本发明公开了一种适用于氮化铝陶瓷片和氧化铝陶瓷片混压的制备方法,其制备方法包括以下步骤:A、准备工作;B、氮化铝陶瓷片板按照工艺流程制作,完成线路――阻焊――表面处理,至结合工序;C、结合:将准备好的氧化铝陶瓷片和已经做好的氮化铝陶瓷线路板,对准设计的图形贴合、固定;D、压板:将预先制作好的冶具放入压机内。本发明通过本方法,可将氮化铝陶瓷片按正常陶瓷板产品流程制作完成到阻焊,并与切割好的氧化铝陶瓷片通过高温胶嫁接,再借助工装冶具承压,然后经过真空压机高温、高压使两种材料完全粘和在一起,再进行高温熟化,最后经过350℃高温和上锡测试完全满足客户的SMT贴件或者绑定要求。

背景技术
用陶土烧制的器皿叫陶器,用瓷土烧制的器皿叫瓷器,陶瓷则是陶器,炻器和瓷器的总称,古人称陶瓷为瓯,凡是用陶土和瓷土这两种不同性质的粘土为原料,经过配料、成型、干燥、焙烧等工艺流程制成的器物都可以叫陶瓷,陶瓷片本身材料的特性是易破碎、不能挤压,而氮化铝和氧化铝两种材料粘合在一起需要经过高温、高压,就更容易破裂,制作成复合型材料的产品更是难度极大,为此,我们提出一种适用于氮化铝陶瓷片和氧化铝陶瓷片混压的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于氮化铝陶瓷片和氧化铝陶瓷片混压的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种适用于氮化铝陶瓷片和氧化铝陶瓷片混压的制备方法,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、准备工作;
B、氮化铝陶瓷片板按照工艺流程制作,完成线路――阻焊――表面处理,至结合工序;
C、结合:将准备好的氧化铝陶瓷片和已经做好的氮化铝陶瓷线路板,对准设计的图形贴合、固定;
D、压板:将预先制作好的冶具放入压机内,再在冶具中间摆放待压的陶瓷板,在180℃温度下加适当的压力开始压制,使氧化铝和氮化铝陶瓷片完全粘合在一起;
E、将结合好的产品放烤箱160℃烘烤2小时,使两者之间结合的纯胶完全溶解、熟化,最终使氧化铝和氮化铝完全合为一体。
优选的,所述准备工作包括:纯胶准备、氧化铝陶瓷片准备和工装冶具的准备。
优选的,所述纯胶准备为:按照工程资料将纯胶切割成所需要的图形,去除不要的部分。

优选的,所述丙烯酸胶黏剂由丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯腈、丙烯酸、纯净水、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯黄酸钠、过硫酸铵和氨水组成,其配料百分比为:丙烯酸正丁酯20%~30%;丙烯腈10%~20%;丙烯酸2%~4%;纯净水50%~70%;十二烷基硫酸钠0.5%~1.5%;十二烷基苯黄酸钠0.1%~0.5%;过硫酸铵0.1%~0.5%;氨水1%~3%。
优选的,所述无卤阻燃剂由脒基脲磷酸盐、水溶性聚磷酸铵、聚氨酯树脂、钼酸铵、硅溶胶、亚硝酸钠和丙烯酸多元醇组成,其配料百分比为:脒基脲磷酸盐25%~35%;水溶性聚磷酸铵10%~15%;聚氨酯树脂5%~10%;钼酸铵3%~7%;硅溶胶30%~45%;亚硝酸钠0.7%~1.5%;丙烯酸多元醇1%~3%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过本方法,可将氮化铝陶瓷片按正常陶瓷板产品流程制作完成到阻焊,并与切割好的氧化铝陶瓷片通过高温胶嫁接,再借助工装冶具承压,然后经过真空压机高温、高压使两种材料完全粘和在一起,再进行高温熟化,最后经过350℃高温和上锡测试完全满足客户的SMT贴件或者绑定要求。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-7,一种适用于氮化铝陶瓷片和氧化铝陶瓷片混压的制备方法,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、准备工作;
B、氮化铝陶瓷片板按照工艺流程制作,完成线路――阻焊――表面处理,至结合工序;
C、结合:将准备好的氧化铝陶瓷片和已经做好的氮化铝陶瓷线路板,对准设计的图形贴合、固定;
D、压板:将预先制作好的冶具放入压机内,再在冶具中间摆放待压的陶瓷板,在180℃温度下加适当的压力开始压制,使氧化铝和氮化铝陶瓷片完全粘合在一起;
E、将结合好的产品放烤箱160℃烘烤2小时,使两者之间结合的纯胶完全溶解、熟化,最终使氧化铝和氮化铝完全合为一体。
准备工作包括:纯胶准备、氧化铝陶瓷片准备和工装冶具的准备。
纯胶准备为:按照工程资料将纯胶切割成所需要的图形,去除不要的部分。
氧化铝陶瓷片准备为:按照工程资料将陶瓷片切割成所需的图形,去除不要的部分。
工装冶具的准备为:先计算好氧化铝和氮化铝两种陶瓷片的总厚度,准备同样厚度的FR4材料,用铣床铣出凹形槽(凹形槽长宽尺寸必须大于陶瓷板)。
在工装冶具的准备之前还包括:将纯胶贴合在氧化铝陶瓷片上,经过100℃温度压合,两者粘合后待用。
纯胶由天然橡胶、增韧剂、硬脂酸、无卤阻燃剂、聚苯醚、高耐磨炭黑、碳酸镁、陶土和丙烯酸胶黏剂组成,其配料百分比为:天然橡胶20%~30%;增韧剂10%~15%;硬脂酸2%~4%;无卤阻燃剂3%~6%;聚苯醚6%~10%;高耐磨炭黑5%~10%;碳酸镁7%~12%;陶土10%~15%;丙烯酸胶黏剂30%~40%。
