Abstract

本发明公开一种除湿痛风宁的中药丸剂，由：川牛膝、苍术、黄柏、苡米、土苓、川萆薜、地龙、桃仁、伸筋草、透骨草、茅根、苇根等12味中药组方配伍，本发明清热燥湿，通经活络，活血化瘀，宣化下焦，利湿排浊(尿酸)，改善痛风症状，增加血液循环，调节脏腑功能，健脾利湿。1、对正常生理功能无影响，或甚小，无毒副作用。2、作用是非特异的和广谱的。3、有调节正常生理作用，清热燥湿，通经活络，活血化瘀，宣化下焦，利湿排浊(尿酸)，改善痛风症状，增加血液循环，调节脏腑功能，健脾利湿。4、能改善患者的临床症状体征，而且对痛风的主因(尿酸)有排泄作用，减轻康复患者痛症。

技术领域：
本发明涉及中药成药，尤其是一种除湿痛风宁的中药丸剂。
背景技术：
内经曰：“痺在于骨则重，在于脉则血凝而不流，在于筋则届不伸，在于肉则不仁，在于皮则寒，故具此五者则不痛也。痛者寒气多也，有寒故痛也。”根据内经的指导，有寒所以才痛，不痛而麻木不仁的，原因是患者日久，痛邪深入，营卫之气运行涩滞，但经络有时尚疏通，所以不通，皮肤得不到营养，所以麻木不仁，得痺病一类疾患，遇热则筋脉驰缓，遇寒则筋脉拘急。人们生活劳动，工作的环境不同，感风寒湿的病因各有侧重，可阻瘀皮部，出现周身疼痛，加速则肌肉疼痛，再加重则滑关节疼痛，导致经脉曲伸不利，血脉瘀滞，整个肌体血液循环受阻，产生一系列病理病变。而中医的除湿痛风宁清热燥湿，通经活络，活血化瘀，宣化下焦，利湿排浊(尿酸)，改善痛风症状，增加血液循环，调节脏腑功能，健脾利湿。
发明内容：
取：川牛膝、苍术、黄柏、苡米、土苓、川萆薢、地龙、桃仁、伸筋草、透骨草、茅根、苇根等12味中药经炮制后，精选干燥碎过120 目筛，装胶囊(0.5g)，早中晚各一次，每次3粒，温开水送服，五周为一疗程。
本发明清热燥湿，通经活络，活血化瘀，宣化下焦，利湿排浊(尿酸)，改善痛风症状，增加血液循环，调节脏腑功能，健脾利湿。方中：黄柏苦寒清热，苍术苦温燥湿，两者相合，具有清热燥湿之功；苡米、土苓、川萆薢健脾利湿，地龙桃仁活血通络；伸筋草、透骨草、茅根、苇根，通络利尿而不伤阴；现代药理研究认为土苓、川萆薢能促进尿酸排泄；牛膝、贡术、苡米具有明显消炎作用，黄柏、苡仁均能通过增强血液流量以促进尿酸排泄，桃仁可抑制尿酸合成，地龙利小便不通止痛风关节疼痛。从功效来说对痛风的经脉瘀阻，骨节的疼痛，祖国医学的痛痺、湿痺、行痺等疾病确有良效。
经现代医学研究：本发明清热燥湿，通经活络，活血化瘀，宣化下焦，利湿排浊(尿酸)，改善痛风症状，增加血液循环，调节脏腑功能，健脾利湿。治疗痺病疼痛(痛风)的经脉瘀阻，骨节的疼痛，祖国医学的痛痺、湿痺，行痺等疾病确有良效。
1、对正常生理功能无影响，或甚微，无毒副作用。
2、作用是非特异的和广谱的。
3、有调节正常机理作用，清热燥湿，通经活络，活血化瘀，宣化下焦，利湿排浊(尿酸)，改善痛风症状，增加血液循环，调节脏腑功能，健脾利湿。
4、能改善患者的临床症状体征，促进对痛风的主因(尿酸)的排泄作用，减轻康复痛风患者。
具体实施方法：
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明：
取：川牛膝15g、苍术18g、黄柏15g、苡米20g、川萆薢15g、地龙15g、桃仁12g、伸筋草15g、透骨草15g、苇根20g、茅根20g、共12味中药。精选干燥，对其中三味中药进行炮制后，进行粉碎过 120目筛装胶囊(0.5g)，早中晚各一次，每次3粒，温开水送服，五周为一疗程。
1、由权利要求：一种除湿痛风宁的中药丸剂所述，其特征在于对黄柏的炮制：盐黄柏，取黄柏丝，加盐水拌均，闷透，置锅内，以文火加热炒干，取出，放凉。每100kg黄柏丝，用食盐2kg。
2、由权利要求：一种除湿痛风宁的中药丸剂所述，其特征在于对苍术的炮制：麸炒苍术，取麸皮，撒在热锅中，加热至冒烟时，加入净苍术片，迅速翻动，炒至表面深黄色时，取出，筛去麸皮，放凉。
3、由权利要求：一种除湿痛风宁的中药丸剂所述，其特征在于对苡仁的炮制：取麸炒苡仁，取麸皮，撒在热锅中，加热至冒烟时，加入净苡仁，迅速翻动，炒至微黄色时，取出，筛去麸皮，放凉。
4、包括上述炮制的三味中药共12味中药，精选干燥，对其中三味进行炮制后，进行粉碎过120目筛装胶囊(0.5g)，早中晚各一次，每次3粒，温开水送服，五周为一疗程。
本发明其临床观察400例服用一种除湿痛风宁的中药丸剂患者临床观察，即有近期疗效，亦见远期治愈的疗效共计370例，尚有 27例明显好转，无效13例，总有效率为92％。
典型病例：
赵某：男，52岁，2014年3月14日初诊，手足关节疼痛水肿，面部浮肿，口干不欲饮，行走不是很方便，舌苔厚腻，脉沉细滑，短气乏力，脾虚湿阻，中医治则，健脾燥湿，通经活络，活血化瘀，宣化下焦，利湿排浊(尿酸)，改善痛风症状，增加血液循环，健脾利湿，经服用一种除湿痛风宁的中药丸剂，经三个疗程的治疗症状消失而愈。
郭某：女，60岁，2015年5月10日初诊，足膝关节红肿疼痛如刀割样，痛苦面容，面色微黄，舌苔黄腻，舌尖红小便黄，脉沉细而数，心慌气短，湿热下注，脾湿不化，下焦湿热，中医治则，清热燥湿，通经活络，活血化瘀，利下焦湿热，排浊(尿酸)，改善刀割样疼痛，除湿利湿，经服用一种除湿痛风宁的中药丸剂，经二个疗程的治疗，刀割样疼痛消失而全愈。

Claims (4)

1.一种除湿痛风宁的中药丸剂。其特征在于组方配伍和各种药的重量为：川牛膝15g、苍术18g、黄柏15g、苡米20g、川萆薢15g、地龙15g、桃仁12g、伸筋草15g、通骨草15g、苇根20g、芧根20g、共12味中药。
2.由权利要求1：一种一种除湿痛风宁的中药丸剂所述，其特征在于对黄柏的炮制：盐黄柏，取黄柏丝，加盐水拌均，闷透，置锅内，以文火加热炒干，取出，放凉。每100kg黄柏丝，用食盐2kg。
3.由权利要求2：一种除湿痛风宁的中药丸剂所述，其特征在于对苍术的炮制：麸炒苍术，取麸皮，撒在热锅中，加热至冒烟时，加入净苍术片宁，迅速翻动，炒至表面深黄色时，取出，筛去麸皮，放凉。
