本发明公开了一种碳纤维织物增强聚醚醚酮基航空复合材料,以CFF作为增强体,PEEK作为基体,采用热压法制得CFF/PEEK复合材料。该复合材料力学性能优异,剪切强度大,层间韧性好,纤维与基体的相互作用力强,成型工艺简单,成型周期短。

一种碳纤维织物增强聚醚醚酮基航空复合材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及航空复合材料技术领域,具体是一种碳纤维织物增强聚醚醚酮基航空复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
碳纤维织物(Carbon fiber fabrics, CFF)增强热塑性复合材料近些年发展迅猛。聚醚醚酮(Polyetheretherketone,PEEK)由于具有优异的力学性能、耐化学腐蚀、抗疲劳及热稳定性,是一种有潜力的先进热塑性复合材料基体。但是,PEEK 的熔融粘度大,对丝束密集的CFF浸渍比较困难,纤维与基体的相互作用较弱,仍是碳纤维织物增强聚醚醚酮基(CFF/PEEK)热塑性复合材料成型面临的巨大难题,限制了其应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种碳纤维织物增强聚醚醚酮基航空复合材料及其制备方法,该复合材料力学性能优异,剪切强度大,层间韧性好,纤维与基体的相互作用力强,成型工艺简单,成型周期短。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种碳纤维织物增强聚醚醚酮基航空复合材料,以CFF作为增强体,PEEK 作为基体,采用热压法制得CFF/PEEK复合材料。
一种碳纤维织物增强聚醚醚酮基航空复合材料的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
1)PEEK薄膜的裁剪和表面处理
将 PEEK 薄膜裁剪成矩形的试样,用丙酮或乙醇擦洗 PEEK 薄膜表面除去杂质,待丙酮或乙醇挥发之后,置于真空干燥箱中,100°C 下烘干 11-12h置于密封袋中备用;
2)CFF表面的丙酮去浆处理
裁剪一部分CFF放入的开口反应器中,在其中注入足量的丙酮使CFF完全浸没,将开口反应器至于自制的水浴锅中,开口反应器上方接上冷凝回流装置,使用加热温控装置使得水温恒定在 70°C ,冷凝回流10h,取出经丙酮处理后的 CFF,用去离子水洗涤3次,最后放入真空干燥箱中100°C烘干12-13小时,取出置于装有干燥剂的干燥器中备用,以 CFF-actone 标记;
3)CFF表面的高温去浆处理
在N2保护下,将裁剪好的CFF置于管式炉中,400°C 处理4h,取出后在去离子水中洗涤,以去除表面残留物质,最后置于100°C 的真空干燥箱中烘干12h,最后将其置于干燥器中备用,并以CFF-400°C (N2)作为标记,未处理的 CFF标记为CFF-none;
4)复合材料热压成型
将预处理过的PEEK薄膜和CFF交替铺层在清洗干净的模具中,之后将模具放入已经预热一段时间的平板硫化机内,升温至实验所需温度,加压至设定的压力,保压一段时间,自然冷却至155°C PEEK树脂的玻璃化转变温度以下并完成脱模,得到CFF/PEEK复合材料层压板。
步骤1)中,所述的矩形,尺寸为200-300 x150-200mm。
步骤4),所述的保压,保压时间为20-25分钟,保压压力为1-2MPa。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种碳纤维织物增强聚醚醚酮基航空复合材料及其制备方法,该复合材料力学性能优异,剪切强度大,层间韧性好,纤维与基体的相互作用力强,成型工艺简单,成型周期短。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步阐述,但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例:
一种碳纤维织物增强聚醚醚酮基航空复合材料的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
1)PEEK薄膜的裁剪和表面处理
将 PEEK 薄膜裁剪成200x150mm的试样,用丙酮或乙醇擦洗 PEEK 薄膜表面除去杂质,待丙酮或乙醇挥发之后,置于真空干燥箱中,100°C 下烘干 12h置于密封袋中备用;
2)CFF表面的丙酮去浆处理
裁剪一部分CFF放入的开口反应器中,在其中注入足量的丙酮使CFF完全浸没,将开口反应器至于自制的水浴锅中,开口反应器上方接上冷凝回流装置,使用加热温控装置使得水温恒定在 70°C ,冷凝回流10h,取出经丙酮处理后的 CFF,用去离子水洗涤3次,最后放入真空干燥箱中100°C烘干12-13小时,取出置于装有干燥剂的干燥器中备用,以 CFF-actone 标记;

1. 一种碳纤维织物增强聚醚醚酮基航空复合材料,其特征在于,以CFF作为增强体,PEEK 作为基体,采用热压法制得CFF/PEEK复合材料。
2. 一种碳纤维织物增强聚醚醚酮基航空复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
1)PEEK薄膜的裁剪和表面处理
将 PEEK 薄膜裁剪成矩形的试样,用丙酮或乙醇擦洗 PEEK 薄膜表面除去杂质,待丙酮或乙醇挥发之后,置于真空干燥箱中,100°C 下烘干 11-12h置于密封袋中备用;
2)CFF表面的丙酮去浆处理