丙烯酸胶黏剂由丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯腈、丙烯酸、纯净水、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯黄酸钠、过硫酸铵和氨水组成,其配料百分比为:丙烯酸正丁酯20%~30%;丙烯腈10%~20%;丙烯酸2%~4%;纯净水50%~70%;十二烷基硫酸钠0.5%~1.5%;十二烷基苯黄酸钠0.1%~0.5%;过硫酸铵0.1%~0.5%;氨水1%~3%。
无卤阻燃剂由脒基脲磷酸盐、水溶性聚磷酸铵、聚氨酯树脂、钼酸铵、硅溶胶、亚硝酸钠和丙烯酸多元醇组成,其配料百分比为:脒基脲磷酸盐25%~35%;水溶性聚磷酸铵10%~15%;聚氨酯树脂5%~10%;钼酸铵3%~7%;硅溶胶30%~45%;亚硝酸钠0.7%~1.5%;丙烯酸多元醇1%~3%。
使用时,通过本方法,可将氮化铝陶瓷片按正常陶瓷板产品流程制作完成到阻焊,并与切割好的氧化铝陶瓷片通过高温胶嫁接,再借助工装冶具承压,然后经过真空压机高温、高压使两种材料完全粘和在一起,再进行高温熟化,最后经过350℃高温和上锡测试完全满足客户的SMT贴件或者绑定要求。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (9)
1.一种适用于氮化铝陶瓷片和氧化铝陶瓷片混压的制备方法,其特征在于:其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、准备工作;
B、氮化铝陶瓷片板按照工艺流程制作,完成线路――阻焊――表面处理,至结合工序;
C、结合:将准备好的氧化铝陶瓷片和已经做好的氮化铝陶瓷线路板,对准设计的图形贴合、固定;
D、压板:将预先制作好的冶具放入压机内,再在冶具中间摆放待压的陶瓷板,在180℃温度下加适当的压力开始压制,使氧化铝和氮化铝陶瓷片完全粘合在一起;
E、将结合好的产品放烤箱160℃烘烤2小时,使两者之间结合的纯胶完全溶解、熟化,最终使氧化铝和氮化铝完全合为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于氮化铝陶瓷片和氧化铝陶瓷片混压的制备方法,其特征在于:所述准备工作包括:纯胶准备、氧化铝陶瓷片准备和工装冶具的准备。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种适用于氮化铝陶瓷片和氧化铝陶瓷片混压的制备方法,其特征在于:所述纯胶准备为:按照工程资料将纯胶切割成所需要的图形,去除不要的部分。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种适用于氮化铝陶瓷片和氧化铝陶瓷片混压的制备方法,其特征在于:所述氧化铝陶瓷片准备为:按照工程资料将陶瓷片切割成所需的图形,去除不要的部分。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种适用于氮化铝陶瓷片和氧化铝陶瓷片混压的制备方法,其特征在于:所述工装冶具的准备为:先计算好氧化铝和氮化铝两种陶瓷片的总厚度,准备同样厚度的FR4材料,用铣床铣出凹形槽(凹形槽长宽尺寸必须大于陶瓷板)。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种适用于氮化铝陶瓷片和氧化铝陶瓷片混压的制备方法,其特征在于:所述在工装冶具的准备之前还包括:将纯胶贴合在氧化铝陶瓷片上,经过100℃温度压合,两者粘合后待用。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于氮化铝陶瓷片和氧化铝陶瓷片混压的制备方法,其特征在于:所述纯胶由天然橡胶、增韧剂、硬脂酸、无卤阻燃剂、聚苯醚、高耐磨炭黑、碳酸镁、陶土和丙烯酸胶黏剂组成,其配料百分比为:天然橡胶20%~30%;增韧剂10%~15%;硬脂酸2%~4%;无卤阻燃剂3%~6%;聚苯醚6%~10%;高耐磨炭黑5%~10%;碳酸镁7%~12%;陶土10%~15%;丙烯酸胶黏剂30%~40%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种适用于氮化铝陶瓷片和氧化铝陶瓷片混压的制备方法,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸胶黏剂由丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯腈、丙烯酸、纯净水、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯黄酸钠、过硫酸铵和氨水组成,其配料百分比为:丙烯酸正丁酯20%~30%;丙烯腈10%~20%;丙烯酸2%~4%;纯净水50%~70%;十二烷基硫酸钠0.5%~1.5%;十二烷基苯黄酸钠0.1%~0.5%;过硫酸铵0.1%~0.5%;氨水1%~3%。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种适用于氮化铝陶瓷片和氧化铝陶瓷片混压的制备方法,其特征在于:所述无卤阻燃剂由脒基脲磷酸盐、水溶性聚磷酸铵、聚氨酯树脂、钼酸铵、硅溶胶、亚硝酸钠和丙烯酸多元醇组成,其配料百分比为:脒基脲磷酸盐25%~35%;水溶性聚磷酸铵10%~15%;聚氨酯树脂5%~10%;钼酸铵3%~7%;硅溶胶30%~45%;亚硝酸钠0.7%~1.5%;丙烯酸多元醇1%~3%。
