When the insulation can is used, goods and cold accumulation bodies are placed in the box body, the box cover is matched with the first opening of the box body, the box cover is covered, the first opening of the box body is plugged by the box cover, the side cover is plugged on the second opening of the insulation can body, and the box body, the box cover and the side cover seal the goods and the cold accumulation bodies together. The cold accumulation body can be arranged from the first opening of the box body before the box cover is covered, or can be arranged from the second opening of the insulation box body after the box cover is covered.

In the process of replacing the cold accumulation body, due to the plugging piece, the contact between the goods in the box body and the outside air and the heat exchange between the goods and the outside air are greatly reduced, so that the influence of the outside environment on the temperature and the quality of the goods is greatly reduced, and the operation of replacing the cold accumulation body can be performed at normal temperature on the basis of ensuring the good quality of the goods, and the requirement on the environment temperature during the replacement of the cold accumulation body is greatly reduced.

When the cold accumulation body 6 needs to be replaced, the box cover 2 does not need to be opened, the side cover 4 is detachably plugged on the second opening 3, the side cover 4 is opened, the cold accumulation body 6 is taken out of the box body 1 from the second opening 3, the second opening 3 is plugged by the plugging piece 5, and the plugging piece 5 keeps the goods in the box body 1 from the outside air all the time until the new cold accumulation body 6 is started to be filled; after a new cold accumulation body 6 is put into the box body 1 from the second opening 3, the side cover 4 is covered again, and the replacement of the cold accumulation body 6 is completed.

Specifically, in this embodiment, a reset piece may be disposed on the inner wall of the insulation box body, and the reset piece is connected with the plugging piece 5 and is used for driving the plugging piece 5 to plug the second opening 3. The restoring member applies an acting force on the blocking member 5, so that the restoring member tightly blocks the second opening 3, and the sealing performance and stability of the blocking are better.
In this embodiment, at least two plugging pieces 5 may be provided, and a plurality of plugging pieces 5 are hinged on the inner wall of the insulation box body respectively and distributed along the periphery of the second opening 3; the insulation can body is further provided with a reset piece, and the reset piece is connected with the plugging piece 5 and used for driving the plugging pieces 5 to jointly plug the second opening 3. The plurality of plugging pieces 5 jointly plug the second opening 3, and even if part of the plugging pieces 5 fail, the other normal plugging pieces 5 still can play a part of plugging role on the second opening 3, so that the plugging reliability is improved. Furthermore, a plurality of blocking members 5 are distributed along the periphery of the second opening 3, the blocking members 5 being relatively close to the second opening 3 and blocking at a relatively high rate.

When in plugging, the contact surface of the clamping connector 51 and the clamping groove 52 is a plane, so that the joint can be well attached, and the sealing performance of plugging is improved; and the L-shaped structure is simple, and the manufacturing is simple.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the second opening 3 is disposed on a side wall of the case 1, the plugging member 5 is matched with the shape of the inside of the case 1, and can be inserted into the case 1 from the second opening 3, so as to divide the space inside the case 1 into an upper portion and a lower portion, and the space above the plugging member 5 is used for placing the cold storage body 6. When the cold accumulation body 6 is replaced, the plugging piece 5 is inserted into the box body 1 from the second opening 3, and the insertion path is positioned at the junction of the goods and the cold accumulation body 6, and as the plugging piece 5 is matched with the shape of the interior of the box body 1, the space in the box body 1 is divided into an upper part and a lower part by the plugging piece 5, and the goods in the box body 1 are sealed in the space below the space, at the moment, the cold accumulation body 6 is blocked in the space above the plugging piece 5, the plugging piece 5 separates the cold accumulation body 6 from the goods below the plugging piece 5, the cold accumulation body 6 which needs to be replaced is taken out from the second opening 3, and then a new cold accumulation body 6 is filled in, and the goods are blocked by the plugging piece 5 in the process, so that the heat exchange with the outside air is less; in addition to the above-described replacement method, the cover 2 may be directly opened after the block 5 is inserted into the case 1, the cold storage body 6 to be replaced may be taken out from the first opening 11, a new cold storage body 6 may be installed, and the cover 2 may be covered. Finally, the plugging piece 5 is pulled out from the box body 1 from the second opening 3, and the side cover 4 is covered, so that the cold accumulation body 6 is replaced. When the cold accumulation body 6 is replaced, the plugging piece 5 has the effects of plugging the second opening 3 and separating the goods from the outside air by plugging the goods in the box body 1 in the space of the box body 1 below the cold accumulation body 6, and on the premise, an alternative way for replacing the cold accumulation body 6 from the first opening 11 is provided, and the cold accumulation body 6 is replaced from the first opening 11, so that the cold accumulation body has the advantages of large operation space and convenience in operation.
