醇酸树脂20份、丙烯酸乳液24份、硅丙乳液20份、氯化橡胶树脂25份、水溶性聚氨酯树脂24份、硫酸钡15份、二甲苯14份、硼砂10份、环氧树脂16份、磷酸二氢铵14份、纳米氧化锌11份、丙二醇13份、钛白粉12份、硅藻土8份、热稳定剂9份、水14份。
一种室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料及其制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、一次混合原料:将所述比例聚乙烯醇、乙二醇、干性油醇酸树脂、丙烯酸乳液、硅丙乳液、氯化橡胶树脂、水溶性聚氨酯树脂、环氧树脂、丙二醇、二甲苯、磷酸二氢铵、水加入搅拌机中混合,搅拌30-40min,得到一次母料,搅拌机温度保持在45-55℃;
S2、二次混合原料:将所述比例硫酸钡、硼砂、纳米氧化锌、钛白粉、硅藻土、热稳定剂加入S1得到的一次母料中,继续搅拌15-25min,得到混合母料,搅拌机温度保持在25-35℃;
S3、灌装:将S2得到的混合母料灌装到化工桶中,放置阴凉处存储,得到室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料,灌装重量保持在22-24kg。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明所制备出的室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料,采用多种酯类混合而制,再添加不同的添加剂,采用二次混合工艺,控制不同的温度区间,使制得的涂料具有耐高温、防腐蚀等效果,经久耐用,适合大面积推广使用。

具体实施例1:一种室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料肥料,按照如下重量份的原料组成:聚乙烯醇20份、乙二醇16份、干性油醇酸树脂15份、丙烯酸乳液18份、硅丙乳液16份、氯化橡胶树脂20份、水溶性聚氨酯树脂18份、硫酸钡10份、二甲苯8份、硼砂6份、环氧树脂12份、磷酸二氢铵10份、纳米氧化锌7份、丙二醇10份、钛白粉8份、硅藻土5份、热稳定剂6份、水10份。
一种室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料的制备工艺为:
S1、一次混合原料:将所述比例聚乙烯醇、乙二醇、干性油醇酸树脂、丙烯酸乳液、硅丙乳液、氯化橡胶树脂、水溶性聚氨酯树脂、环氧树脂、丙二醇、二甲苯、磷酸二氢铵、水加入搅拌机中混合,搅拌30min,得到一次母料,搅拌机温度保持在45℃;
S2、二次混合原料:将所述比例硫酸钡、硼砂、纳米氧化锌、钛白粉、硅藻土、热稳定剂加入S1得到的一次母料中,继续搅拌15min,得到混合母料,搅拌机温度保持在25℃;
S3、灌装:将S2得到的混合母料灌装到化工桶中,放置阴凉处存储,得到室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料,灌装重量保持在22kg。
具体实施例2:一种室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料,按照如下重量份原料组成:聚乙烯醇25份、乙二醇20份、干性油醇酸树脂20份、丙烯酸乳液24份、硅丙乳液20份、氯化橡胶树脂25份、水溶性聚氨酯树脂24份、硫酸钡15份、二甲苯14份、硼砂10份、环氧树脂16份、磷酸二氢铵14份、纳米氧化锌11份、丙二醇13份、钛白粉12份、硅藻土8份、热稳定剂9份、水14份。
一种室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料的制备工艺为:
S1、一次混合原料:将所述比例聚乙烯醇、乙二醇、干性油醇酸树脂、丙烯酸乳液、硅丙乳液、氯化橡胶树脂、水溶性聚氨酯树脂、环氧树脂、丙二醇、二甲苯、磷酸二氢铵、水加入搅拌机中混合,搅拌35min,得到一次母料,搅拌机温度保持在50℃;
S2、二次混合原料:将所述比例硫酸钡、硼砂、纳米氧化锌、钛白粉、硅藻土、热稳定剂加入S1得到的一次母料中,继续搅拌20min,得到混合母料,搅拌机温度保持在30℃;
S3、灌装:将S2得到的混合母料灌装到化工桶中,放置阴凉处存储,得到室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料,灌装重量保持在23kg。
具体实施例3:一种室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料,按照如下重量份原料组成:聚乙烯醇30份、乙二醇26份、干性油醇酸树脂25份、丙烯酸乳液28份、硅丙乳液26份、氯化橡胶树脂30份、水溶性聚氨酯树脂28份、硫酸钡20份、二甲苯18份、硼砂12份、环氧树脂22份、磷酸二氢铵18份、纳米氧化锌15份、丙二醇16份、钛白粉15份、硅藻土10份、热稳定剂12份、水18份。
一种室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料的制备工艺为:
S1、一次混合原料:将所述比例聚乙烯醇、乙二醇、干性油醇酸树脂、丙烯酸乳液、硅丙乳液、氯化橡胶树脂、水溶性聚氨酯树脂、环氧树脂、丙二醇、二甲苯、磷酸二氢铵、水加入搅拌机中混合,搅拌40min,得到一次母料,搅拌机温度保持在55℃;
S2、二次混合原料:将所述比例硫酸钡、硼砂、纳米氧化锌、钛白粉、硅藻土、热稳定剂加入S1得到的一次母料中,继续搅拌25min,得到混合母料,搅拌机温度保持在35℃;
S3、灌装:将S2得到的混合母料灌装到化工桶中,放置阴凉处存储,得到室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料,灌装重量保持在24kg。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚乙烯醇22-28份、乙二醇18-22份、干性油醇酸树脂18-22份、丙烯酸乳液22-26份、硅丙乳液18-22份、氯化橡胶树脂22-28份、水溶性聚氨酯树脂22-26份、硫酸钡12-18份、二甲苯12-16份、硼砂8-11份、环氧树脂15-18份、磷酸二氢铵12-16份、纳米氧化锌9-12份、丙二醇12-14份、钛白粉10-13份、硅藻土6-9份、热稳定剂7-11份、水12-16份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚乙烯醇25份、乙二醇20份、干性油醇酸树脂20份、丙烯酸乳液24份、硅丙乳液20份、氯化橡胶树脂25份、水溶性聚氨酯树脂24份、硫酸钡15份、二甲苯14份、硼砂10份、环氧树脂16份、磷酸二氢铵14份、纳米氧化锌11份、丙二醇13份、钛白粉12份、硅藻土8份、热稳定剂9份、水14份。
4.一种根据权利要求1-3任一所述的室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、一次混合原料:将所述比例聚乙烯醇、乙二醇、干性油醇酸树脂、丙烯酸乳液、硅丙乳液、氯化橡胶树脂、水溶性聚氨酯树脂、环氧树脂、丙二醇、二甲苯、磷酸二氢铵、水加入搅拌机中混合,搅拌30-40min,得到一次母料,搅拌机温度保持在45-55℃;
S2、二次混合原料:将所述比例硫酸钡、硼砂、纳米氧化锌、钛白粉、硅藻土、热稳定剂加入S1得到的一次母料中,继续搅拌15-25min,得到混合母料,搅拌机温度保持在25-35℃;
S3、灌装:将S2得到的混合母料灌装到化工桶中,放置阴凉处存储,得到室外耐高温防腐蚀涂料,灌装重量保持在22-24kg。