In particular, a tray 7 may be further included, the tray 7 being capable of carrying the cold accumulation body 6 through the second opening 3 into the tank 1. When the tray 7 carries the cold accumulation bodies 6 and the cold accumulation bodies 6 are replaced, the tray 7 is taken out together with the cold accumulation bodies 6, after a new cold accumulation body 6 is replaced, the tray is put into the box body 1 together with the cold accumulation bodies 6, the operation convenience of taking out or putting in a plurality of cold accumulation bodies 6 is improved, the cold accumulation bodies 6 are placed on the tray 7, the direct contact between operators and the cold accumulation bodies 6 is reduced, and therefore the tray 7 also plays a role in protecting the operators.
Specifically, the bottom of the tray 7 may be provided with holes for better heat exchange between the cold accumulation body 6 and the goods, and better heat preservation of the cold accumulation body 6.
Specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the first opening 11 may be located at the top of the box 1, the second opening 3 is located on a side wall of the box 1, a lap joint groove 12 and a plugging groove 13 are disposed on a side wall of the box 1 opposite to the second opening 3, the plugging groove 13 is located below the lap joint groove 12, the tray 7 is lapped in the lap joint groove 12, and the plugging member 5 is inserted into the box 1 from the second opening 3 and plugged in the plugging groove 13, so as to jack up the tray 7 and separate from the lap joint groove 12. When the cold accumulation body 6 is replaced, the tray 7 is lapped in the lapping groove 12 on the side wall of the box body 1 opposite to the second opening 3, and the lapping groove 12 limits the freedom of the movement of the tray 7 towards the second opening 3, so that the tray 7 cannot be taken out from the second opening 3; the plugging member 5 is inserted into the box body 1 from the second opening 3 and is inserted into the insertion groove 13, the plugging member 5 plugs the goods in the space of the box body 1 below the plugging member 5, besides, the plugging member 5 also jacks up the tray 7 together with the cold accumulation body 6 carried by the tray 7, so that the tray 7 is separated from the overlap groove 12, the limitation of the overlap groove 12 on the freedom of movement of the tray 7 towards the second opening 3 is released, and then the tray 7 can be taken out from the second opening 3. The structure effectively solves the problem of misoperation that the tray 7 is directly taken out without inserting the plugging piece 5 when the cold accumulation body 6 is replaced, and ensures that the cold accumulation body 6 is replaced on the premise of separating goods from the outside air.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the portable electronic device further includes a tray 7, the second opening 3 is disposed on a side wall of the case 1, the tray 7 is slidably connected to the inner side wall of the case 1, a sliding direction of the tray 7 is consistent with an opening direction of the second opening 3, and a side plate of the tray 7 deviating from the second opening 3 is matched with the second opening 3. When the cold accumulation body 6 is replaced, the tray 7 is slidably connected to the inner side wall of the box body 1, the sliding direction is consistent with the opening direction of the second opening 3, the tray 7 can be inserted into or pulled out of the second opening 3 along the direction perpendicular to the second opening 3, and the tray 7 is pulled out until the side plate deviating from the second opening 3 is matched with the second opening 3, so that the side plate can be used for plugging the second opening 3 when the side plate deviating from the second opening 3 of the tray 7 is coplanar with the second opening 3, at the moment, the cold accumulation body 6 contained in the tray 7 is positioned outside the box body 1, the cold accumulation body 6 in the tray 7 is replaced, after the replacement is completed, the tray 7 is pushed into the box body 1 again, and the side cover 4 is plugged at the position of the second opening 3. The tray 7 is used as a carrier of the cold accumulation body 6, and meanwhile, the side plate deviating from the second opening 3 is used as a plugging piece 5 for separating the goods from the outside air, so that the quality of the goods is ensured, and the convenience in use of the insulation box is improved on the basis of allowing the cold accumulation body to be replaced at normal temperature.
Specifically, as further shown in fig. 5, a stop block 21 may be provided on the inner wall of the incubator body, and the stop block 21 is used for limiting the stroke of the tray 7 for withdrawing the second opening 3. When the tray 7 is pulled out of the box body 1 from the second opening 3, the stop block 21 blocks the tray 7 from deviating from the side plate of the second opening 3, so that the tray 7 cannot be completely separated from the box body 1, and the problems that the tray 7 is completely separated from the box body 1 due to inertia, the side plate of the tray 7 cannot play a role in blocking, and goods are in contact with the outside air are effectively solved. In addition, the stop block 21 may be further disposed at the bottom of the side plate of the tray 7 facing away from the second opening 3, and specifically, the side plate may be made to protrude beyond the bottom surface of the tray 7 by a certain length as the stop block 21.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the locking device 8 is further included, the locking device 8 includes a lock tongue and a lock catch that are matched, wherein the lock tongue is fixedly connected to the case cover 2, and the lock catch is fixedly connected to the case body 1; the case cover 2 is hinged on one side to the case body 1, and is locked with the case body 1 through a lock tongue on the opposite side. The box cover 2 is hinged to the box body 1, the box body 1 plays a role in positioning the box cover 2, and the box cover 2 can accurately and quickly seal the first opening 11 on the box body 1; in addition, the box body 1 also limits the box cover 2 from falling off the box body 1, so that the damage or dirt condition of the box cover 2 is reduced.
In this embodiment, as further shown in fig. 1, a handle 9 is further included, and the handle 9 is mounted on the case cover 2. The handle 9 can conveniently lift the insulation can body, installs handle 9 on case lid 2, still conveniently takes off case lid 2, and all can single hand operation, has increased the use convenience.
In this embodiment, as further shown in fig. 1, the incubator may further include a temperature and humidity controller 10, specifically, a GPS temperature and humidity controller. The temperature and humidity controller 10 can monitor environmental variables such as temperature and humidity in the incubator body in real time, and guide operators to replace the cold accumulation body 6 in time.
The embodiment also provides a method for replacing the cold accumulation body, which is used for replacing the cold accumulation body 6 in the insulation box, and comprises the following steps: the cold accumulation body 6 is arranged in the box body 1 of the heat preservation box, the side cover 4 is opened, and the cold accumulation body 6 which needs to be replaced is taken out from the box body 1 through the second opening 3; controlling the blocking piece 5 to block the second opening 3; a new cold accumulation body 6 is arranged in the box body 1 through the second opening 3; controlling the blocking member 5 to disengage from the second opening 3; the side cover 4 is covered.
According to the method for replacing the cold accumulation body, the side cover 4 plugged on the second opening 3 is opened, after the cold accumulation body 6 which needs to be replaced is taken out of the box body 1 from the second opening 3, the second opening 3 is plugged by the plugging piece 5, so that goods are sealed in the heat insulation box body by the plugging piece 5 and isolated from the outside air, the contact and heat exchange with the outside air are greatly reduced, the good quality is ensured, and on the basis, the operation of replacing the cold accumulation body 6 can be performed at normal temperature, and the requirement on the environment temperature when the cold accumulation body 6 is replaced can be greatly reduced.
